The hostess sat us with the prior customers food still at the table. We waited until we had to call the manager to clear out the food. Then the steaks came out undercooked and we had to send them back. The waiter never asked how we were doing and they didn't bother to clear out the dishes after we were done with the appetizers. This was a terrible experience from the beginning to the end.

Every time I dine at Ruth’s Chris, I have an exceptional experience. The hospitality is consistently outstanding, and the service is both attentive and welcoming. The quality of the food is top-tier — the ribeye steak is always cooked to perfection, and the lobster mac and cheese is absolutely exquisite. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an elevated and memorable dining experience.

It’s good food but the ambience is okay, it feels like a TGI fridays. The other location had better food and felt more fine dining.

The food was outstanding!! Hubby had the ribeye and I had crusted sea bass. They bring the food out sizzling hot--very impressive. We also shared a salad, stuffed mushrooms, and asparagus. All were delicious, including the bread and butter that is brought out at the start of the meal. The downside was how crowded the seating was...we felt like we were practically sitting on the laps of the couples next to us on either side, so it was hard to have a private conversation. Plus it was pretty noisy so my husband had trouble hearing me, unless I shouted. In addition, our server seemed to be running around taking care of a few larger tables, which meant that the service we received was lacking. However, my hubby did received desert after dinner because it was his birthday, which was very good. Bottom line, if you don't care about ambiance and you just want a delicious meal, then you won't be disappointed.
