Waitress was nice and friendly. We Waited a long time to get our drink order. Our appetizers arrived without serving utensils. My filet wasn’t as good as prior visits there. Everything seemed to be moving slowly. Our last visit wasn’t a positive one either.

We had such an amazing night for my mom's birthday. They made it so incredibly special for my family! Thank you all so much. The food was incredible, the staff is incredible, and it was just an amazing experience.

Karen our server was fantastic. The restaurant personalized our anniversary that made a very nice touch. Food was excellent as always. Very grateful to the team at Ruth’s Chris for a wonderful anniversary dinner.

My family and I have been coming to this location for several years and have never had any issues until this time. Our service was not good at all. We were celebrating a birthday and so was the table next to us. Our waiter did not provide the service we usually get from others, which would be basic things like checking on us. Our waiter was very laid back, came by 15 min after rapidly giving recommendations in a rushed manner, with out explaining them all to us, poured us water and we requested a side of lemons only to ask two other times (the third time we asked someone else who was not our waiter and they brought them), we ended up ordering our drinks, appetizers and entree at the same time, because we did not know when he would be back. We wanted another drink, but did not order because it was taking so long. The other table next to us was getting better service and when our desserts came the other table had a candle for their birthday recipient and ours did not along with them receiving their birthday cheese cake as well. Overall food was good but service was horrible!

To be honest. It was not worth it at all. The service was atrocious. And we had 2 servers for our party of 8. We would have to ask for things multiple times. It would take 20 minutes just to get a Diet Coke and a straw. The appetizer ravioli was good. Wish it had more Osco buco filling. My sea bass was so fishy tasting it was horrible. (But they did take it off our bill). The ribeyes tasted great but were so tough. The lobster was good! The Mac n cheese was edible but not great. The mashed potato’s were the best. The au gratin were horrible. The mushrooms and broccoli were just fine. Not a fan of the chocolate cake.
