This place never fails when great steak is the number 1 priority.
Service was impeccable and David was quite knowledgeable.

Not the best service unfortunately. Service was not great. It felt like the servers were spread thin. We did a lot of waiting. Not sure we will be going back any time soon.
Everything was perfect!
There was four of us and we all really enjoyed our meals and the service was great.
We were celebrating a big birthday for my Husband so I wanted some where special, this worked very well for that purpose. Just be prepared for a very large bill.
Have eaten here many times over the years but this last time was disappointing. The Ruth's salad was nicely made but minimal dressing. Could not find wait person to get some - almost finished with salad and then came dressing. Crab appetizer excellent. My wife's filet not as tender as should have been. My 12 0z ribeye was quite thin, medium plus when asked for medium minus, had much grizzle and was not as soft as others I've had elsewhere. Did not stay for dessert. Monty's is much better and sev dollars cheaper and always great service.
An amazing dinner! Our waiter was really on top of everything. Each bite was sensational. The way they personalized the menu and had a birthday card on the table really made our dining experience special. Would definitely recommend the restaurant but make sure you advise them of how costly it is.
Normally our experiences at Ruth's Chris are enjoyable. However this is the second time they have not been up to a decent standard. We held a birthday celebration with 8 people on a Saturday evening. The service was attentive so I am not sure where the problem came from but when the food was served 2 meals never came and 2 meals were cold and 1 was wrong. It took quite some time to fix the problems. Sadly the problems were never fixed adequately. The fish (which had been returned as cold) was rubbery upon return. The steak that was returned (again cold and no blue cheese crust) came back hot but no blue cheese crust. The 2 missing meals eventually showed up but were as enjoyable as usual.
A few months prior we were there celebrating another birthday. On this occasion 2 of our orders were incorrect. As we had waited a long time for our food to come out we settled on what was served.
Sadly, in the future I will look elsewhere for our birthday celebrations. Perhaps Flemings or Larsons.
Celebrating a birthday...they do a great job wishing you a happy birthday, birthday sprinkles on the table and the menu also has your name on it wishing you a happy birthday. Combine that with the always outstanding service...a great birthday dinner experience.
It was our anniversary and the staff gave us a personalized card, confetti in the table, and a complimentary dessert. We having been going here for 13 years (especially on our anniversary).
They get the details right. Names on menus. Decorated dessert plates. And the perfect server, Jeff Zin. I like my steak blood rare. Putting it on a heated plate would have overcooked it. He brought it on a room temperature platter, provided black napkins for our black slacks and generally made a busy evening feel unrushed.
Their steaks are amazing, but I decided to have the Chilean Sea Bass. It melted in my mouth.
The Brussel sprouts too are delicious. Although pricy, this restaurant is a nice way to treat yourself and others for a special occasion.
Bi was there fore a birthday dinner. Food was good, but service was terrible. Waitress was overwhelmed and support staff never took care of us. Very disappointing!
The food was good, not exceptional. Our server, David, however, was outstanding, and couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy!!
We celebrated our daughter’s sweet 16th and had an amazing dinner. Our server David was so helpful. Unfortunately, I was on a dinner break from work, and was under a time restraint. David was great and coordinated everything perfectly. The service alone was worth coming back, however the food was definitely the highlight. We all ordered the filet or ribeye steaks and they not not disappoint. Everything was delicious!!! Thank you!

My wife and I always eat at Ruth Chris on special occasions. It was our anniversary dinner. My wife loves the lamb chops. They were perfect as was my swordfish. Salads and my martini also great! The one disappointment was the dessert. I special ordered the banana cream pie which use to be a regular dessert. Was quite surprised when it came out looking nothing like the ones they use to make. Sloppily put together and tasted horrible. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. We love Ruth Chris!
Ran out of food...for such an important day like Valentine's. They dropped the ball.
Probably the worst experience I have had in a restaurant in a long time!!! Will never go back and will not recommend anyone to ever go this place!
Food courses came out with incorrect preparation. Server dropped one of our salads upon placing on table.
We had a party of six and the food came out at different times causing one or more couples to wait for their food...while ours got somewhat cold.
I expected better from Ruth’s Chris.
Feb 14 - Valentine’s Day
The food was delicious and great. Our server Zimm was amazing and his outstanding service made our Anniversary that much more special! Highly recommend this location for any special occasion.

We love Ruth Chris so when it was time to plan our pre-Valentine's dinner date we chose this location. Overall, it was lovely and delicious! However we had a few hiccups. We were seated in the very far back next to a very large party. Upon sitting down the host noticed I was wearing a black dress and asked me if I would prefer a black napkin (to lessen the lint marks). That was nice! After ordering 2 steaks and 3 sides our waiter, Jeff, let us know that he could not remove the bacon from the brussel sprouts like I asked. I was shocked and confused. Hubby and I still manged to have a nice time, but we decided to skip dessert .

Food and service always superb. It was my wifes birthday and i noted on open table. The menu was printed with her name on it and a Happy Birthday message. They sprinkled table with Birthday things and brought a lovely dessert .

My boyfriend surprised me and took me for my birthday. They surprised us by printing out the menu with “Happy Birthday” at the top, which was really sweet! The crab cakes were phenomenal, the steak was cooked perfectly and the birthday dessert was delicious. Funnily enough, we’re going back next week for my grandmas birthday!

Birthday celebration. Food was great. Left wanting to go back very soon. Creamed spinach my fav. Did not like how close tables are to each other. No privacy whatsoever.
This was a "special" birthday party for 12. Food as always was wonderful. Ruth's Chris is my favorite steak house in the Valley. Between dinner and the bar tab it was about $2,000. and worth every dollar.
Expected more for the price, after finishing my Ribeye I had a plate full of fat. I've had Ruth Chris before and was bring my husband to celebrate a new job and was unfortunately disappointed
Going to Ruth Chris use to be special. Cooking steaks at home getting them just right every time was almost impossible. Then I started to cook sous vide now my steaks at home are almost as good if not better.
Bottom line is Ruth Chris still cooks a great steak.
Jon Jacob was an excellent server!!!! He truly went above and beyond to make are family dinner truly special.
I’m a steak lover and hadn’t been to a RCSH in quite a while. I suggested to some neighbors that we meet there. There were several large parties going on simultaneously. Pablo, our waiter was very pleasant and attentive. My only complaint is that the signature 11 oz filet when delivered was not sizzling on the 500° plate, nor was it medium rare as ordered. The level of doneness ranged from medium to medium well (no pink at all). I enjoyed my time with my friends, so I chose not to report this to the waiter. The bottom line, a highly revered steakhouse should be able to cook a steak medium rare, regardless of the number of people in the Restaurant.
Celebrated our sons 18th birthday. Everything was great!
Zim is a wonderful server, very attentive and knowledgeable. He gave me perfect recommendations for wine pairing and how best to have my steak cooked to achieve perfection.
