Los restaurantes Oven se especializan en comida del norte de la India, famosa por sus intensos colores, variedad de sabores y un estilo de cocina único en horno de barro, llamado Tandoor. El pollo, los camarones y el cordero se marinan durante horas en una mezcla de yogurt y especias, y se colocan en las brochetas, mientras los chefs preparan a mano diversos panes a diario.
