    We had a great expedrience at Ruth's Chris the other night. The host, Brookelynn, greeted us warmly and seated up at the premier booth with a great view. Our server, Indica, was beyond professional and attentive, striking just the right balance of professional and personal. The food was fabulous. My date order her filet "medium rare-rare" and most Chefs don't get it right. Their Chef carefully read the request - probably reinforced by our great server - and her steak was PERFECT - as was my Salmon, which I also ordered "rare!" The GM came over TWICE to make sure all was well and of course it was. Again, great service; great food and an overall great experience. 5 stars . . . . Bud McLarty

    Major challenges in kitchen. Food took an hour and a half after ordering. Everyone apologized but that doesn’t make up for it when you are entertaining friends.

    Food was not good (steaks significantly over seasoned) and service was bad. Our server was very polite/ kind, but she was spread way too things to be able to service for our table and bar properly.

    We don’t get into Scottsdale very often now but when we do Ruth’s s is one of the primary places that we stop and eat. We had a chance to meet some of the new employees and Leo. Our new waiter was tremendous. Good to see Ismael and Fernando as well. Thank you, Mitch for the great service attention, food and food service. Great always wonderful to come and visit and have a wonderful meal. Thank you so much. Look forward to the next visit. The Louis the 13th is always a nice finale with Joaquin .

    We have spent years going to Ruth’s. Hands down, the experience and everything from service to food is always 10 out of 10! No one does a better steak cooked to perfection than Ruth’s Chris!
