Dinner & Service were both great and the prices were very reasonable. We enjoyed our VDay Dinner!!
The ambiance was great. However, I wasn’t too impressed with the food, particularly the Bone-In Ribeye. I’ve been exceedingly impressed with other steakhouses, which may be a reason that I may come across as bias. I probably would not re-visit, as the cost wasn’t worth my overall experience.

Food was good not exceptional, my steak was almost all fat and it was NY strip, kinda disappointed but still tasted good
Our server was wonderful, however the meal was less than impressive at this price point. We dine at Del Frisco's and Capitol quite often and decide to go back to this restaurant for Valentine's Day. The sides were lukewarm and my steak was way under cooked. The sauces that accompanied my wife's steak were cold. They had to be sent back to be warmed up. The lobster mac and cheese was deffinately not "signature" worthy. Both of our desserts were definitely microwaved. I had the Apple pie dessert. The center was hot lava in the edges were cold.
Very busy night. Server was attentive and professional until we were served...steak was ordered medium rare and came out medium well at best. Cut it and left sitting on plate and for over 10 minutes no one followed up. Ended up an unhappy customer.
Valentine’s Day Honestly I was underwhelmed this experience! Typically Ruth’s Chris is a very special dining experience but the staff simply did not seem up for the holiday! I of course enjoyed my wife’s company but overall I have experienced much better Ruth’s Chris experiences, including this location.
Everything was wonderful and all the servers were very respectful of us and didn’t interrupt our date night. The food was out of this world steak so tender. We’ll be back!

Always an excellent meal and consistently good service. Enjoyed meeting one of the owners at our recent visit. Only recommendation, perhaps a little light jazz or soft music during dinner in the Main Dining Room would enhance the ambiance.
My food was great . My husband ordered a rib eye and it had more fat than he cared for . The service was great and as always great atmosphere.

Impeccable service without feeling stuffy. Favorites included: Crab stack appetizer, Ribeye, Creamed Spinach and Bread Pudding.

3 filets ordered medium rare. One came well done. Not even close. For the price, this should never happen. Everything else was nice.

I am a Ruth's Chris fan. Out of all the big steakhouses in town, Ruth's is always consistent. You know what you are getting time and again. They are not perfect but in my book, pretty darn close! Even though we dined at the end of restaurant week I felt I has the Ruth's Chris experience and appreciated the "discounted" dinner for a change, though I will return for the regular menu time and again. Our server Michael did a great job and remembered me as a returning customer! Always nice to be remembered.

Only one word is needed to represent Ruth’ Chris and that word is excellence!!!!! Service and food were excellent!!!! Tony was my family’s server and he is always an excellent ambassador of what is expected from the Ruths’ Chris experience and team!!!!! We always request Tony to be our server!!!!!!

Quality of the Filet Mignon was terrible. I have never seen stringy, grisely, steak but we got served it Saturday night. And when it came out the second time it was rare inside when I ordered medium. It had to be sent back twice. When it was finally edible my family was done and I sat there eating a fair to medium steak alone. It ruined the whole dinner for us.
We have eaten at Ruth’s Chris many times and in multiple cities. The food is normally very good. This time we went for Charlotte Restaurant Week. The steak - a petite filet mignon was delicious. The garlic mashed potatoes were watery, too liquid. The dessert,however, was a disaster. We had our desserts as take out, as we were too full to eat them at that time. We took the desserts home and leisurely had them in front of the TV. I had the bread pudding. It was like a white ball of Playdough- absolutely tasteless and doughy. There were several berries in the box with it , but far too little to help the playdough. My husband had the other dessert- something chocolate that was quite
unremarkable and not memorable. Mine was memorable in that it was so bad. We have had the desserts on the regular menu in the past and they were really good, but the Restaurant Week desserts were a failure.
The staff was super friendly and the owner was walking Around talking to guests and being very friendly. Food was amazing! Will be back for sure

We came during Restaurant week and even though it was busier than when we have visited during a normal weekend we were well taken care of and the food was just as excellent!

I asked for a medium well steak & it was rare, the wrong dessert was brought to the table, & I had to ask for glasses to be filled. Server only came to the table to bring the check after taking our order & I still left a generous tip because I know in most cases that's their income. Maybe the service was a little slack because it was Restaurant Week, but I believe the service should always be the same. Not sure if I will return.
The food is consistent and an pretty good deal for Restaurant Week, though I am disappointed that this time (for the first time I can recall), there was no soup available on the RW menu--only salad. Please bring back a soup option. I've been to this location around 10 times in the past few years. I always have a reservation and always show up on time (if not a bit early), and I can't recall a single time (Restaurant Week or otherwise) that they have had the table ready at the reserved time. There's always a wait beyond the reservation time of 5, 10, 15 minutes or more. This time we weren't seated until 12 minutes after the reservation. (And showed up 9 minutes early, so a total of 21 minutes standing there waiting to be seated.) They really need to do a better job of making sure they take reservations only if they can seat the customer at that time. Like most others, I don't make a reservation merely to be "checked in" at that time but to be seated at that time. The service was prompt and friendly, though they originally brought me the wrong salad. Also, both of our steaks were cooked one notch above what we requested. I ordered medium rare, but it came out medium (plus), and my date ordered medium, but it came back more like medium well. I never send steak back unless egregiously overcooked; they can't reverse the clock on the cooking so they would probably just throw away the meat. I don't want to be wasteful so I took it as-is but would have been happier if the steak were closer to the medium rare that I requested.
Service was excellent from Tierre and team. We went during restaurant week this time and food was good, but not outstanding. The biggest complaint we had was the noise level. We could barely hear one another and felt like our neighbors were involved in our conversation, and us in theirs. More the normal price you pay, we were hoping for a more intimate setting.
Excellent dinner overall. Steak and dessert were excellent. Steak house salad was fair. Somewhat over dressed. Also servers made a mistake by bringing out wedge whereas the steakhouse salad was ordered. They corrected quickly. Pinot noir wine was very nice for 8$/glass. Look forward to next time. Walt Bauer

Everything about the night was fantastic with the exception of the couple sitting next to us. They were talking very loud and being very degrading and using language that was not appreciated.
This is our favorite place!!! The taste is awesome. We love the restaurant week!! We LOVE the creamed corn that you took off the menu and replaced with another kind of corn. Please bring back the old recipe.
The food was delicious. The service was very good. We enjoyed the Queen’s Feast menu & price.
