Took my girlfriend here for a date night and it was perfect. Quiet, romantic night. The steak was amazing, cooked perfectly. The lobster Mac and cheese is phenomenal. Service was above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Our server was really nice! We were disappointed because in the past, there have been crumb scoopers and out candle wasn’t lit on our table even though they were lit at every other table. In the comments I had specified that we were doing Valentine’s a day late because all the reservations were gone a month in advance. We were disappointed that there were no rose petals or anything on our table.

We had an awesome Valentines dinner. Our server was Reggie and he was absolutely amazing!! Food was fantastic. They do a great with social distancing. I felt extremely comfortable. Great evening out!!

My wife and I both had the surf and turf for a Valentines dinner. The food was cooked to perfection and the service was outstanding.

Was great! Accommodated a larger party than we reserved for, wait staff was friendly, fun and efficient, food came out perfectly. We were celebrating twin birthdays and it went very well, better than expected!

Stephanie our server WAS THE BESTEST! Very knowledgeable of the menu. All of her recommendations were a HIT! She was nice and I would love to have her again as a server anytime I visit Ruth’s Chris!!! She’s Definitely the GOLD STANDARD and every server should emulate her level of work.

Our server Nick was great. Drinks were great! Our steaks were undercooked, but we’re easy. I ordered a bone-in filet & ordered MR & it was rare. To me, MR is a hot red center, but the center was cool red & very fleshy. My friends ribeye came out MR when we decided M. Again, no issue. More so a note for the kitchen. Loved our drinks & app!

The food was very good but unfortunately the service was extremely slow. Our water glasses sat empty and we had to ask for our waitress multiple times. We typically order much more to drink but didn’t have the opportunity. We were not asked if we would like to order desserts so we didn’t even though we had planned to. Our bill was close to $500 with the tip (party of 4). I have higher expectations for service when we go to an upscale restaurant. We have been to many Ruth Chris locations in the country, this was our first time in this one and our first less than stellar experience. We won’t be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Food was absolutely to die for and the service from Seth and his entourage was bar none. Thanks again!

Great filet and shrimp!!

The bartender was awesome. Asked for a garlic stuffed olive (which they don’t have ) but she made some for me.

The service was good. Food was average. Presentation was poor. First the bread was below average. Yes it was hot, but tasted like it was a warmed up grocery store loaf.

When at a steak house, the staff upon serving the steak should ask if it was cooked correctly, not 10 minutes later. The steak was served on the same size plate we were given for our bread. Where do you put the sides?

The asparagus portion was small. Lobster Mac and cheese was good.

One of two Hostess did not have very nice attitude but everything else was great !

We visit Ruth Chris frequently, we stopped in at this location while in town. And I hate to be a complainer , but here I go , our waiter was great! I am used to a fresh true French bread ( the Baton Rouge& Houston location is where we visit the most) and the bread at this restaurant wasn’t very good ,But I figured , whatever it’s bread and it’s free .. I ordered the wedge salad ( it was served with no tomatoes , but I ate it and didn’t say anything ) , filet and sweet potato casserole, my husband ordered the NY strip , and baked potato. Our food came, my filet was over cooked , to the point of the exterior being crunchy, and comparable to beef jerky, which isn’t anything like I’ve ever gotten at any of the 15 Ruth Chris locations we have visited, but , it wasn’t just severely overcooked , it was so strange , it has no flavor , like nothing , not salt , not garlic . Not anything . My husband also said his ny strip wasn’t seasoned. But what really got me , and I had to tell the manger, was the sweet potato casserole , it was burnt, all the edges were black and so was the topping , I just looked at it and wondered , who in the world let this leave the kitchen ? I was just kind of amazed, if the sign didn’t say Ruth Chris , I would have never believed the food I was served came from there ! The manger sent another steak out and sweet potato casserole out , the new steak was still bland , and the sweet potatoes were still over cooked , but I just said thank you and acted like it was good because I was embarrassed to say anything else , i took a few bites and packed it up to go ,to bring home to my 10 year old son. But anyways , as far as the food goes I wouldn’t recommend it , if your a Ruthies fan like myself , it doesn’t compare to a good Ruth Chris location. The manger was nice and did take care of our desert, but the food , blah.

Our server was fantastic. We enjoyed the dinner, the wait staff, and the whole atmosphere. Everyone took extra time to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. We will be making this an every year experience for New Years.

I was not impressed with the food quality or the service. The bus boy was more attentative than the waitress. We had an appetizer, salad and an entree and the server first went for forks after the entrees were on the table. The filet mignon had to be treated with tenderizer and the texture was mushy. I have worked in and managed some of the finest restaurants in the county and found the service and quality of the food lacking, I am also a Chef with a degree from th CIA. I know food and service. Much over rated and not a good value for the money. It is a tourist trap. Maybe at one time you deserved a high rating but no longer. I taight my employees how to prepare Caesar salads tableside and flaming deserts tableside also. Your wine list lacks depth. Certanly no Bern's Steak House

Food and service were great but expect to spend a lot due the menu pricing. They do have one bargain called a prix fare menu. It has a limited entry list but include salad, entry and dessert for $44. If you want good food and excellent steaks and don't mind paying $50-$75/ per person not including drinks, this is a fabulous place.

We went for Christmas Day lunch and Reginald our waiter was great and made our Christmas celebration a wonderful experience.

Always a consistently good steak cooked to perfection.... pricey but worth the splurge! Tasty side dishes. Fresh veggies!

Christmas Dinner

By far our favorite restaurant! The food is always excellent and the staff is amazing.

We were there for romantic birthday celebration when a group of 5 drunk businessman were seated next to us.. Very disappointed since half the restaurant was empty anyway.. Not sure who would be in charge of something like that but little things matter. $300 dinner spoiled a bit..

My wife and I had a “date”. We know when we dine at Ruth’s Chris it will be a good experience.

for what you pay you obviously get good food but there are multiple "little touches" I would put in. from table set up, bread quality, and variety of butter to the fact the restaurant charged me $5 for a birthday fruit salad they brought to the table. nice gesture but don't charge for it (especially when I spent $300+ on the meal. the waitress was great and the service was good. in all - I expect Ruth Chriss to offer the highest class for these prices. don't get me wrong - very nice restaurant and service but maybe the restaurant concept is different than what I have expeted.

Our table was ready when we arrived. The service was verey effecient. The food was outstanding and delivered to our table in a timely manner.

It was an absolute delight to spend Thanksgiving here. The staff were so nice and attentive. The food was phenomenal.

From the time we arrived, we were treated like valued customers and given excellent service. The hostesses and wait staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Reggie was outstanding and went to great lengths to make sure we had an extra special dining experience for our 29th anniversary. The GM checked in on us to make sure the taste of our food met our expectations. Ruth’s Chris of Winter Park is and always will be one of our favorite places to celebrate and enjoy great steaks!
