Sotto Sopra es un restaurante italiano situado en un hermoso edificio del siglo XIX y se encuentra a pocas cuadras al norte del Harborplace de Baltimore, en la calle Charles. El Sotto Sopra se especializa en gastronomía italiana contemporánea auténtica de la granja a su mesa. Se utilizan productos locales siempre que es posible.
