Zim was an amazing server and went above and beyond in helping us celebrate our son's pre-graduation dinner. He even helped tie his tie and pack up our deserts to go so we would get there on time. Thanks so much! It was wonderful! Food amazing as always.

                                                                                      We went to Ruth Chris for my husband‘s birthday. It was his 50th birthday so it was a really special birthday. I asked for a booth two different times but we didn’t get it and I understand that. We sat down and it took forever for our server to get our drinks. Our server’s name was Edward. He did not give our family the service we deserved. . We go to Ruth’s Chris for almost every special occasion, but the past three times none of them felt special. I love the food but the service and the way we have been treated is not adequate for as much as you are charged for the meals. I brought my three young adult children with us this time to celebrate their father, who have not experienced Ruth’s Chris with us before. They didn’t really care but I was really embarrassed at the service we were offered. I feel like the last few times I have been there I’ve always complained about the service. I think it will be the last time we will go there for a while. These type of restaurants used to offer the best service in Los Angeles and now I feel like they have downgraded. I hope that this review is read and Managers really rethink how they train their servers.

                                                                                      Went for dinner with wife, daughter, and granddaughter to celebrate granddaughters 19th birthday. The service was very good. The steak was not the quality I/we expected. Went to use the restroom. The partitions were falling apart. Made from vinyl covered particle board. Probably 50 years old. As the restroom goes, so does the restaurant. They first tried to to seat us at a table next to the entrance to the kitchen where the doors had been removed (or not installed). Probably ly at the request of the Bean Counters.

The food was all wonderful but it was the service that really made the night special. Our waiter was Lebron and he was charming, polite , amazing service and really made the night feel like a special occasion. We will definitely come back for a special occasion.

                                                                                      The steaks at Ruth Chris cannot be beat. We ordered different types of steak (rib, strip, and filet) and each was cooked to perfection. The food comes out sizzling hot. We ordered several sides to share. Each was delicious. Our server was friendly, helpful, and conscientious. He checked with us throughout the meal without disturbing us. The service was excellent. We've already booked a return to Ruth's Chris in a month.

No complimentary desert for bday, wrong salad dressing on one of salads and very slow service. Drove from Santa Clarita. Entertaining relatives from Nevada. Had the reservation for about 3 weeks.

                                                                                      They paid attention to our reservation note! My friend was congratulated on arrival for her graduation. Congrats confetti was spread across the table , the host and waitress also made sure to congratulate her. The service was great, we were seated immediately, the food was amazing and the even brought us a desert. After we finished I noticed the bill was cheaper than I expected. Definitely a great value , can't wait for the new location!

                                                                                      Tonight’s dinner was somewhat a little hectic, I was placed with Eduardo which has never served me before, many hiccups Salad requested no mushrooms on chop for my daughter , instead didn’t put them on my chop salad, requested salad dressing on side for niece came already mixed, requested Filet be sliced for daughter came out whole. Hopefully I get back my two regular favorites on my next dinner.
