Everything was absolutely amazing and beautiful the food was delicious the service was amazing from the host to the waiter. Everyone helped me make my wife’s birthday extra special. I give them 2 👍🏿’s up.
The steak is absolutely cook to perfection and delicious. Our table was right next to outside door and waiters station so very noisy but overall a really good place to eat. Will definitely go back.
First there was traffic getting there not the places fault but they canceled the reservation when we showed up 5 minutes late. You have to valet the car go in and go up an escalator then get there. We had a 630 reservation and got there at 635 according to my iPhone. We stood in line to check in. Checked in they said it would be a minute. 20 minutes later they still didn’t call I checked again they said they gave our table to someone because we were late. Honestly go to the other Ruth Chris in Honolulu. Waiter was great so was everyone else but really cancel me after 5 minutes and give my table to someone and let walk in people go ahead of me. The front people not so nice. Thus I marked the service down as that is service in my mind. Waitstaff 5 stars.
