Scratch made food is offered with local draft beers and hand-selected wines in a rustic setting...either inside the dining room or outside on the patio (seasonal).The Patio at Rattlesnake Market, established in 2016, continues a neighborhood tradition that was started in 1997 as Rattlesnake Gardens. Barrett and Karen Byrne purchased the Rattlesnake landmark in April 2016. We aim to serve those living and visiting in the Missoula neighborhood.

From sunrise to sunset, guests of Sage Lodge visit The Fireside Room to relax and enjoy food and drinks in a truly spectacular setting that is quintessentially Montana. A very comfortable combination of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces are situated against the stunning backdrop of the Paradise Valley and complemented by the comforting crackle of a wood-burning fire, a casual Montana restaurant experience. Reservations for dinner are required, and always welcomed for other meals. Please note, dinner reservations during summer months are in high demand. Welcome to the Bitterroot Valley, the heart and soul of Montana. The Sapphire Restaurant is located in the quaint town of Darby where history and tradition run deep. The Sapphire Restaurant found its inspiration with stories of Rodeo folklore, local ranchers and farmers and a culture steeped in tradition. We want to highlight that culture and celebrate the people that have called this valley home.
Our grass fed steaks are sourced right here in our community. We make regular shopping trips to the local farm stands and farmers markets to feature produce grown in our backyard.
Our made from scratch menu brings a touch of contemporary American flavors to traditional western fare.
Our modern rustic dining room showcases the views of the Bitterroot mountains to the West and the Sapphire mountains to the East. Our outdoor patio and deck make the most of the perfect summer temperatures with room for horse shoes and bocce balls.

The Grill is our version of a contemporary steakhouse reimagined highlighting the very best of the finest ingredients hailing out of the Rocky Mountain region through modern technique and innovative comfort. Guests will enjoy our beautiful views of the Yellowstone River and Paradise Valley, while immersed into a service experience that is approachable, yet refined. We currently serve dinner Wednesday-Sunday from 4:30pm-9pm.
