Great Service!! Thanks Josh!
Our server was great! Celebrated boyfriend’s birthday and they really made it special. Food was spectacular.
Hands down the most respectful staff I've ever encountered. Also the greatest steak I've ever had. I love the 500° plate and having a sizzling hot bite twenty minutes into my dinner. Will absolutely be coming back
Wow, got a full 6 oz fillet...large salad to start...very good deal. Looked at their regular menu, will come again.
Great place for lunch! We sat at the bar and were served promptly. Food was fantastic, I had the burger and the gf had the chicken sandwich which she gave rave reviews.
My only complaint is a small one... Literally... Why the 10 inch tvs at the bar? They need to be upgraded asap. Those things are ridiculous!
The best for restaurant week.
Great experience, staff was very nice and helpful
Great location food and service! Would definitely recommend ...Fantastic will be back!
First time here and it was amazing !!!!! Customer service was amazing and food was delicious. My petite filet was tender and it melts in your mouth. I’ll be definitely coming back.
They went out of their way to make my daughter’s 16 th birthday special. It was really wonderful! The manager was really helpful.
The really only downside is that it is too expensive for regular dining. But it's a great spot for Restaurant Week.
The filet was perfect, moist red interior with just the right amount of crunchy chat on the outside.
Sophisticated and stylish decor. The bar is a perfect place for cocktails.
Salad had too much dressing but was good. Small portions with extra cost for sides.
I love this restaurant! Food is excellent! Table was unacceptable however. Directly next to the kitchen? In the future I will request to never to be seated in that area
It had been many years since we had dined at a Ruth's Chris. I would say that while Ruth's Chris is a fine establishment I don't feel like it is premier dining; especially given the price point they are at.
We arrived a bit early for our reservation and received our first bit of interesting news. That was it was happy hour, but only if we sat in the bar area. Happy hour prices are not available in the dining area of the restaurant; first time for that one.
We did order crab stuffed mushrooms - fantastic and generously stuffed with super tasting crab. Perhaps a bit over priced at $17.
The wine list was interesting mostly because it is totally dominated by California wines. Which we both find strange given the wealth of fine Washington state wines.
The steakhouse salad was perfectly sized (meaning not too big) and very fresh.
We ordered the Petite Filet with Cognac Sauce, one of the very few steak cuts of reasonable size - 8 ounces. Most of the cuts are obscenely huge - 16 to 40 ounces. We ordered the steaks cooked medium - they arrived as practically perfect medium-rare (as expected by the way). The filet was very good, however the filets we've had recently at Bake's Place and Daniel's Broiler were much more tender and flavorful.
Bottom line - not sure Ruth's Chris is worth over $300 for dinner for two that we spent.
Incredible evening with incredible food and service. The staff were personable and accessibly respectful of our time together. Simon and Michale were amazing. Thank you for a great Anniversary!
The staff is extremely friendly and I love the atmosphere! When I'm in Seattle, this Ruth's Chris is my "go to" destination for food.
It was a great dinner as usual.
It is our opinion after trying two other well known steak houses in the city that Ruth's Chris is THE BEST!!! So delicious, great customer service and lovely ambiance. We will definitely return!!!
Fabulous as always! Enjoy it every time no matter what city we’re in.
Had to ask multiple times for bread, and restaurant was almost empty. Just didn’t try to make us feel special at all, not rude .. just slow.
Thoroughly enjoyed Ruth’s Chris. Best bone-in filet and ribeye we’ve ever had. The crabs cakes were fabulous as well. Whatever you choose make sure you get the bone-in! So flavorful!
Perfect for an anniversary dinner! I loved the added touch they gave for our special occasion!
Anniversary dinner — the food was fabulous and we were very well looked after. Wonderful experience!
Ruth’s Classic meal was wonderful. I ordered the Mandarin Prochetto salad and my husband said the Caesar salad he had was the best ever. We both enjoyed the 6 oz fillet with shrimp on the 540 degree plate. I had the steakhouse potatoes and my husband had the garlic mashed potatoes. The dessert of blueberry cheesecake ala mode fished the meal nicely. We’d gone to The 5th Avenue Theatre musical “Marie-Dancing Still” before dinner, which made for an outstanding combo.
