Had a great time. Love the ambiance. Enjoyed my meal. They have an extensive menu. Service was great
Late reservation after a local school event. Kitchen was near closing so we were a bit rushed and couldn’t get Parmesan for our pizza because he kitchen was “packed up for the night”. Food tasted great and service was very good.
A great place for lunch. Dependably good food. Nice veranda on which to dine. Wonderful wait staff. All in all, very high on my list.
Thank your for your lunch.Great！
Been here many times and surprised to say this was a disaster from beginning to end. Likely not going back for a while. Seems like they had about 10% of the wait staff necessary to handle the people, which begs why book the tables??. 3 people, 3 lunch orders, and 3 drinks, 1 hour and 45. Took 13 minutes to get water at the table. Burger was completely rare when asked for medium well. No salt on the food at all. Felt bad for the one server handling 100 people, he was so busy was dripping in sweat. Left him a good tip.
Great service and varied menu.
Thank you for honoring our reservation for my husband, and our children as we celebrated his birthday.
Emily was friendly, fantastic, and remembered our names every time she served us with a smile from start to finish!
Emily had several tables to attend to but we always felt as if we were the only.
Thank you Emily and Rye Grill and Bar for making it a wonderful birthday experience!
Phyliss Carr and family
Another great meal at Rye Grill. We had lunch in the side room which was not crowded and felt pretty good from a Covid perspective. My only comment is we were surprised the servers did not wear masks as this is pretty standard for restaurants in the area. Crab cakes and burger were all very good and prepared as requested.
I recommend - but be aware that although there was comfortable, covered outdoor dining on their porch, there were no heat lamps. But it was a plus that outside dining was not first come first served as many places are - we could reserve it specifically, and they delivered.
Parking is horrendous....so much so that it is not someplace I will do at lunch time
A nice outdoor spot for a birthday brunch.
I put in the reservation it was my wife's BD - usually someone from a restaurant comes over to send along birthday greeting, not here, but that is OK
What irked me is paying $6 for 4 thin slices of toast? Really... charing for toast with omelettes has never happened to me before. When the waiter asked "Toast?" I said of course, maybe he should mention to the dinners there is a $3 upcharge on the omelette.
Great atmosphere and service. Food was delicious.
I loved everything about this place!
Can’t wait to go back!
Parking is very difficult.
Rating based on outdoor dining at lunchtime
We had two salads, mine was the special seafood salad which had two perfectly grilled shrimp and one small piece of grilled salmon and mahi mahi. It was outstanding! It was a lovely Fall day and there was plenty of room outside. The menu has many interesting choices so even the pickiest diner can find something. Highly recommended! Randi
Great lunch outdoors. Attentive and friendly service. Food was delicious.
Nice restaurant and good food
Food was delicious! I love the menu! I could eat everything on the menu!!
Great food. Friendly staff. Usually have a fantastic all around experience here. However, this time the only issue was that the food took very long to come out. Super slow for apps, pizza and entree. Perhaps the kitchen was backed up? Not really a complaint - more of an FYI for management. We will definitely return as we love the Rye Grill and Bar. Just surprised at how slow things were today at lunch.
Large portions. Great service . Lovely outdoor dining . A little pricey for lunch.
Had a great burger, but the highlight of the evening was my grandson's face when they brought him the Peanut Butter explosion dessert with 4 candles on it for his birthday. Best day ever!
Enjoyed the band! Restaurant should do more outdoor events.
Enjoy sitting outside although the outdoor (converted parking lot) space can be noisy with trucks unloading nearby. Food and service are always good. It’s a great, casual spot for meeting friends.
Went to Rye Grill for lunch and dined on the porch outside. Food was very good, served quickly a d the server was very attentive.
We each had a wrap (RB & turkey) and they were simple, fresh and delicious. Bravo!
No masks required, shed a pall over lunch. Service ok under the circumstances?
The outdoor dining I reserved turned out to be be next to a parking lot. Didn’t care for the ambience this time. Disappointed because This was one of my favorite places in the past. The front Porch was filled with a party. That’s where I thought we would be. I wish they had told me what the seating would be.
I ordered the crab cake appetizer and the outside was too well done.
Waitstaff was completely mia in the outdoor seating area. Couldn’t find anyone to order a second round of drinks or get the water we had asked for. Literally there was no one except for a bus person who was working hard trying to clear tables. Waitress didn’t come back to our table for 40 minutes and didn’t seem to care and did not acknowledge that there was anything amiss. By the time we did get our second round of drinks they came as we were finishing dinner. Sad bc this is a great place to meet friends and have a casual dinner.
The salmon club without the bread was delicious. I’m always pleased with everything I order. The wait staff, hosts and bus people are well trained, have a smile on their faces and try to accommodate all requests.
Food was fine nothing too special. The service was top notch- very efficient, pleasant and professional. Parking is very difficult.
Too noisy with big party in the room. Food very good , service too
Food fair at best. Other than the salmon, all overcooked.
We sat outside and it was a perfect evening! We all enjoyed our meals. The service was great! Great restaurant for dinner and catching up with friends and family!
Very nice atmosphere. The food was good with some dishes better than others. Parking can be difficult. I think the issue that prevents me from an even better rating was that we ordered 3 martinis at the table. I noticed the taste of too much vermouth but I did drink it. My guests drinks tasted worse and they didn't finish them. I mentioned it to the waitress and she apologized but didn't offer any remedy. I didn't push but I think it would have been a good gesture to do something. It was a $400 bill. I think it should have been offered.
Great food great friendly service… will be back soon
Service was excellent, food was outstanding.
It was an excellent experience
It was very nice. Another server on the floor would have been nice. We would have had a couple more drinks... :-)
Food was good! Service was ok. At the end of the meal we asked for the check she dropped the check and then disappeared. After about 10 minutes she came back took the check and proceeded to talk to the other server while we waited for her to bring back. Mind you we were sat by the server station and heard the whole conversation. Also they don’t have chocolate ice cream, weird!
