It's sun, surf, sushi at Sushi Bichi, celebrating the culinary coastlines of the world’s most vibrant cultures in a tropical Miami Beach location aside Ocean Terrace Park, adjacent to the ocean in a serene and lush outdoor setting. Guests are greeted by a ceremonial Japanese torii gate - after passing through, the ordinary world is left behind, symbolically marking the transition from the mundane to the sacred.

Executive Chef Byron Alabado and Executive Sushi Chef Shoyo Iida craft meticulous sushi, fire-cooked street skewers, inventive small plates and large entrees, plus fresh raw bar, ceviches and grilled seafood and meats that echo the authenticity of Japan, The Philippines, Mexico, Peru, Brazil, and The West Indies.

With daily Happī Hour, discover a 360° bar featuring fresh Bichi cocktails, premium sakes, delicious wines and Champagnes, and an international beer selection.

Beyond Azabu lies The Den, an exclusive hidden omakase room specializing in the art of Edomae Sushi helmed by Master Sushi Chefs. Located inside The Stanton Hotel, The Den at Azabu Miami Beach elevates the local culinary scene with authentic Japanese cuisine and transportive experiences.

The Den serves Edomae Tokyo style sushi. The Den is a 18 seat counter, omakase style sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic omakase experience. Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo.

All guest must consume raw fish. Chef's do their best to accommodate dietary restrictions if informed in advance. The Den has 3 different menu offerings for guest to select upon booking. Strict 15 minutes grace period and 24 hour cancellation with no acceptions. Please see cancellation policy.
