Location in the newly renovated Hyatt Regency overlooking the St. Louis Arch. The 125 seat lounge has views of the arch and is blocks from baseball, football & hockey.
We have 18 cozy booths in our dining rooms and bars. The bar boast private booths with satellite television in each.

Food was delicious, but the service was slow. Our waiter seemed to ignore us. He had at least two other tables that he was serving, and seemed to spend much more time with them

We had amazing service as soon as we entered the restaurant. Our server was very nice and personable and we'll educated on the food. We both went for the rib eye steak full dinner special. Everything was incredible I loved the Mandarin orange salad and my steak was perfect. We brought our potatoes home as well as a good amount of steak. Can't wait for leftovers tonight.

Overall, the restaurant was nice and the service was very good. Our steaks were very good. We ordered one of their signature sides, macaroni and cheese with lobster, and we weren’t impressed. I wouldn’t recommend it. Otherwise, it was a good experience and the view of the arches was a nice setting. Request one of the tables with the view if you can.

The server was fantastic but it took 4 times to get the steak cooked correctly. The manager did everything he could to make it right which was appreciated. Just seems to me that the cooks may need to be trained again.

Had an amazing time, can’t go wrong with the tomahawk and order of mash potatoes. We also had ordered of some amazing red wine, Quilt. Our waiter Rueben was great help and a delight to have. Will definitely come back!

Inside Hyatt, music loud, first steak came out past medium, ordered medium rare, due to the wait for the medium rare steak, we were late to our group outing. Paid $220, not worth the price tag unfortunately.

We dine at Ruth’s Chris a few times a year. We have always had an excellent experience. This was the exception. It was mediocre at best. The Sea Bass was bland, my husband’s steak was over cooked and the service was lacking. Nothing was bad, per se. It just wasn’t great. The restaurant was extremely busy, as it was the Saturday after Valentines Day, so I would imagine this played a part but for $250 and the cost of a babysitter, we expect to be wowed! I think next time we will stick to Morton’s or J. Gilberts.

We got sat at a tiny table by the bar for our Vday dinner on the 15th. It wasnt crowded. There are booths with privacy curtains and half were empty or had parents with a kid. Was disappointed with seating. Our table was so wobbly my bf had to hold the table while I cut my steak. We did bring this to our waiters attention. The filet was cooked good. The lobster was alright. A little overdone and dry. I've had better lobster tail. Our waiter let me taste a couple wines but didnt like neither. Went with a Riesling that I didnt get to try and it was better than the other two but still nothing great. On the website it has this dress code so I ensured to dress extremely nice. Walk in and guys are in hoodies and hats. Women in t shirt and jean's. I was like ok I guess there isn't a dress code. Its attached to a hotel so maybe that's why. I heard so many great things about this place and while it wasnt bad...it wasnt great either. Not for the price too. I always go to Sam's steakhouse and will be continuing to go there before coming back to Ruth Chris.

The wait was waaaaayyy to long! I had a reservation for 9:45 and didn’t get seated until 11! Once I finally did get seated, most of the side dishes I requested were all sold out. There was also no adjustment made to my bill for either of the inconveniences. Highly disappointed in the establishment!

We purchased gift cards from Costco and thought to use them for Valentine's dinner close to home after work. We were seated in the bar area, it is cozy and nicely decorated but not the same as the dining room. We had nice cocktails at the hotel lobby bar first, enjoyed meeting the bartender and manager, then were seated for dinner. We ordered another drink when we got seated which wasn't very exciting in addition to the complimentary sparkling rose' that was warm and flat.
First impression was that the prices were inflated for the evening, or in general due to the hotel. We knew they were busy and took our time ordering an appetizer but after an hour waiting on it we contacted the manager. By this time, since waiting so long, we opened the bottle of wine we brought and the server decanted it based on my concerns since it was 10 years old and poured 2 glasses.
The manager finally checked on the problem and offered another appetizer. They both showed up, probably 1.5 hrs or more in to dinner. Both the Lobster Voodoo and the Ahi Tuna were tasty and prepared well. We finally got our order in and offered to share some wine with the staff. The server brought us a few samples of their wines too. We ordered a bowl of Lobster Bisque and a Petite Filet topped with crab and blue cheese. The steak seemed tough and chewy, albeit cooked to the right temperature and sizzling on the plate. Not what you would expect from a restaurant that prides itself on steak.
It took 4 hours for dinner, I had too much wine and had to get up for work in 5 hours. Not a very enjoyable experience, not happy to be seated at a bar table and not impressed with the food overall. The prices are too expensive and not up to the quality and standards of this brand. I've had better at other restaurants for this same or less price.
I doubt we will be back, especially at this location. We had some of our meal gratis and we rewarded our server nicely as usual but overall disappointed.

The seating was beyond uncomfortable. It was four women crammed into a small table with the curtain. The server was beyond rude and not friendly at all. The food was great, my soda was flat, along with our server forgetting to bring my refill soda for over 15 minutes. I will never attend this location of Ruth Chris again.

While the meal was very good we didn’t get part of one meal at the rest of the others. The most disappointing was the quality of the interior. Really run down. Bathroom entry carpet in outside hall area was disgusting. Expect more from Ruth Chris

The staff was great and friendly. Our server did a great job and was very attentive and patient. For for the most part was great with the exception of the lobster Mac and cheese. I have had this at other Ruth Chris and it’s been awesome but at this location it was bad. Cheese was runny and the taste was bland. For 20+ dollars for an apprised I expect more.

We were staying at the Hyatt hotel, where the restaurant is located, so it was definitely convenient to have a high-end, romantic spot that accessible. This was me and my wife's "Date Night" and it exceeded ALL expectations we had. First of all I wanted to mention our main waitress, who's name is Jasmine, because she was the key to this night being romantic and worry free for us. The details she knew about the menu were fabulous and she definitely knew her "DO's and Do Not's" when deciding what to drink or eat. I know that if it weren't for her knowledge of the Chef's menu, portion sizes and ordering process, this night could have been totally different. It is a "fine dining" establishment so the price is upper tier, but it is worth every penny. My wife and I both had the "Chef's Feature" filet, (1) side, and both had a starter app with (3) glasses of wine and a double-whiskey that totaled to a little over $200. They do have a bar, which is no reservation, but we had reserved a table days before and had the choice of a private booth or table. The booth had a curtain that could be closed to give more privacy if needed. We did not use it because they keep the foot traffic and noise levels down so that we could enjoy each others company, which is another plus you wont find anywhere else. I highly recommend this location (in no specific order of importance) 1st for the service, 2nd for the food and 3rd for the view of the St Louis Arch literally right out the window. If you want a special and romantic night with your significant other, this should be at the top of your list! I highly recommend this location and look forward to returning next time we are in St Louis!
