First time dining out since covid. Glad I picked this restaurant: great restaurant with good food and lots of indoor/ outdoor seating choices. We chose to sit outside due to covid precautions. It was a bit windy but the staff did as much as they could to make it comfortable by turning on the heaters. Food was a little slow to arrive but the meal was delicious! I definitely recommend this place for good food and for a restaurant that takes good covid precautions. I definitely felt safe eating here.
Spacious. Great service. Great food. I would definitely dine here again and recommend.
The food was good as usual, the tables were properly spread out and overall it was a good dining experience.
We were there for a Sunday lunch. We hadn’t been there for some time and were pleasantly surprised- especially by the moderate noise level. My guess is that it would be different on a Friday or Saturday night. The food is average but plentiful and reasonably priced. All in all, I recommend it for a casual lunch or midweek dinner.
Rye Bar and Grill never disappoints. The food is always good and the service great. It is our go to place during the pandemic .
I love Rye Grill and Bar. My go to place! Food is fantastic and the service is amazing! Thank you guys! xoxo
We had Christmas Eve dinner inside . Food was delicious, the tables were distanced adequately. Lovely experience
We ate outside.
Heaters worked well.
Server was excellent.
Food very good.
Great Ambiance - Great Food - Had a sit right by the fireplace
Friendly waiters and delicious food. A little pricey
Seated quickly. Social distancing. Waitstaff wore masks while serving.
Chef brought us our entree order and
Was very attentive. Food was delicious.
Beautifully decorated for Christmas. We sat in the room with the fireplace. Absolutely lovely. The service was amazing.
Best service in many visits to this restaurant as the wait staff was awesome!
As always , good service and good food!
There was a good selection on the menu. The food was very good.
This place is very consistent and we love everything we order. It’s loud, energetic, great service and great meals. Love to return each time we are in the area.
Thought it was a little overpriced, food was just average, but atmosphere was very good.
Good place for family friendly casual dining.
And a good time was had by all. Always enjoyable.
Dined here for the first time with our 6 & 7 yo boys. They were very family friendly. Kids portions were appropriate. Service was good...attentive, but not over-bearing. Food was good. A fair amount of choices. Something for everyone. Place was noisy but still able to carry on conversations. Will definitely be back and absolutely would recommend to others.
My husband and I had brunch this past Sunday. The menu options were wonderful, the room was lively and cozy. We loved each food item. The breakfast pizza, steak and eggs plus pancakes for dessert. We can’t wait to return for dinner!
Food was great as usual, nice ambiance by the fireplace upstairs
Perfect weekday dinner spot. A booth in the bar provided privacy. The waitress was attentive and the food delicious.
Service was horrible. It seemed like we had two waiter/waitresses helping us. We didn't receive the appetizer we ordered until we asked when we received our main course. No one came to check on us for drink refills. When it came time to get the bill it took us 10 min plus to find our server. Very frustrating experience after coming here for 20 years.
Beautiful restaurant with amazing food. Server was also very friendly
First time there...service was great...food was delicious...seating by the window nice...
I will return...
Great food, service and atmosphere. Everyone really enjoyed it!
Only drawback was the door by the bar kept letting in a draft. Other than that this was spectacular
Great spot for families
Always great for salads with the added protein. Salmon in particular. The nachos are a great addition. Just wish they would mix up the menu occassionally. And improve the wines by the glass.
Rye Grill & Bar is a nice "neighborhood type" restaurant. We went on a Friday night and the main floor was full and noisy. We sat upstairs and it was much quieter and a very nice ambiance. The basic menu is adequate but there were a number of specials as well. Unfortunately there was nothing that especially appealed to me. I had the petite filet mignon sandwich. My husband had mussels and was happier with his dinner than I was with mine. Service was very good.
Always a favorite restaurant. I frequent this establishment at least once a month and have hosted a baby shower. Staff and food are both excellent
Elegant but casual place for delicious food!
Delicious and excellent service
always good and reliable
Great service and food .... suggestion add turkey bacon to brunch
This is an old standby. Good, not great food. Prices somewhat reasonable. Waitstaff nice. Parking as usual is horrendous even for a midweek lunch on a holiday break when half of Westchester is out of town. Be careful, Rye police will ticket your car before you can blink!
Service was good as always. However the food was not up to their typical standards. The Eggs Benedict with Crab Cakes was awful and made my wife sick later in the afternoon. Bacon and cheddar omelet was overcooked and dry. We've been to Rye Grill many times and this was the first bad experience.
It was New year's eve...hectic but understandable. Having to wait for our reserved table was not good.
Food felt particularly greasy tonight. The menu hasn't changed in 3 to 4 years either.
