Service was not great.... was informed they were short staffed and were not able too meet needs. Menu specials were cancelled after they were read. Very unorganized. Have been there several times before and never had this issue. Very disappointed

Good food. Reasonably priced. Friendly wait staff. Overall a nice experience. Our group was between 16-91 years old.

I often take out of town visitors as the place is very ny. Was a little disappointed with food on this occasion.

This is a very popular restaurant and it is always busy. Although you can dine in the bar area and watch sports on tv, it is way too loud in there to hear your guests. However, the staff is super nice and so accommodating. Food ok not great.

The food was disappointed and very price use to be good but the quality fell down so much, the waitress was nice but poor service didn’t cone the much to the table also rush me out with check I few like she want to go home soon I finished my meal she gave the check.

Just a great, easy, delicious all around neighborhood place. A standard go to. Desserts are pretty amazing too.

Was just what I expected and that was good

The restaurant was packed and we only waited about 10 min for our table on a Sat night. Our waiter was very nice and the menu selections good. My only complaint was that we waited a bit for our food and my grilled chicken sandwich was sitting for a bit. The roll was so soggy that had to take it off and eat my sandwich with a knife and fork. The French fries were piping hot.
Everyone else enjoyed their food. Overall very good. I would go back again

This was the best corned beef (corned beef and cabbage corned beef, not NYC deli sandwich corned beef) I've ever had. It managed to be tender and lean at the same time, which is a noteworthy achievement.

We were seated qickly, The waiter immediately filled our water glasses up and took our drink order. Food came quickly and warm, we were also able to tweak our dishes to our personal preference. The service was attentive and friendly.. Rye Bar and Grill has been a reliable place for everyone to find something good to eat. The menu is traditional and the food is done well. Parking can be an issue and if you want to watch a sports game the bar is the place to be.

We were a large party of 12 and it was a busy Saturday night. The staff did not disappoint in taking care of us. Everyone liked their food from burgers to wraps to steaks. We really appreciated the extra effort they made when a relative mistakenly told them the party size was 8 and not 12. They had to hustle to find us a table and did so quickly even though it was packed. Very much appreciated by the staff. Love the bar area as well. There's a cozy fire, couches and plenty of tables with chairs. Definitely will go back!

Consistently good & tasty food, large portions, helpful staff, easy-access location. Servers are always happy to customize a meal, although the kitchen may need a few tries to get everything to the table. The bar is large and great. Fireside seating tables available in the winter. The rooms are large and loud.

Great place for get together for Friday night. Met friends. One had swordfish sandwich. Delicious & Very generous portions. Salmon was excellent with yummie roasted sweet potato medley & spinach. Sirloin steak well prepared. All good. Noise level upstairs was better. Gluten Free menu..thank you!

We enjoyed dinner - I had the potato leek soup and the petite filet sandwich as well as the strawberry cosmo. The other family members had pot chicken, grilled salmon sandwich and grilled chicken sandwiches with fries. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I did try the strawberry cosmo another day where the bartender suggested that I have fresh strawberries instead of the jam - it was not nearly as good and her unsolicited suggestion that I might prefer fewer calories was unwanted. Go for the gusto - get the jam...

Rye Grill can be bustling and loud on a weekend night. However, on Sunday we had quite the opposite experience. We sat at the bar booth and enjoyed a relaxing, quietist crowd watching the Olympics and winding down the weekend. The food was served promptly and was delicious!

I love this place! The food is always so delicious and the staff is super polite. I have been here for brunch, lunch, dinner, and 2 showers. It's a great place.

Everyone enjoyed their meal except me. I asked if the dish was spicy because I told the waitress I do not like spicy food at al. I was told it was not spicy. Needless to say it was spicy so I didn’t enjoy it at all.

My client recommended Rye Grill and Bar. It is a lovely place with great ambiance and great food. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone.

The service was amazing, we asked to move our seat to the back room which wasn't so noisy and they were quick to accommodate us. The server was attentive and our waters were never empty. The food was great, big portions. We will be going back.

One of the few times my visit to the Rye grill was less than perfect. Food was not great, lobster salad looked sad and served on a small plate with no garnish, no fries, nothing. My fish and chips were not great, Waitress was not around and it was not a great experience. I was entertaining clients, had left my charge at the front desk and was delivered the check without my card.

I will be back as it’s a favorite of mine and could have been an off day- hope that’s all it was.

Celebrating a milestone birthday with friends. Good service, very good food and cocktails. Let us stay and enjoy and chat. Server was attentive to whatever was needed. Many good food options and brunch items were all very good. We had a wonderful time. We have done birthday brunches there in the past as well. We keep going back.

Service was attentive. Menu selection was good. We had burgers and sandwiches which were all well prepared and all our meals were served quickly. We sat on the second floor which was good since downstairs the bar gets pretty loud and the noise travels up to the second floor.

Sad how far the service has gone downhill over the years. My sister had her wedding rehearsal dinner here and it was fantastic. Service tonight was a joke. Waiter comes to table, pours water and leaves the empty bottle on the table for the entire meal. Never offers refills on any beverage. The food is downright nasty and overpriced. The “lobster bisque” was vile. We contemplated going to a diner and, frankly, regretted not going. Food would have been much better at the diner, more reasonably priced and better service. Unlikely to return.

We were seated for an early intimate dinner. Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, good food, family friendly. Only potential drawback would be the growing noise level as families filled in the spacious dining room. Bar area also appeared very nice

Bueatiful Xmas atmosphere. The Chicken Pot was wonderful as well as the Fied clams appetizer. Not all had the same experience. Most had Mac and cheese side that was not good at all. I would suggest the Chef rethink that.
