Lovely Easter dinner

Regie was our server by default. very nice man, he got my steak order wrong I ordered steak 6oz and shrimp he served a 11 oz steak. My husband baked potato was not up to RC standard.
Came with out compliments also. We eat here often and usually have Steven as our server.
Everything is always perfect, we do ask for him but our times got mixed up.

The food was great. I did order my Filet medium rare and it came to me medium. I didn't send it back. But is was very good. Overall it was excellent.

We have been several times and this meal was great. Food was spot on. I feel like sometimes it’s hit or miss. But this visit was a good one.
We will be back!

Everything was outstanding at the restaurant. Our server, Reggie, was great as always! We will definitely go back again!

My daughter's birthday was great!

Went there for my Birthday but was not impressed with the amount of time it took before the server came to our table (around 8 minutes), nor the fact that the included birthday desert was never offered/given. May have been a miscommunication between the hostess and the server, I’m not sure. Additionally we were unfortunate enough to sit next to a rather loud man who seemingly wanted to make sure the whole restaurant heard him. Lastly, we saw a lot of food getting sent back from various tables and while I usually never send anything back, we had to send back our stuffed mushrooms which came out entirely uncooked. What made it worse was the snarky comment given by our server when we asked if that’s how they intended to serve them (truly unknowingly) and his response was to make it sound like we could have them cooked more if we like without every acknowledging the fact that the mushrooms were still completely raw.

The table was set with birthday confetti and the atmosphere was great!

Our server, Stephanie, was attentive all night. Food was excellent, wine impeccable. The corner table we had was perfect for our birthday celebrations.

Everything was impeccable, from the food, to the atmosphere, to the service. The staff was very attentive and thank you Michael for doing a great job, as always.

It was pricey, but definitely worth the money. Everything is a la carte but the sides are big enough to at least be shared by two people. We had the ribeye, lobster mac&cheese and the fingerling potatoes. Everything was delicious. Even though my steak was more well done than I had ordered, everything was fixed and our server even got us a complimentary banana cheesecake which was delicious! Definitely a nice place for a romantic or special occasion.

This restaurant always does a great job making you feel welcomed. Warming atmosphere.

I eat here often, and the food is always great especially the deep fries spicy lobster my fav. I must say though the food is sometimes a bit more seasoned than other days.

The food was excellent! Taylor our server was also excellent, making for an outstanding evening for my wife and I.

Ruth's is consistent, never leaves you hanging and of all the fine dining restaurants, they feed you like you are a family member, bigger portions, not snooty. Warm and friendly always, they act like they realize you are paying good bucks for this dinner, let me make sure you feel it was worth it.

Always great service, drink, and food. But on a recent Saturday evening a strolling violinist, too. As the late Kay Thompson once sang, "I love a violin."

Great dining experience. Was my first time at one and enjoyed everything. The food was excellent as was the waiter. Loved the violinists that walked around. Really made my date with my girlfriend a very great night.

This was my first Ruth Chris experience and I was completely underwhelmed. I went with a friend who loves this resturant and takes any opportunity to go, so I was very excited about enjoying the same experiences that she has raved about. Unfortunately we were both disappointed that this was my first encounter with the Ruth Chris brand. When we arrived we were seated about 10-15 min late after the time for our reservation. Where we were seated was very cramped and we had to constantly move our bags and elbows for passing staff and/or patrons. I enjoyed the appetizer, but had I not gotten it I would have rated the food lower. The chicken breast was well flavored but a little dry, the sides were under seasoned, and I didn't enjoy the bread pudding texture. All in all, I was pretty disappointed and don't anticipate going back anytime soon.

Our server got 3 out of 5 orders wrong - starting with 1 of 3 drink orders incorrect. One of 5 filets had a very large piece of fat & waiter or manager didn't seem to care. Not the usual Ruth's Chris standard - don't visit Gus location, try the sand lake road restaurant.

Btw send email to Ruth's Chris - no response - poor customer service for an expensive meal.

They accept our reservation to 21:30 but the kitchen closes soon after So if they cannot accept our orders better not accept the reservation
I understand as a cliente that we could be advised of this
We order the entrees and during the meal someone ask for more fries
Them they told us that the kitchen was closed so far

The staff decorated the table nicely for a birthday dinner.

Five of us were celebrating my husband's birthday. It was a delightful dinner. Excellent food & drinks. Our waiter was very attentive & personable. He remembered my husband from another restaurant that we used to go to years ago. All in all, a great celebration.

We had a fabulous dining experience. The staff was great, our anniversary celebration was recognized and the service and food was outstanding. Nice to be able to give kudos on all aspects!

I keep coming back to this steakhouse just because I want to love it as much as my coworker does but it always disappoints. While this steakhouse is comparable to The Capital Grille I enjoy The Capital Grille much more. I feel like their steaks have more flavor and their lobster Mac and cheese is incomparable. I will say that service at Ruth Chris was very good. It seems like they can never get my steak perfectly cooked, I eat my steak medium, it’s usually undercooked at first and then once they take it back it’s over cooked. I am not sure if I would go back to give it one more chance or just stick with The Capital Grille.

New Year's Eve can be a challenging time for restaurants, but Ruth's handled it with its usual great service, drink, and food. The steaks were perfectly done as ordered, and the salads and sides couldn't have been better. And our server was the ultimate professional. All in all, it was a very enjoyable evening.

Christmas!

Don't waste your time dining at any steakhouse in the Orlando area except for Ruth's Chris. Food is first class, service superior and every one on staff is there to please.

We met some friends and family for a Christmas Eve dinner and while the food is always good, it seemed that with the volume of people there on this night, many of the salads had possibly been prepared in advance. Both my wife and I had upset stomachs and the only common thing we had was the Steakhouse Salad.

This evening's dinner was not one of their better efforts. Lobster tail was undercooked and had to be sent back twice. The manager came to our table and explained that there was a technical issue with some of the kitchen equipment in that it was not reaching the correct temperature, he deducted $34 from out check. This was an isolated incident in that we dine here frequently and have never encountered a similar issue so we'll be back.
