Had to sit next to the door with the cold air from outside blowing on us every time someone opened the door. The $50+ steak my daughter ordered was 1/2 gristle and inedible. The table was the only table I. The restaurant without a tablecloth and instead had ugly placemats. The waiter was good . And they took the price of the steak off the bill.

Absolutely Outstanding! We were celebrating my Aunts 92nd birthday and I have to say, the management staff and team went above and beyond to make sure that it was a memorable moment! It was an evening that she will remember for a very long time and she is already telling her friends about her dinner and evening at Ruth's, Thank You Ruth's Chris Team!
The food was Amazing, The filet was so tender and favorable, the hash browns - my new favorite, And that Chocolate Cake - Oh dear Lord - That is the best!
Jasmine and Ivon both stopped by to make sure that she was having a wonderful birthday celebration and that everything was perfect and Kim took excellent care of all of us!

We love this restaurant. The bbq shrimp appetizer is fantastic. Make sure you save some bread for the excess sauce! So good! The classic Filet, you can’t go wrong. Brussels sprouts...my mouth is watering just remembering this meal! Follow that with the bread pudding! That’s my meal every time. Bam! Delicious! Oh my gosh, how could I forget...Lobster Bisque. Are you kidding me. Why have you not made your reservation yet! Better yet. Why have I not made ANOTHER reservation! Tim G.

Meeting space was perfect. Food took an extremely long time. Waiter was attentive at times and not present at all for long periods at others. Burgers came out cold and fries looked like the left over pieces. Wasn’t impressed.

Exceptional! The Filet was so tender I didn't need a knife to cut it! Chef's Chocolate Cake was to die for and the service was spot on!

I was coming from an hour and a half away for my valentines reservation with my girlfriend at 9pm. It started snowing extremely hard on the way which caused us to drive slower and ultimately be a little late for our reservation. When we were about 20 minutes away I called the restaurant and they put me on hold for about 5 minutes, the hostess finally answered and I told her that the roads were bad and that we were going to be about 15-20 minutes late. She tells me “we have a 15 minute grace period get here soon” and hung up. The ETA was 9:20 so I had to make up some time. I sped all the way there and made up about 5 minutes and dropped my girlfriend off at the door to get our table, I park and then head inside and my girlfriend tells me they’re not going to give us a table. The hostess was the same lady I talked to on the phone and I ask her to please get a table and that we had driven an hour 1/2 to be here and were only a minute past the grace period. She looks me in the eyes and goes “you arrived at 9:17” I apologize and said okay two minutes late what difference does it make. She was being extremely rude and finally after literally begging to get us a table she said she’d go ask the kitchen. She comes back and says “I got you a table but you need to respect our staff and be ready to order right away” I thanked her and was seated. Our waitress was extremely nice and the food was amazing as always but the hostess really put a bad taste on the whole experience. We felt very rushed and my girlfriend and I weren’t even the last ones to leave which angered at the fact that she wasn’t even going to seat us. For paying that much money for dinner i’d expect everyone including the hostess to treat their guest with respect, I’m younger then most people that eat there and I feel as if that’s the reason she was so rude and treated me like a child. I Love Ruth’s Chris but this experience really angered me.
Very bad experience from start to finish. Our server was great, but other than that it was one if the worst restaurant experiences I've ever encountered. Will not be returning to the granger location.

We made reservations for Valentines day a month in advance. We arrived early and were seated at the time of our reservation downstairs, in a quiet room with only four tables. The food was excellent as normal and the service was top notch.
After being seated for 8 mins, we were finally talked to by our server where she told us 3 different times she would be over. So by 15 mins we finally given water and able to order drinks and apps. Ours app were out when we were ordering our food which was fine but then it was a 30 plus min gap between it so we weren’t overly hungry at this point. Our server never check on our table during this time. My husband drank sat empty until our food came then she asked if he wanted another. At this point we were over it. The crab stuffed mushrooms were great, our meat was okay. Honestly have had better which is sad when I’ve never paid $46 dollar for an 8 oz steak. Pretty disappointed overall.
Our waiter and the rest of the staff were fantastic. Cody, our waiter this time and the time before that, has made the last couple of experiences at Ruth's Chris great. The food is amazing.

Discrimination I have the footage in my phone....I was told they were booked up with out a reservation we couldn’t dine in ...Me and my three children. I sat in lobby downloaded the app and tables were open every 15 minutes.... They tried to turn me around while letting others come in and be seated
We asked for our steaks well done (no pink at all) my husband got his steak and it was so pink looked like it maybe had been cooked for a few mins. He didn’t want to send his back because of the level of activity going on but I sent mine back so I could get what I asked for . Also I ordered a lobster tail that was forgot to get put in so I waited another 20 mins or so for that and paid $220 basically for the name of the restaurant.
Overall everything was good

Everything was great however your food is much too rich! Way to much butter drowning everything! The steak, fish, shrimp, potatoes... Would love to eat here more often, however your menu does not lend itself to lighter caloric food items.
