Caesar salad dressed perfect and on cold plate.
Filet and shrimp were bomb.
Mash potato was piping hot, seasoned and made with love!
Wine served at correct temps and enjoyed my cognac in the snifter.
Our server was amazing and enjoyed his hospitality.
Would come back again easily.
Outdoor dining on the patio at Town Center was great!
Loved the waiter he was amazing and very courteous!!!
Great as always
Great experience . Food was excellent.
Never disappointed with this place! Always know that I am getting what I’m paying for and have never had an issue with the service. The dress code enforcement has diminished a little since we’ve started going there years ago.
Good food, excellent service, and a quiet atmosphere. Ruth Classics pre-fix menu never disappoints, It includes a starter, entrée and a side, and dessert. We had the Caesar salad, lobster bisque, filet and lobster, garlic mashed potatoes, cheesecake, and chocolate cake. Everything was delicious!
The Steak was good, the plates and cutlery had a noticeable odor (my pet peeve) I was however unimpressed with the service, looks like Byrd and Baldwin Bros. will remain my go to Steakhouse,
My husband and I go there every year for our anniversary and we are never disappointed!
A beautiful fall afternoon on the rooftop. My hubby and I enjoyed an early dinner to celebrate my birthday.
Amazing experience!!! Service and quality were greater than any other!!!!
The environment was nice and quiet. Our waiter was amazing! Food was great! It was a great date night!
Our server was very unattentive. She was not very knowledgable about menu items. Seemed annoyed she had to go ask questions for us about the menu. We sat for 30 minutes with empty plates in front of us before another employee cleared them for us. Food was excellent although slightly disappointed that the menu was cut down and many options not available. Ruth classics still available but no longer comes with dessert. Just an ok experience. Disappointing given the money spent.
I have had many wonderful experiences with this particular Ruth Cris. However, this time, our eating experience was just not up to what we were use to. It was disappointing as the menu has changed and the food was just okay.
Perhaps this was a one off, but for the price, the experience was lest than perfect and not up to what we have enjoyed over the years.
We didn’t pay attention and made reservations for 4:30; dinner menu doesn’t kick in until 5 and the bar menu pre-dinner is sparse (sandwiches and similar fare). The food available, however, was delicious.
Ambience is wonderful and staff takes extra precautions for COVID-19. Outside seating was well-spaced apart.
Food outstanding as always. Service was confused. No water to table. Served one of two appetizers but no silverware to the table. Ordered wine but forgot it. Second appetizer came with dinner. Nice servers, just not to Ruth Chris standard.
Because of Covid, I haven't been back for Happy hour in a while... I always love the outdoor dining and happy hour selection. However, they took my favorite Steak salad off the menu, so sad.
Great service and food. Tuna was delicious!
Why no bread pudding? What's covid got to do with bread pudding?
Food was really good. However, we had to send back to the kitchen for correction.
Mike service is impeccable , food is excellent, there’s not much you can say to excellence
My wife and I have gone to this particular restaurant since it opened it's doors in VB Town Center. B-day, Anniversaries, Valentines, Xmas, Easter, you name it. The food is awesome. That being said - Back in the day, they had a dress code. No t-shirts, no hats, no hoodies, no sneakers, no ripped jeans, etc. Now I'm not a dress code snob but if your taking your significant other to a nice, upscale restaurant, ($150+ for 2) there should be a certain level of dress code expectation. No tie or suit coat but respectable attire. Not any more! Baseball hats, loud kids, hoodies, sneakers, ripped jeans. I even saw a guy with a baseball hat, t-shirt, ripped shorts and flip flops. WTH? I get it. Maybe the per household income is not as high in VB as it is in NY, Philly, DC, Atlanta, etc. Maybe this limits the customer flow. Maybe because of Covid-19, they relaxed their standards? But - does that mean you have to accept walk-ins who are not dressed appropriately? I mean - this isn't Applebees. Don't get me wrong. The food is incredible. Expensive but really good. The older more mature waitstaff is excellent and very attentive. You can tell they know and understand customer service. The younger staff? Not so much. They could learn from their more mature counterparts. Next time, I'm requesting a certain area of the restaurant, specific waitstaff and getting an earlier reservation <8 pm. I don't want to write this one off the list but, if the same scenario takes place again - I'm done. I'll find a restaurant that, no matter what, sticks to their dress code and has equivalent food.
Excellent! Great food and great service! Very enjoyable dinner.
I came her 10 years ago and don’t recall anything being this great! This might be my new favorite place.
Staff was very attentive. Our server was knowledgeable as well as friendly. The food was excellent!
The food was great! Our server Jeric was outstanding!!
It’s was my wife’s birthday and none of the servers or hostess knew that after I put it on my reservation. Along with that I had to ask the waiter for refill our water multiple times. From the looks she had every table in the building. I feel if she wasn’t so strung out I would of had better service. For the quality of food it was just ok. After all I heard I had to try this restaurant, after going it will be awhile before returning.
Great service. Steaks and service impeccable. Cocktails were delicious. The French fries were a bit limp and greasy. We think the oil was not the right temperature for the second frying. Overall a great evening.
Wonderful we couldn’t ask for a better dinner out.
Nothing short of amazing! Our waiter, Mike, was fantastic!!
Great food!! Ate in the Bar area and was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t feel anything like typical bar dining
The service and food was great!
Great waitresses , food & fun . Going back Sept 08 for those lamb chops 😀
My filet was cooked to perfection. Our server Caroline was wonderful. She answered all our questions and made recommendations when requested.
We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here and everything was wonderful, as usual. The wait staff, the food and drinks and the dessert with the candle were all perfect!! You know you’re paying a bit more but you get everything you paid for when you visit Ruth’s Chris. I promise you won’t be disappointed l.
Crab cakes were dry. Mashed potatoes were flavorless. Drinks were good!
Perfect for anniversary!
Food and atmosphere was great only minor complaint is that my wife (birthday girl) was never offered the free complimentary desert on the house. Other than that our waitress Tara was good to us. We enjoyed ourselves.
Always delicious. Ruth’s never disappoints
Food,Service, everything was Amazing