We have already recommended this restaurant to several friends. The only reason I marked 4 stars for the food was because the lobster bisque was missing any defining flavors. I have had it in the past and it was very rich and flavorful. I'm not sure if the recipe changed or if it was just an off night. Otherwise everything else was perfectly cooked and delicious.
Our small office took one of our staff members out for lunch because she is retiring. Ruth's Chris could not have made it any better. They made it very festive; we were seated at a table in an area all by ourselves; and the food was wonderful. They brought out a special dessert they had prepared for her.
The service was impeccable. I would definitely come back for any occasion. They know how to make it special.
Not only great menu selections, fine service and elegant atmosphere. We prefer lunch, as it usually is calm and quiet.
Lovely hostess and servers! We look forward 2 returning
Far too much butter used in cooking a steak
Went to celebrate my husband’s birthday and the experience was amazing as usual!
For a restaurant that wasn't very busy at lunch, the service was slow. In addition, our meat was not served as ordered. It showed up medium rather than medium rare. The waiter was willing to recook our meat, but we were short on time and didn't take him up on his offer.
My wife and I had small filet each. The acompanying steakhouse salad was very good. Corn and creame spinach were delicious. A glass of Leghorn Merlot topped it. The waiter was kind. Overall, a very enjoyable dinner.
The maître d' had a fit that we showed up 10 minutes early to our reservation, and suggested that we "wait in the bar or something, that would be best" until it was time. When it was time, he just stared at me blankly until i reminded him of my name/reservation, upon which he got it wrong three times, and then finally told someone else to seat us, as he was much too busy.
As a counter point, we have lunch at a Denny's the next day, where the waitress was attentive, listened to our order, and was prompt and friendly in all other interactions with us. That guy could learn a few lessons from a Denny's waitress.
Had dinner with my granddaughter before a concert at the paramount. A gift to her for her birthday last December and to celebrate my upcoming 65th this month. We had a lovely time and it’ll be a wonderful memory for us forever. 🎂🎼🎈🍷🎉❤️
Service was good, but quality of steaks was very disappointing (tough, filled with gristle). We have been to Ruth Christ Steakhouses in a number of locations and this was the first time the steaks did not measure up. Don't think we'll return to this location any time soon.
We chose Ruth's Chris for a lovely dinner before attending the Sarah Brightman concert. There was a time when Ruth's Chris was a place to go for "special" occasions. I'm no longer convinced that this particular Ruth's Chris is interested in the "fine" dining concept. Let me be clear, NO DRESS CODE is enforced. Seattle has become a super liberal city. Owners and Mangers are paranoid about saying anything to badly dressed obnoxious customers that don't care about anyone but themselves. Wife beater t-shirts with arms covered in tattoo's is discusting enough let alone at a fine dining restaurant. Being surrounded by some of the worst dressed ill mannered loud people is offensive. Downtown Seattle has become a place patronized by strange people with no manners. Even walking to Ruth's Chris we did not feel safe. Going forward, we will stick to the "Eastside" restaurants. Bye-bye Seattle.......
It was extremely busy but they still managed to provide the best service possible.
Everyone was very welcoming and the lady and I were tabled right away. The lobster Mac and cheese was bomb and I’d definitely eat it again. The calamari had great flavor in it. The sizes of these were probably enough for us to get full for the both of us. Ribeye was on point and savory. Definitely coming back again.
concert at paramount
Jesus was very nice. Simon was a little
I was disappointed by my experience. We went to celebrate an anniversary. Service was very slow initially. We had to wait about 5 minutes after being seated to be offered water then another 5 minutes before our actual waiter appeared. I had to reorder the iced tea I had asked for 5 minutes before. Visits by the waiter were few. He was nice when he did stop by which is why I didnt say anything to mgmt. The steak and side dishes were average. My wife had eaten a filet the night prior at Outback and thought it was much better (and much cheaper). The dessert was very good, though. So...disappointing is how I would describe the experience...$200 later.
