I tried their crab cakes this time. They were really good.
As usual, just a great meal at RCW. No one has or presents steak better!
Good for a steakhouse but there are better. They warn you that all meats are dipped in butter and salt. And now- men AND WOMEN must remove hats at the door. Tables are crowded together and waiters need training to not lean over people but to walk around the table. Basic things like that.
Food was excellent but service was a little slow - understandable since it was during Restaurant Week.
Had a very pleasant experience, from the greeting at the door through dinner and its conclusion. Food was great, service exceptional and ambiance formal without being stuffy. All in all, an excellent restarant.
food was excellent service was OK. It was very busy I'm assuming because it was restaurant week. I also had a 630 reservation and didn't sit until 715. The food was very good so I will try it again

Third time there and still bad. Service very very slow. Little communication at best. Steaks not impressive for their astronomical prices. Go to Benjamin’s - 50x better
This restaurant only serves lunch during Restaurant "week" periods, and I try to get there each time that happens. I'm not going there because of the special prices - it's that there are so few fine restaurants in Westchester that serve lunch, and so that makes this opportunity special. Having said that, the waiter told me that the Monday I was there, they had reservations for 30 people vs. 400 on Sunday afternoon. I don't know if it is because they don't advertise enough or that there is not enough natural demand for a nice lunch in Westchester. In either event, I do hope they continue to participate in this restaurant week event.
Yes be been to this restaurant a number of times in the past and this time around it seemed as if we were an afterthought to the staff. The waitress was slow and got the initial drink order incorrect, then brought the wrong side order.
Great food + great service = great experience for special occassion
We go to this location at least 5-6 times per year for special occasions, holidays, work parties.
This time went for my wife's 50th birthday. Usually they have stuff on the table to celebrate her birthday but nothing this time.
But what was really upsetting was that sometime recently they implemented a dress code standard. My 15 year old daughter was with us as usual and she had nice pants and her school hoodie on and the women at the front desk basically shouted in front of everyone that there is a strict dress code and that they would allow us to eat this time but to adhere to the dress code. Not only did she embarrass my 15 year old daughter, but like I said we've gone there plenty of times and no mention of a dress code. Its not like any of us were wearing jeans, etc. Very rude and unnecessary. That coupled with the lack of birthday recognition, I was not very pleased at all.

The food was good the portions were small however you felt satisfied and not overstaffed. The wait staff was very helpful. I would recommend this to others
Great steaks and delicious sides that you can eat all day. Not to mention the desserts...delish.
The worst restaurant ever!
Friday night during restaurant was packed!! We have been to Ruth’s Chris many times and I never realized how much space they had in the very which is where we were seated.. Hostess desk where you check in and they bring you to your table fell flat appearing overwhelmed and “bothered” when they should have been much more welcoming (I don’t get the impression that they understand how the dining experience and hospitality begins with their role) The Manager should address that with training asap, after all Euth’s Chris is a lovely and expensive place to dine-and you want guests to remember how much they enjoyed their experience particularly when there are several competitors nearby. The service inside was excellent and you could see how hard everybody was hustling to manage the volume of guests- everyone who served our table in any capacity was highly professional and pleasant, well done! As for the food itself, absolutely delicious, our group ordered from full menu and Restaurant Week menu and everything was excellent and synchronized perfectly - kitchen is obviously a well organized and highly trained group of chefs with a great leader (Executive Chef) - Please be sure to refine Hostesses ability to manage volume and/or stress gracefully, everyone else working inside deserves it

Steak was delicious. Sides were very good. Service was slow but it was restaurant week and the restaurant was pretty busy. Overall a very nice time.
Ruth's Chris Steak House is an excellent place to go to with anyone. The food is out of this world. The service is wonderful.
We went for HVRW and was a bit disappointed. My filet mignon ordered off the Restaurant week menu wasn't as delicious as the filet mignon ordered from the traditional menu. We ordered both and clearly the $51 dish was prepared much more tastier and more tender. I noticed this back in October when we went for HVRW as well. Your customers know the difference.
Great birthday dinner.
I had the 12oz Filet with Lobster Mac N Cheese. Was cooked as ordered, and the service was outstanding. I guess what I would say is that I would place Ruth's Chris in the category of steak restaurants that is good to very good, but nothing outstanding. Worth going back to, but I have enjoyed steak restaurants like Mortons, Old Homestead, and DelFrisco's more and would be inclined to make those my first choice.
It did not live up to previous visitS. Understaffed and food was average and not hot. 😑
The woman who seated us and our waiter (Santiago) were both fantastic! Santiago was probably the highlight of the evening. However the hostess had an unpleasant attitude and completely ignored the notation on our reservation that it was our anniversary. We got no acknowledgement of our anniversary at all which is simply a terrible experience. Also the food is cooked in WAY too much butter. Steak doesn’t need that much butter to be good.
We celebrated my mother-in-law’s retirement here. I was hesitant at first because the last time we dined here the dress code was very lax. Glad to see that they enforce the business casual model once again. The steaks and lobster never disappoint. Looking forward to returning very soon.
Not as good as other locations. Unprofessional staff. Bad seats when plenty of others were avaailable.

'by the way'....hadn't been the in a very long time...but we will be back!! We had a wonderful dinner.....11oz steak for my husband, rare and cooked perfectly. I got the 2, 4oz filets, they came with shrimp. Rare plus, also cooked perfectly, with (surprise) 6 shrimp!!! Mushroom and asparagus sides were delicious.. The Hollandaise sauce was yummy!!! All in all, a very nice dining experience!!😊
The food was great especially the Chilled seafood tower. The service was fantastic and they were very pleasant. It wasn't noisy so we could have a conversation. Definitely recommend this.

Despite a reservation we still had to wait over 30 mins for a table for 2. They clearly overbooked. Extremely frustrating to experience this at a restaurant of this caliber and in this price range.
Service was solid, recommend the spicy shrimp app. Steak met expectations.
Service was excellent! My steak was over cooked but our server quickly replaced it with one that was cooked to my liking but for filet mignon it was not as tender as it should have been. Also our food took an inordinatly long time to appear.
From Checking in to being seated the service was GREAT. We had a great meal. Don't be surprised with the prices. This is a high end steak place. Our bill came to $240.00 (this includes tip) for 2 people. We had 2 drinks each, appetizer, the 40oz steak for 2 (which melted in your mouth), mashed potatoes, broccoli and the creme brulee. It was an amazing meal and a great date night.
