Impeccable service! Of course the food was outstanding as well! We weren’t to celebrate our anniversary and they made our night extra special by placing rose petals on the table and providing a special dessert especially for us!
Went for the first time after meeting former CEO Mike O'Donnell at Rollins. Went in with high expectations that were definitely met. Good job!
Nice meal for special occasion. Food took a long time to come, staff offer bread regularly but didn't want my daughter to not eat the food. Overall nice.
We had a great anniversary dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. As expected the filet and ribeye were wonderful.
Love Ruth's Chris....always a great meal! Even late night.
Our meal was delicious and our server was attentive! The steak & shrimp was prepared perfectly. The baked potato was delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!
Overall, great experience. Stuffed mushrooms and calamari were delicious. Ribeye was good. Ordered med rare, but unfortunately, came out over cooked. Still great flavor.
Our waiter was outstanding, very attentive and informative.
This was not our first visit to Ruth's Chris, so we do have experience with the food quality. This time we ordered in the past from the Ruth's Favorites Menu and were not as pleased with the quality of the meat. The meat tasted as if it were tenderized, rather than aged. In the past we have always ordered from the a la carte menu, and will resume doing so on future visits. As always, the dining area was lovely, and the staff friendly.
Excellent on all counts
We love this restaurant but noticed two things. First, an event table, a large group, was making quite a bit of noise. Second, the prices are way up. We may space out our dining visits more.
Food was perfectly cooked, service was on point, Matt always does a fantastic job!
Very established, well-executed steakhouse dining. Waiter was a senior professional. Steaks and other dishes are impeccable. A regular stop for us.
It was a little loud and the tables were a bit small so it made them feel crowded with all of our food and drinks on the table. However, the food and service are superb.
Great food. Exceeded every need we have
It was my birthday dinner and everything was on point! The service the timing of the food and the quality -Outstanding!
We had a great experience. Food was awesome. Actually better than other fine steak places nearby.
I love the consistency in the quality of the food and professionalism of the service. Ruth’s Chris never disappoints.
The food and service was excellent!
I've finally found a restaurant that does a better steak than I can. The 16 oz. ribeye was perfect. The 10 year port was as good as it should have been but very small. The gambler's old fashioned was as good as these cocktails go, but was overpriced. The stuffed mushrooms were delicious, as were the cremini mushrooms. The broccoli was perfectly steamed. My wife enjoyed her lamb, but she found it better without the mint jelly. Easily our most expensive meal ever, but the ambiance was flawless. My main complaint is that the cocktail was overpriced. Not a bit better than the one I paid $5 for on Park Avenue.
No student or Veteran discounts.
Reginald took care of us, amazing service, the stake was a little bit overcooked outside and raw in the middle, but in general was ok, I would recommend go there
Awesome. Food was fabulous. Service was excellent. Absolutely perfect dining experience. Hint - order your filet “Pittsburgh style “
Server was very knowledgeable and helpful. He brought food and drinks at a nice pace. He recommended a nice bottle of red wine. The surf and turf with the filet was outstanding. The sweet potato casserole was one of the best I’ve ever had.
The food was fantastic, but the service was over the top.
3rd Anniversary and it was Valentine's Day
What a wonderful way to celebrate Valentine’s Day! Dinner was perfect, start to finish. We started with a chopped salad that was a both visually appealing and delicious. The flavors blended together so well; the ingredients fresh and crisp. Our steaks were cooked exactly as ordered, served piping hot, and melted in our mouths. We shared two sides........potatoes au gratin and fire roasted corn. Both were flavorful, and paired well with our steaks. Again, both were served piping hot.
We moved our reservation ahead 30 minutes, and the hostesses were very accommodating even though it was a holiday, and the restaurant was extremely busy. Our server, Natalia, was very attentive as were her helpers, without being intrusive. We received great service, and never felt rushed! It was a delightful dining experience.
The service as always is fantastic. The food is delicious. The steaks are great.
Celebrated a 50th Birthday and the food was outstanding as usual. The filets are the best anywhere and the sweet potato casserole is truly out of this world.
Excellent service excellent food gift I can’t wait to go again
my steak was great. my wife’s small fillet was tough. not over cooked just tough
My $55 ribeye came out o my plate looking like a brown pancake. It likely was not even three quarters of an inch thick. The thin steak made it hard to cook medium rare, which is how I asked for it. My friend's filet, ordered medium was more pink than my ribeye.
Calamari and salads were good, but priced too high. We each had a drink, shared an appetizer and one side and had no dessert. With tax and a tip of about 18%, dinner for two was $225: too much for the quality.
1 steak wasn't cooked properly even after sending it back 1 time. Blue cheese topping was burned on top of another steak. Manager did do a great job of taking the 1 steak off the check w/o us asking for a manager. Service was slow. Desserts were great for all 4 of us. But for the price i'd say this dinner was average at best.
Excellent food and service!!!
Great waiter. African American gentleman was very friendly and helpful
Our waiter, John was fantastic and made us feel special.
Husbands filet was cooked perfectly, but lobster tails were over cooked. I enjoyed the crab cakes which were packed with big pieces of crab. The shoestring potatoes for $10 were hard to eat. Couldn’t pick them up with fork, so had to grab with hands. Truthfully, steak and shakes are better and I shouldn’t have even ordered at R.C. Crab stuffed mushrooms and Caesar salad were ok. I wouldn’t order either again. Recipes need more flavor.
I had my wedding dinner here and the service, food, and ambiance was spectacular. I can’t say enough good things about it. They took their time with us and let us celebrate for a couple of hours. They made my day really special and I never forget it!
Birthday celebration, made the evening special. Recommend Ruth Chris to everyone.
As always the food was stellar. Our server Mr John once again provided impeccable service, always polite, professional and knowledgeable. What we admire and appreciate the most is not only the great service and food but the consistency of it. We can come in any day, any time and is always great. Mr John, thank you for the wonderful service, thank you for my wife’s Pappy, thank you the awesome martini, thank you for remembering us.
