We had a fantastic night there! This location never disappoints! We got to dine in the small room at the bar area. It was off to the side so it made it feel like we had a private spot to catch up and enjoy our meal. Ryan and Cherish were so nice and attentive. The manager Tim was easy to talk to and made sure everything was perfect! We’ll be back again!

This location is a go to for us once or twice a year for special occasions. This year it was my wife's birthday. Unfortunately I can only rate this visit middle of the road. The food was wonderful as always, no issues there. We arrived a half hour early to enjoy a glass of wine in the bar. Ten minutes before our reservation was due and before we finished our wine, the hostess said our table was ready. We took the time, less than five minutes, to pay our tab and finish our drinks. Our table in the main dining room was beside the kitchen entrance and there was a portable air conditioning unit right beside our table. We could not hold a conversation and air was blowing on me. I politely informed the hostess that we did not want that table. Although there were three tables for two open in the main dining room, we were seated at the bar. We were given the option to wait for tables and when I mentioned the three open tables they said that those were reserved. The service in the bar was minimal at best. One exception was Cherish who, although she was not assigned our high top table, checked on us a couple of times. The table beside us in the bar complained about an appetizer and received a visit from the manager. The manager did not take the time to speak to us. The hostess was informed it was my wife's birthday but this information was not transferred when we moved. This visit was disappointing. This location has never failed us in the least so we were surprised.
Had s great time. Service was spectacular. Our server Alan was wonderful. Ryan and Timothy provide excellent customer service. You have a wonderful staff.
Fifth time at this restaurant. Depending on which side of the restaurant you sit, it can be moderately dark or very dark. This time we lucked out with moderately dark. Steaks were delicious and the service very attentive. The reason we choose this Ruth’s Chris over the one downtown is parking. This one has convenient valet parking. Only complaint: more variety needed in the dessert menu.
The food was outstanding, service was exactly what you would expect from a high end steakhouse.
We enjoyed the food. The server was very nice, but seemed to be over-burdened. She was not as attentive as I would’ve liked. But when she was around she was very nice and gave good service.
Very disappointed with our experience. Ruth Chris has gone way done hill to what it used to be. Most of all our service was lousy!!
We had the absolute BEST waiter (Timothy). He made the overall experience so much more fantastic.
Levine was an excellent server and all her recommendations were wonderful. We enjoyed the experience and will definitely return in the future.
I took my family out to celebrate our anniversary and enjoyed every bite/minute of the meal. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. This was my first time to this location. We will be back often.

Restaurant week so took advantage of this fine restaurant. Meal was very good and we were well taken care of. My only complaint was I tried to add my son to our reservation and was told that we would have to go much later to accommodate the change.

Food and service are always top notch here. Major benefit to go during Restaurant Week as well, and even though it was Restaurant Week, neither the food nor the service suffered.

I love Ruth Chris. It is my favorite steak house. The 8 oz. fillet is so tender and juicy and always hot. Perfectly prepared to medium rare. The chopped salad is the best. Also a great wine selection. Exceptional service from all the wait staff.

The food was perfectly cooked and we were full when we left. We had to take our desserts home with us😀
This was probably the worst service I have ever received. When we first arrived at our table I noticed there were crumbs all over the floor and a fork underneath my chair. When our order was taken I asked for an unsweetened tea. My Husband’s beer arrived the tea did not until he asked. He ordered a wedge salad that came out with no dressing. I ordered my filet well done, it was medium at best and had to go back. He ordered his filet medallions with a peppercorn sauce that was brought out after we received our food. And finally I had to ask for a steak knife. Thankfully it was restaurant week so we didn’t pay full price. It was amateur hour for the service and the restaurant was dirty. Won’t be going back.

I won’t go back during restaurant week. You could tell that our server didn’t want to be there, and maybe because it was the tail end of the week. Wedge salad barely had dressing on it, my son’s soup (although good) wasn’t hot, and the service was meh (except I appreciated that three different managers? came by the table to check on us since the server didn’t). It wasn’t typical of RC’s. The server brought me the wrong kind of wine when I ordered a 2nd glass, but I didn’t want to bother telling her since she didn’t come by enough...the runners/staff refilling water glasses seemed to do all of the work. Not thrilled that they only had two cheesecakes for dessert options on restaurant week.
Excellent ambiance for almost every occasion. Plenty of well versed wines to choose for (with further description from staff) to accompany the entire menu. Staff was professional and friendly. My steak was cooked perfectly. Merci!
Really good food and service. We dined for restaurant week and we did enjoy a couple upgrades. We were a little taken back by the $19 bulleit old fashions. But well find a reason to come back soon!

I think our first mistake was going on restaurant week. Our meals went back because they were not cooked to our requested temperature and mine wasn’t what I had ordered. Mine went back a second time because it still wasn’t what I had ordered. The sides were not up to the standard of a place as pricey as Ruth Chris. Bland. While we waited the manager came by and checked on us, apologizing for the mix ups and asked if we wanted another drink. I erroneously thought it was an offering to make up for the screw up. It wasn’t. We were charged for it. My husband ordered bread pudding for dessert and received an apple tart. We just laughed at that point. Our server was great, the food, not so much.

We had date night 3 days ago during Restaurant Week. We have dined here before and it was great but not this time. Our bread was cold and hard. My salad was very small and nothing to it or special in any way. My husband upgraded to the 14 oz NY Strip and he said it was tough and a complete waste of money. My filet was good. Sides were ok. Two choices of dessert... cheesecake and cheesecake. What??My husband's blueberry cheesecake arrived room temp (not cold) and the blueberry drizzle was stuck to the plate so hard that it must have been applied HOURS prior and left to sit out. My cheesecake was room temp as well (yuck) with a few bites of thin chocolate bar sitting on the side. Had I paid full price for any of this, I would have been livid. So busy in there and rushed to eat that there was no way to complain. This place needs to brush up!!
Service was excellent. Our meals were delicious. I liked the Filet my husband had more than the medallions, but both were very good. The only complaint had was that the lobster tail we added was tiny. I wouldn't have ordered it had I known. The waiter did off to bring us additional shrimp to compensate, but I was already full.
The dining experience was great. I loved the atmosphere, food, and service from our waiter.

This was the first time both my date and I had dined with Ruth’s Chris - so unfortunately I can’t compare this visit to other visits to this restaurant. We had heard others tell us how good this place was and I have to say how disappointed we both were in everything about our experience; from the dirty silverware, the sub par service, the dry chicken, forgotten drink orders and cold temperature in the restaurant. Not to mention we were sitting there for about two hours total and most of this time was waiting for food and our bill - disappointing.
Our server, Michael, represents the epitome of his craft. He is courteous, conscientious and always one step ahead of your needs.

Reservations for 3 were at 8:30p, arrived at 8:25p and was advised table was being cleaned, wasn’t seated til’ almost 9:00p with no explanation other than table was being “cleaned”. Salad came out wrong, twice, never got fresh bread but was told it was in the oven cooking. Server was friendly and did his job well but overall I was not pleased at this experience.
Service was considerate and effective. Food was delicious. Expensive but perfect for special occasions.
