   We were seated quickly even though we were a half hour early for our reservation. The service as great and the food was wonderful. There was a moderate amount of noise. Background noise effects my hearing so I had to have the waiter slow down and repeat things several times which he graciously did with a smile. This was our 56th wedding anniversary dinner.

   We went to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The service and food were outstanding as usual. There is a marked difference in food quality and level of service between Ruth’s Chris and more modestly priced restaurants. Not to say those other restaurants are not enjoyable, but the RC experience is next level.

   Everything about the experience was high level. The filet was perfect melt in your mouth meduim rare. Lobster...a little too well done but still tasty. Waiter and others very attentive and a pleasure. Our anniversary celebration was successful. 44years.

   I had received an ad on Facebook promising a three course meal for $49.99 at Ruth's Chris...and I followed the link and made our reservation. When we arrived our waiter informed us that the special pricing was not available at the Woodland Hills, California location. Having committed to dining out and anxious to have a steak we opted to stay and pay the extra charges which almost increased our bill by 70%. Talk about bait and switch! Waiter Jeffrey was excellent and so gracious. We have had him before and always enjoyed his service. and I think he felt badly for us, but there was nothing he could do. He did comp us on a dessert which was an appreciated gesture. But buyers beware, better to ask if they are honoring the special prices before you sit down.

   We decided at the last minute to make an early reservation. Jeffrey Zimmerman was our waiter. His team was efficient and friendly. We weren’t rushed at all “Zim” asked us questions and was able to fine tune our experience. Our chopped salad was perfectly dressed. Our petit filets were cooked to our exact specifications. Getting the mushrooms with the Demi glacé added just a beautiful taste to our steaks. Banana crème pie was the best ending. We will be back and will ask for Zim going forward. Thanks!

    I took a client there for dinner based on a Ruth's Chris Facebook ad of a 3-course meal for $49. When I got to the restaurant, it was $56, $66, or $76 depending on whether you wanted to add shrimp or lobster tail. They need to make it MUCH clearer that "Prices vary based on location." Otherwise, the meal itself was great as usual. I do wish Ruth's Chris would put BACK on the Menu their great Louisiana Gumbo!!

    Location is the last business still remaining in a Westfield Mall that has permanently closed. R Chris staff said they are about to relocate to a previously closed TGI Friday (nearby). Everything about the dinner for 5 was reasonable, except for 1 salad (mine), that I was unable to chew, so removed it from my mouth and found that 1 of their after dinned mint wrappings was in with the lettuce and dressing so that it truly looked like it was lettuce, but rubbing it against my napkin showed it to be a wrapper. The waiter took it upon himself to get approval to remove it from our bill, which was OK. We chose R Chris because recently we were at a competing steak house and my wifes dinner arrived causing me to ask what happened to mine, the waitress looked around, walked to another table and pulled the plate from under a womans place setting leaving her holding her fork and knife and saying to her spouse "I didnt think it looked like what I ordered, and waitress brought it directly to me, without first taking it back to the chef to inspect as to not having been touched by the other patron. My wife vowed to never go back to that 1 but now she made the same vow about this one, saing there was no excuse for a candy wrapper being on the salad plate..

    We had a reservation at 7:30pm for Mother’s Day. We came in exactly at 7:30pm and checked in. The hostess said that it would be a 5-10 minute wait but we ended up waiting longer and got seated at 8:00pm… It’s understandable that they were busy but the fact that they couldn’t simply even say “Thank you for waiting” or “We apologize for the long wait” when we clearly waited over 30 minutes to be seated was very disappointing and unprofessional. Train your host/hostesses better.

    I have to imagine it is because my daughter was with us however, we were placed in the back behind a column in which our server rarely made it over. Never returned for water nor to see if I wanted another cocktail. Overall, this location has a very old feel and has a strange location now that everything else has been closed in the shopping center. Food was excellent as always however, the service was subpar.

    Steak and sides were awesome! Loved the truffle crusted fillet. We had a Prixe Fix dinner. It was 3 courses, really good value. I think the sides could have been larger, are mashed potatoes that costly? The chocolate cake was way too rich, especially after so many fat calories. It had espresso, which I like but the cake just didn’t do it for me. Except for the cake, food would be 5/5.

    The restaurant was very busy due to the dine LA specials, but the fish, the calamari, the New York strip, the appetizers and sides were all wonderful. We were a little disappointed with the lobster mac & cheese, but everything else made up for it. It is pricey and I would recommend this for a special occasion and not every day dining like we did. We loved it though and highly recommend for a special occasion. They even have children’s menus which are very reasonably priced and delicious and the service was great. Roberto was our server and he was excellent.

    It was our 8 year anniversary and we celebrated at Ruth Chris Steakhouse. The food and service was amazing 👏 🙌. Our waiter went above and beyond that I totally forgot and left my debt card on the table, he rushed to the parking lot and handed me my card👏 wow!! What a good man.

    Christian was an absolute pleasure to have as our server. He was so attentive. Usually when I make reservations for a special occasion, the restaurant never acknowledges it. But here, the table was set perfectly for my wife’s birthday, and her dessert made her feel special. Would 11/10 recommend Ruth’s Chris to anyone wanting a special experience.

    This was one of the best meals my fiancé and I have ever had. The host were nice, didn’t interact with them that much. But once we sat down, it was prefect. Davis our server was amazing, his recommendations were spot on! He coursed all whole meal perfectly. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted even better.     Service was impeccable. We ordered from the prix fixe menu. Salads were overdressed. Filets and vegetables were wonderful. The bread was fresh, but not as good as we’ve had elsewhere. There was some confusion over the “chef choice” dessert. We got a mini cheesecake with fresh berries for a birthday. We ordered the chocolate flourless cake, but it contained espresso and was not to our liking.
