Sean’s mouth-watering new menu is as always sourced locally with some ingredients even grown on the very grounds of the Cliff at Lyons Estate. Food lovers will enjoy classics such as Roast Rib of Beef, Cherry Valley Duck Breast and Oven Baked Baby Turbot with sides of seasonal vegetables, mini Seafood platters and of course for something a bit sweet, Whiskey & Orange Ice Cream or Chocolate Fondant with Salted Caramel Ice Cream.

The Mill restaurant is the heart of Cliff at Lyons, with huge double-height ceilings, warm open fire and windows that open up to a terrace beside the mill race and waterfall. Gourmet Food Parlour Dunshaughlin recently won the OpenTable Diner's Choice Award. The 70 seater restaurant can be found at Fingal Court, just off Dunshauglin’s Main Street. Centrally located to allow easy access for customers, the restaurant is located on the second floor with lift and stair access. The restaurant overlooks Main Street and includes a stylish cocktail lounge, for drinks to be enjoyed before or after eating.

The restaurant has been meticulously decorated in an elevated Gourmet Food Parlour aesthetic. The restaurant will be open 7 days a week, from 9am-5pm Monday and Tuesday, 9am – 9pm Wednesday to Sunday.

Opened under new ownership in December 2023, we are located adjacent to our existing Roundwood Stores bakery and artisan food store. Come and enjoy good food, wine, craft beer, and log fires in the beautifully restored 1820’s Coach House.
The pub is open midday until late, Thursday to Sunday, for walk-ins and reservations.
The menu is slightly more casual (as are some of the tables) but the room is cozy and the experience the same.
The restaurant is open midday for lunch and 5pm for dinner, walk-ins or reservations available.

We serve Brunch and Dinner from Tuesday to Saturday or come and try Petronella's famous Sunday Roast.

Located on the medieval Butterslip Lane, Petronella, just like her namesake, has an illustrious past, located in one of Kilkenny's oldest and historic buildings. The restaurant pays homage to Petronella, the first woman accused of witchcraft in Ireland and the first woman in Europe to be executed by burning at the stake, just a few steps from our door.
