    This was our first time eating here for my husband’s Birthday. It was beyond amazing from the service to the food. Cannot say enough good things about Ruth Chris. Thank You for an amazing Birthday dinner for my husband.

    While the service and atmosphere was amazing our food was not. We had an 8:30 reservation and was not seated until almost 9pm. Then we did not receive our food until well after 10pm. When we received our food my stuffed chicken has two blonde hairs (I am brunette) and my fiancés steak that he asked for medium well was well over cooked and he did not even take more than 4 bites. The experience was unfortunate because the service, other than the long wait time, was great. It was my fiancés birthday so getting a mediocre meal was not ideal. I hate writing bad reviews and I have never had a bad experience with Ruth’s Chris but this time was not the greatest. Thank you

    The food was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend the lobster voodoo as an appetizer. Steaks were cooked perfectly. And they have one of the best carrot cakes I've had in forever!

    A late and last minute dinner plan with business associates and it was great! The hostess was warm and welcoming, acknowledged my profile notes and preferences for perfect seating. Our server Joseph was awesome— he was helpful on selections, attentive throughout the meal and very professional. The tuna appetizer, salmon, steaks, salads we ordered were delicious. Lovely experience— thank you!

    Ruth our server was sweet and top notch. The ambiance was wonderful, crooner music at just the right level, nice lighting, wallpaper, table settings and overall room vibe. The wine she suggested was wonderful. The steaks were excellent as was the salad and carrot cake. The lobster bisque had an odd taste and we didn’t eat it. We had to ask the server who brought our soup to bring bread - appeared it was not included?

    The last time my wife and I were able to get away on a date night together we went to Ruth's Chris and had an amazing evening. We were sat by a large window with the iconic Gateway Arch right outside! This combined with the atmosphere, service, and food made for a truly romantic experience. We don't get to have these date nights very often so, hoping to have a similar experience as the last, we made reservations 3 weeks ahead of time and requested a quiet table next to a window. I guess, as they say, lightning doesn't strike the same place twice. Unfortunately, this was a completely different experience. We got our table over a half hour after our scheduled reservation and, to make matters worse, we were seated in the bar area instead of the dining room, packed into the middle of 2 dining families (kids included) and a very drunk couple, and at the one table without a window leaving us with nothing but a view of the wall. Still, not wanting to ruin our night by complaining, we tried to make the best of it. Now, you get a lot of food at Ruth's Chris so we arrived ready to eat so by the time we got to our table we were quite hungry. We ordered an appetizer and our food at the same time in hopes of expediting the process and we waited... and waited... and waited. Almost an hour later we finally got our appetizer, which was small as we intended it to be followed closely by our entrée which took another 45 minutes to receive. Now, I understand a busy restaurant and most of this could have been mediated by an attentive server. Our server, though very polite and professional, would disappear for 15-20 minutes at a time leaving us with no way to communicate with the kitchen. Waiting 2 hours after our reservation before receiving our meal, along with the time it takes to eat, ended up costing us the rest of our plans for the evening (along with just over $200). We love the food at Ruth's Chris but, after this experience, we'll probably try a new place next time.

    We ordered the seafood tower. The crab and lobster were both water logged, as if they were close to expiration. I realize it’s a steakhouse, but expect a standard of quality with this chain. Strongly recommend against eating here

    Great food and service but no intimate setting/feeling for a wedding anniversary celebration. We were placed at a table set for 4 people (instead of 2) in the middle of the restaurant next to the bar and TV screens despite. A little disappointed about that but the food was great as well as our waiter Joseph. Will definitely be back but for a more casual dinner instead.

    You know what you’re getting at this steakhouse chain. The decor here is corporate, the menu expected. The loaded hash browns were spectacular, the filet decent, the Caesar a little limp. On balance it feels like it justifies the high prices, but just. Special note: our waitstaff at this location were excellent, attentive, polite, helpful — they raised the experience and left us with a smile on our faces.

    I town for a big concert and decided to go to the local Ruth’s Chris. It was amazing. Great service. Great table with a view of the Arch. And the food was the same excellent meal we expect from this fine restaurant.

    It was my birthday and I put that in the notes and even told them when we got there no one said happy Birthday or made it special on that day and that never happened to us at other ruth chris restaurants I was disappointed in that at least a candle with a cup cake or something especially after spending 304.00 bucks
