   It's Mother's Day. How can you botch up the celebration so badly and the service recovery be worse? Such a bad experience getting three of our steaks cooked incorrectly...not once...but three times. We gave up. Not charging us for the meal was the very least you could do...we didn't eat the entrees. We gave up. And yes, you brought us dessert that was supposed to come with our meal but didn't ask if we wanted to upgrade dessert which we always do...I don't eat dairy. My Mom ate her free dessert and we left ours with each having one bite. And you didn't give any roses.. which you were doing with everyone else. Apology from on duty manager was weird at best...asking me if I prefer dry aged steaks...what does it matter? My steak was well done three times. We have literally been to RC dozens and dozens of times. And you didn't have enough team members. I literally stacked my own dishes and waited for our server to take them away. The manager didn't even take our steaks away and sent her server to do this. I came home and made an Amy's Mac and Cheese for myself. We should have went elsewhere or stayed home.

   The appetizers were very good but the entrees were poor, at best. The service, for a restaurant of this caliber was horrible. Our waitress was totally non-attentive and not representative of the service we expect when visiting a Ruths Chris restaurant. We have been regular patrons of the Ruths Chris in Northbrook; and it is in a different league when compared to this establishment. Wish it would have been a better experience; as the restaurant itself is designed beautifully and very vibrant. It's too bad that the food and service failed to impress!

   The food was of good quality as expected from the storied Ruth's Chris. The service was less than desirable. Our table was not ready at our scheduled time.....fine we can wait a few minutes. However, we soon found out the delay was not the previous party still lingering, it was waiting for the table to be cleaned and set. That was nearly 15 minutes of waiting. Our server was slow and not attentive. Personable enough to engage in order taking but nothing more. Our dinner ended up spanning 3 hours from a 6 15 reservation (we waited on) until we left at nearly 9 10 pm. The wait between orders, service and courses was considerable. We had to ask on (2) occasions for a steward or hostess to track our server down and send him over. We were never given water without us having to ask. Our glasses would go empty for stretches until we flagged down a steward or other server for refills. Last, all the moms were given roses by their servers at their tables after the meal. My wife did not get one. When we were leaving, I asked another patron where she got the beautiful rose and she confirmed what I saw all night; the restaurant was handing out to all moms. I asked the hostess for a rose for my wife as we were leaving, and they obliged. Our server could use a lot more practice on the finer points of customer satisfaction and expectations as a higher-end restaurant where the bill is several hundreds of dollars.

   Wonderful experience with our server Madelyn and the quality food we know and love from Ruth Chris. Beautiful and quiet ambiance.

   Wonderful dining experience at Ruth’s Chris. The food was outstanding and the entire staff so friendly and welcoming. Best service ever!

   Madelyn was AMAZING!!!! The food was great per usual tje accomafdations were nice as well we were giving the private dining room

    The food and service were excellent. Someone brought a two year-old that fussed and cried and whined the entire two hours that we were there. The same thing happened on a previous occasion. It has us rethinking why we would want to spend our dining experience that way.
