First time at Ruth Chis. I had a 12oz ribeye and my son had the filet. I was not impressed at all with the ribeye. It was not a substancial steak - it was very thin and overly seasoned. The filet was much better. I have had much better steaks. The calamari appetizer was fabulous. The atmosphere was very nice.

I was very disappointed. The food was average at best - my steak was definitely NOT pink as requested. Definitely not worth the amount of money we paid.

This restaurant remains a favorite for over 4 years now from my first Birthday visit in 2012. I met the GM that night and little did I know how often I would return and enjoy being greeted by him at my table. While staff have changed over the years, David continues to hire the best so the operation is seamless. The food is always awesome and the staff is friendly, professional and know what 5 star service is all about. This evening, we were served by Joaquim in the bar. As usual, he was top drawer. I don't get here as often as I have in the past, however it is always a wonderful evening and I enjoy seeing David, the GM every time.

Great steaks, sides are large enough to share between two. One of the few places where the steak comes out hot and stays that way that's due to hot plates.

I had planned a special dinner for a date night and since my date had never been to Ruth's Chris, I figured what a great surprise for her. She was very excited when we arrived and the start of service was very good. Out waiter John recommended a good wine and we ordered. The meal was as always fantastic. The ribeye that I had was wonderful throughout and my dates filet was perfect. There was only one mistake in that they brought the wrong side dish, but quickly brought the correct one with compliments. There are many places to eat, but for a great piece of steak, and wonderful service, this is hard to beat.

I have not been making it here as often as I had been in the past. I was happy to hear and see a few changes because staff had moved up within the company. Some into corporate roles and Tami, previously a greeter is now serving in the bar. As always, David the GM checked in to make sure everything was perfect and as usual it was. We tried the new spicy crispy shrimp appetizer and it is fabulous. We'll certainly be getting it again. While there were a few new faces, everything else was the same. Top quality food, friendly blue chip service and ambiance for a totally amazing evening. Looking forward to getting to know the new staff better as I start getting back there more often.

As always, the food was excellent, but the service has not been as good as in the past. The staff seems to have changed completely and is less than stellar.

Steaks always great, but we had a less than adequate side dish. But it was replaced without question, the manager stopped by and provided comp dessert, handled very professionally.
RC remains a favorite steakhouse and highly recommended.

Supremely awesome place. My wife and I are here every Friday. It is a little disappointing when I book reservations a week in advance and when I ask for a booth I am told they are not available. Meanwhile, someone who is a walk in directly behind me gets sat immediately at the booth across from my wife and I.

You must go to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. There food and service is top notch. We enjoyed a mouth watering appetizer, shared the Porterhouse for two along with the crab mac and cheese as a side. We also enjoyed a few drinks from the bar. They were delivered to our table in a timely manner. I love how they already cut the Porterhouse before it comes out. It makes it much easier to serve. I also enjoy the hot serving plates full of herbs and butter. The smell once the steak hits the hot plates is mouth watering. Our waiter was awesome! The whole meal was delicious. I can't wait to go back!

The food, as always, was excellent. The service that I experienced that night, was less than acceptable. I was overdue, so I called a friend that was at the restaurant to order my steak sandwich for me, so that it would be there when I arrived. My meal had not been delivered when I did arrive some 20 mins later.

It took more than an Hour for my order to be delivered and it was Wrong. I ordered a Steak Sandwich with no bun and vegetables instead of fries. I received a standard order. It seems they did not put the order in until I had complained several times about my order.

This is very unusual for this restaurant, but I did not recognize any of the wait staff that night. I have not been dissatisfied with the previous staff in the past, as you can see from my previous reviews.

I hope this is a one-time occurrence because I bring 25 people there on a monthly basis.

This restaurant is a perennial favorite of ours for outstanding, sizzling-hot steaks...we were not disappointed on this visit which says a lot about the consistency of the food and service. The only 2 items that might benefit from consideration are (a) the lowering the bar for what constitutes 'working attire and dress-up attire' (i.e., jeans apparently make the cut which denigrates the experience a bit); and (b) the somewhat over-priced wine (about 4 times what you can purchase an identical bottle for in a retail wine store).

My husband and I went for Valentines Day Dinner. The waiter was friendly and helpful however he had little control over the kitchen. We were served warm Shrimp cocktail, not good!
Our dinner took a long time to come from the kitchen. Our server did his very best to keep us updated, but there is only so much that can be said after such a long wait.

We went in to quietly celebrate an accomplishment, and had a nice evening. The only 3 problems we encountered were with the AC being too cold, a poor decision from our server, and while exiting after dinner. First of all, the AC temperature should be set for the guests comfort, NOT the employees. I know that might sound selfish, and it is. But when you are paying a premium price for a premium restaurant and experience, you expect it be comfortable the whole time. Second, our server was nice enough, but he should never have taken our order, and then gone to another table and "walk them through" the menu. It was 10 minutes before he got back there to put our order in. Very disappointing and frustrating. He should have said something to them about being right back. And thirdly, after dining, we were walking out the front exit, and the hostess stood behind the podium, with no customers, and said to have a good night...As often as possible, he or she should open the door for guests as they leave while wishing them well. Anyway, the food was good and we'll be back, but we will be aware of these things, and more vocal about them, next time we "choose" your restaurant for the evening.

David and his team always excel. I always choose this location when eating Steak in Orlando because they just get it right. Longer drive for me but worth it.

Had a great dinner, outstanding service. Food was hot and consistent with other Ruth Chris steak houses around the country. Was a slow night, so got seated quickly and the food came out very quick. I really liked the Lobster Bisque.

Just a little disappointing. I've never known Ruth's to raise a price on a holiday menu. But this evening it removed its lower priced Classics with only higher priced ones remaining. And what's with that side of mac n cheese? On line it calls it Southwestern and in the menu there was something about green chili. Well, there wasn't a whisper of either, and the dish is basically inedible. Get rid of it. However, everything else was great--the steaks and fish, the salads, the deserts, the cocktails, and the fine service. We all had a good evening.

Booked New Year's Eve on December 6..arrived a few minutes early to find Ruthschris had no record of our open table reservation; when i produced my confirmation email, they reluctantly agreed to seat us at a table they plopped in the middle of the room where some of my party had to get up to let people pass behind them. I don't know what the problem was but not sure I will dine at Ruthschris again or use open table again. To be fair the restaurant bought our desserts and open table gave me 1000 points.

Food was excellent and after some confusion about outside seating for our reservation we were seated. Only issue was we were told they do not take reservations for ourside seating, seems rather strange since i did this on line and they never responded. Noise level inside quite high due to the crowd, but outside good.
After somewhat of wait, service was excellent and would go again.
