5th wedding anniversary. We had a very nice time. Food and drinks were awesome.

I always enjoy eating here. Try the French Quarter such a lovely drink.

The two Hostesses when we arrived were excellent. I had made an error on my reservation for the wrong date. But they were able to accommodate us for Father's day get us a table and made the necessary changes to our Open Table account.

We went for Fathers Day. It was our first experience out during the pandemic. The staff and environment was well equip to handle the changes. There were changes but the Ruth Chris experiment was still there. Enjoyed!

This was mine and my husband first time there and we enjoyed the whole experience, we will be back in the future.

Early Father’s Day

We were disappointed and underwhelmed considering the covid19 long break, We anticipated a totally opposite experience with the hopes of maintaining client retention.

Steaks and sides were smaller portions, waitress was not very attentive, and we were seated in a rather remote section that wasn’t what we were accustomed at Ruth’s Chris.

Everything was great as expected. Food could have been a little better, considering this was their first day they had the dining room open.

It was awesome. Our waitress Jenna was the best.

My ribeye and my guest ribeye’s was ordered to be prepared medium and they both where completely well done. We did not receive what we asked for by any means. I told the waitress that my steak as well as my guests food was not prepared how we asked. The waitress body language exude tiredness or as if she had been experiencing a long day. We were asked if we wanted them to be prepare the steaks again, we decline as we already had plans after the dinner and the evening was late and our other guest had already been given there food. We did not want them to have to wait any longer or miss our other event. So we declined to wait for new steaks . I was very disappointed and embarrassed because normally I have great experiences when I dine at Ruth Chris. I was embarrassed that my invited guest was not happy with their food either after I had raved about how good the food and service is at Ruth Chris.

Birthday celebration

Went for annual GNO birthday celebration. Food was amazing as was the service and of course, the drinks! This is an amazing celebration place.

Ruth Chris is always a delight. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was intimate which was very nice since three of the individuals in my party have not dined there before. The only suggestion is that perhaps there be a little more coordination between the staff. When our starters were brought, we requested more bread. It did not arrive and required a second request. After the second request, it took an excessive amount of time for it to arrive. Concurrently, the wait staff removed the drinking glass of an individual in the party and did not replace it. When our meals arrived, I requested a new drink. It did not arrive until at least 5-10 minutes later. In my opinion, the wait staff needs increased communication and/or the server needs to check in more frequently. Overall, it was a very pleasant evening and we truly had a wonderful experience.

Awesome service, awesome food

As usual the food was top notch and the service was five star. Having eaten at this Ruth’s Chris and numerous others around the country several times, they never disappoint.

Service was great and the food was good. Only issue was with our seating. We were thrown in the back between two party’s that required attention ( they also wanted to add more people to their party after the fact so everyone was just invading the space )and we felt crammed between them. Just if you’re paying that much for food and a dining experience it shouldn’t feel like that.

It was my first time to Ruth Chris and I was very excited to go but my steak was not prepared how I would have liked it. The steak has no flavor was bland. The manager did have them make me a new steak more to my liking but was very disappointed in my experience will probably not attend again unfortunately.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. It never disappoints. We were a group of 6 and 2 of the people had never been before. It was a real treat for all of us but especially the 2 w hi o had never been. Christine was a great server. Thank you for never disappointing.

The meal was amazing and our server was friendly and attentive. It did take a long time to be noticed once we were seated but then after that service was perfect. We had a great experience.

I wish we could eat here far more often than we can now.

Horrible service. Good food

I was seated in an "expansion" room off the actual restaurant. The wine I ordered from the wine list was substituted with a different year. The waitress made no apologies or explanation. I ordered no appetizers or salads and yet it took over 2 hours to get the entrees. When the entrees were served the food was neither hot or what I had ordered. Their solution was to bring me hot plates to transfer the cold food to??? Very UNDERWHELMING!

During the majority of our dinner, our server stood at the table next to us talking with the guests. She was loud and distracting. I’m guessing they were friends of hers because all of the attention was given to them at our expense.

Went to enjoy a quiet birthday dinner with my family. Got stuck in the daycare room with a 20 person party that thought it was ok to their kids play romper room.
Food and service was great though.

We had great dinner the restaurant was nice, quite and clean. The food was superb. The service was exceptional the manager came around and made sure all patrons were enjoying their meal and experience at the restaurant.

Server was not very attentive given a $50 calculated tip

Our food was fantastic and our server was absolutely wonderful. Will definitely be back soon!

The steak was perfect! Everything else was great as well.
