Horrible told us they were running 30-40 min behind when we go there 5 min before our reservations!
Excellent food along with excellent service! Really enjoyed our dinner.
Always enjoy coming to this restaurant! Great food, great service!
Valentines and our anniversary
Awesome! Very beautiful setting with delicious food!
Everything was great but at the prices we pay, we shouldn’t have to ask for H2O 3 times. It should be filled without asking
Had to wait 20 min. For a 6 PM reservation. It was Valentines Day. The Filet was outstanding. I did no care for the seasoning on the Lobster Tails.
Princess was an outstanding server. Thank you for the experience!
We love going to Ruth's Chris for steak, but unfortunately, the pricing prevents us from going more than once a year.
Superb, as always. Server (Princess) was especially charming and attentive.
Ruth Chris always delivers! The $35 filet, shrimp
& red wine pairing is a steal
The food and service are always top notch. This is our go-to restaurant for special occasions because the staff treats us so well.
The stuffed chicken and the filet is excellent. They have good iced tea. You should really try the sweet potato casserole. Bring your wallet.
As with every visit, the food is hot and nicely prepared and plated. Our waiter Joshua was very customer focused and attentive as where those assisting him.
Absolutely terrific night...Nicole was tremendous as well as our server...will be back!
The front of the house were amazing. Our waiter Edward was not great. My medium well steak came out raw and the creamed spinach was lukewarm. By the time they cooked my steak, the spinach was cold. The waiter never refilled our wine glasses or checked to see how we were doing. We were celebrating an special occasion that was recognized by the front staff, and ignored by Edward.
In order to improve, cooking a steak to the right temperature (and not serving a raw cow on the plate) and having a server who cares about the customers is a basic way of operation to have repeat customers.
Celebrated my husbands birthday and dinner was perfect! Alex, our server was fabulous. He took such good care of us and made our evening so enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back!
It was mostly good except the server brought me the wrong wine twice. He was very apologetic about it though.
Yummy, As tasty as ever! They never disappoint. Can’t wait ‘til the next time.
THE TABLE WAS VERY SMALL FOR A PARTY OF 4! MY HUSBAND SPILLED HIS WINE!
VERY NOISY! YOU CAN'T CARRY OUT A CONVERSATION!
APPETIZERS WERE GOOD BUT THE ENTREES MODERATE.
Great dinner. Jeff, our server was great. It was loud inside
Always love it here! And yet to fault anything or anyone. Delicious steak. But I’m loving the lobster bisque and the tuna ahi. Cheesecake - well that’s just a given - BEST IN THE WORLD!
I have been to more than 30 Ruth’s Chris restaurants throughout this Country simply because I know that the quality of the food is superb and the service uniformly excellent. However, over the years, I haven’t been particularly enamored of the Woodland Hills location: often too noisy, inconsistent service, and general ambiance. Consequently, I have had to drive into Beverly Hills to visit the Beverly Drive location. This is extremely inconvenient as it is almost 60 miles from my home. However, my most recent visit to the Woodland Hills location, chosen because of Family needs and closer distance, was exceptional. I was given the booth I had requested. We were seated immediately, a rare experience. I was pleased that the dress code was enforced. But the best part of our experience was our Server, Jason Malloy. His service was superlative. Jason was there as soon as I needed him, and made sure that our orders for the four of us were perfect. I can honestly say that, in all of the more than two decades I have been frequenting Ruth’s Chris throughout the Country, Jadon is far better than any other Server I have ever had. Jason should be training. There are not enough positive adjectives I can think of to adequately describe Jason’s exceptional service. He made our visit as enjoyable as possible. Ruth’s Chris is lucky to have him.
We had a wonderful anniversary celebration.
Always delicious and lovely service. A wonderful place for that special occasion.
Love this place!
The food was great and our waiter was the best. He anticipated what we needed and even suggested ways to be more economically smart! Whiles the restaurant was crowded, when booking i asked for a quiet table for those at the table with hearing issues and they complied beautifully. This was really appreciated!
Overall good experience at Ruth Chris. It is getting bit pricey $10 for a baked potato. The service was excellent. We went on a Saturday Night to the Woodland Hills location, it was full (Good for Ruth Chris), resulted in being noisy. My steak was cooked perfect.
We use to go to Ruth Chris since it is very hard to get the "The Perfect Cooked Steak". At home I am cooking using Sous Vide, steaks come out perfect Medium Rare. every time. So going to Ruth Chris is not such a big thing.
Great food and great service. I love Ruth Chris. Never disappoints.
This was a birthday celebration. The service was excellent as was the food. Jon Jacobs took special care to make our our evening delightful. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Great food and thanks to Dine LA for a great deal. Two of our party had birthdays and they made us feel really special!!! Not just a free dessert, they personalized our menu and had confetti on the table.
Below par service.
I checked in. Host said are you ready to be seated I said yes. Then they proceeded to seat 3 more couples before me that arrived after me. Then they cane back to me and said would you like to be seated as if they forgot about me. Then ate the dine la deal and the filet at full price. The steak was dried out and not very flavorable. And the chillean sea bass was overly salted. The desserts were tiny. Our server only checked on us once maybe twice. The ambience seems a little dated. Will be going to Morton’s and Fleming’s from now on. I checked in. Host said are you ready to be seated I said yes. Then they proceeded to seat 3 more couples before me that arrived after me. food choices our great. wine list is reasonable. Service staff our wonderful and very caring about what your choices might be for dinner.
We had reservations for 7:45 and had to wait to be seated at 8:15.
They acknowledged our Anniversary and made it special, like always♥️
The hostess that "greeted" us had the personality of a nat. The lady that seated us was no better. When we asked for a booth that was empty she dismissed us by saying - It is not ready. Just plain rude. Not a good way to start the evening.
Our server made up for it with excellent service and the food was good.
When walking to our table we are having to walk close to the walls due to the establishment crowding the dining areas with tables. The atmosphere is very dark like going to a club and the noise level is to high for an upscale establishment. While their menu has reasonable prices for a steak house - I found that my ribeye was bland.
I did mention when making my reservation that it was our Anniversary. This was the only time I booked on Open table where an occasion wasn’t recognized
Great food as usual. Love Ruth Chris Steaks, so good!
