    Reserved a quiet table and expected the usual outstanding service and food. We were greatly disappointed! For starters, when we asked the server about two bottles of wine, she left and returned 8 minutes later suggesting the $110+ bottle. We ordered it and she left for another few minutes to get a beer list. When she returned, two of the ladies told her they would be the only ones drinking wine. She immediately un corked the bottle, fill a glass and handed it to my son-in-law who asked for the beer list. No tasting or cork presentation! He wanted a beer! Same thing happened when we ordered a second bottle! Two of the steaks were ordered medium rare and were presented medium well. We had to wait for the sides and when they were delivered, no serving spoons. We had to ask repeatedly to have the dish ware removed the table! Both ladies ordered a steak and side order of shrimp! They only received three of the six shrimp on the menu. Overall, everything that could go wrong, did! Worst serve ever.

    First I want to say this was one of my favorite restaurant. I would come from PG county to this location alway had the best service food would come out hot. This was the most  terrible experience I have ever had. I alway let the waiter know to please bring my food out hot. My sides was cold. My aunt got piece of her chicken and a piece of blonde hair was in it. The Manager came did replace her chicken . Also sides because it take chicken 18 minutes to cook and her side would be cold. About the time she got her food me and my cousin was done she just took it home.

    We wish we knew about the renovations happening before going for dinner but the food and drinks were delicious.

    Compared to rival restaurant chains in the area (Capital Grille, Eddie V’s), Ruth’s was an extreme let down. This was the third time back to Ruth’s (second time at this location) and will be the last. For a similar price, Capital and Eddie V’s are a much better in every element from wait staff, to the food, and the drinks (especially the drinks). The old fashioned I ordered meets the quality expectations of a drink from a dive bar. Used to be such a great restaurant…they need to step it up to compete with their competition.

    I recently dined at Ruth’s Chris Steak House and had a truly excellent experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere struck a perfect balance between upscale and comfortable, making it ideal for a special occasion or a classy night out.

    I’ve been a decades-long patron but since R.C. was purchased recently, the difference has been substantial. From the maintenance of the restaurants to the quality of the staff, after celebrating my birthday there yesterday, I just can’t do it anymore. The restaurant was empty besides maybe 6 people. The manager REALLY tried to help after sending my martini back twice, but all-in-all, the quality has been lost.

    We were originally booked at 1609 restaurant for a birthday party of 10 people but they failed to inform us that they didn't have a separate entrance from the main casino floor like most casino restaurants in the area do, and with one of our party who was not 21 years old, had to scramble to find someplace close within the hour that could accommodate our large group with short notice. Ruth's Chris came through and not only made a last minute reservation for 10 work, but had the wherewithal to actually decorate the table and seat us about 10 minutes before our promised time. Tina and Joe were simply awesome and were so attentive and supportive throughout our meal, even down to the obligatory family picture in the wine room at the end of the evening. While so many think they are doing you a favor by hosting you at their restaurant, thank you Ruth's Chris for exemplifying what true customer service is all about!
