Itta Bena captará los sentidos de todo visitante, tanto si acceden desde la entrada privada de Second Street a través del servicio de valet parking o caminando por el pasillo secreto desde el interior del B.B. King's Blues Club. Siguiendo el modelo de los bares clandestinos de la década de 1920, los clientes son verdaderos VIP, ya que un amable miembro del personal les acompaña hasta el 3er piso.
