   My husband took me to Ruth Chris to celebrate my birthday and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything came out hot and just as we ordered. The best part of our experience was out servers, both Josh and Dakota was PHENOMENAL! They both made my experience at Ruth Chris and my birthday extra special. So, I would like to thank them both for their professionalism, kindness and care that was shown doing our visit. We so m will definitely be back because of Josh and Dakota.

   Food quality was subpar. The steaks were overcooked and the extremely hot plates continues to cook them at the table resulting in a charred hamburger-like bottom. The sides were lacking flavor. The gumbo was the only redeeming part of the meal.

   Excellent service from Giana and Sam. Visiting Savannah’s for our anniversary and overall enjoyed the food wasn’t as great as our last experience but still good.

   Our Server is a really great fellow. I believe he is new to Ruth Chris family. We ordered a bottle of wine, and he was gone for 10 minutes and returned asking what was the wine we ordered. Then returned several minutes later and informed us that they did not have it. Knowing the length of time he was gone I had already had another picked out. He seemed really nervous about what we could have said or complained, but it was no problem. I just wish management would have helped the young man out and assisted him in his struggle to find the wine. They were no where around until we get our food and then they ask about your food and off they go before you can even ask a question. We love Ruth Chris restaurants and will return. I understand the struggle for people to work in the service industry and I hope this young man continues to get better and help from his management team would really help.

   I ordered the spicy shrimp appetizer as well as the crab cakes. Although the crab cakes seem to get smaller each time I visit, they are good.

    Jameel was AMAZING!! Had the best anniversary dinner tonight. Jameel was very attentive, fun and observant throughout our entire dinning. Definitely coming back and requesting him!

    Jamel was an amazing server, and did an outstanding job. The only thing was that there was some lags toward the end where we waited a bit too long, but other than that if I come back to your restaurant, having Jamel as a server would be amazing. Even more importantly, thank you for an outstanding evening for my wife in her birthday!! I am more than appreciative for the effort. From combining my reservations to the the carrot cake at the end. Thank you!!!

    We always have an enjoyable dinner at Ruth's Chris, Savannah. It is unusual, in our experience, for both service and food preparation to be consistently excellent. Matty, our server, and the restaurant manager, Rachel always do a great job. Thank you. We will return often.

    Fantastic, the waitress was surprised that we lived here and came to eat at Ruth's Chris. When you want a great steak, warm cozy environment, fantastic service, ample amount, and the chance to drool over what patrons are dining on, this is the place. I am tempted to come back on my anniversary for that Tomahawk steak a patron ordered!!! I love Ruth's Chris and the service is phenomenal!!!

    Don't waste your money had a better steak at Longhorn Steakhouse then at Ruth Chris. Steak was overcooked and tough. Service took forever

    Went during Saint Patrick’s day weekend and seen the not so good service reviews others put. Despite the reviews still went and service was excellent from the time we entered till time we left. Definitely will dine there again if in the area

    The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. Our server Nathan did an amazing job making sure all our questions and requests were met. The wait for our food wasn't long and any requests we had were clearly understood and met expediently. Overall an awesome experience

    This was our second anniversary, the first one 5 stars, this time the wait staff forgot a lot of things, a few drinks, who ordered what, some sides were cold, other customers seated after us received meals and drinks before our party of 4. Two entrees came with dessert but because we asked for them to go we were charged for them. We are not returning next year. It was a big let down compared to our first year:/

    Did not get out ordered appetizer. Ordered two of the sea bass & one bone in filet. The filet was amazing. Both fish were terrible.

    Is was our first anniversary and the first time at Ruth Chris. First, dinning area was dirty with breadcrumbs in the two seats. Next, my bake potatoes was cooked as hard as a rock. Our food was supposed to be staged, the first food course ( crabs cakes) and next the main meal. We were eating and over saw the next table receiving and handling our steaks to refuse them. I saw the manager at this time but, requested to eat the meal and talk last . The manager doesn’t return but the bill did.

    I always look forward to a great experience/meal at this fantastic chain. Last night was the worst food/service I have ever encountered. I hope management addresses very soon, I am sad to see this great place deliver such subpar results.

    We had reservations at 7 pm, arrived right on time. It took about 10 minutes to be seated. Our hostess was very friendly and asked if we were visiting or were celebrating a special occasion. We were greeted by our server right away who gave us an overview of the restaurant and menu. He brought "filtered" tap water, but it smelled and tasted awful, like pond water. We ordered additional drinks to replace the water. We ordered the Prix Fixe meal and the first course Ceasar salad was generous, but the Lobster Bisque was very salty. The second course, filet was absolutely delicious, lobster tail flavorful and excellent the mashed potatoes very tasty, but were barely warm. The dessert course was tragic. It was supposed to be bread pudding. It was a tough, chewy pastry with a laughably gigantic portion of raisins in each serving. It was honestly so gross and was a terrible ending to such a delicious steak dinner. They should have just given a scoop of vanilla ice cream on a warm chocolate chip cookie if they were trying to save money on the fixed price dinner. It was such a disappointment. Service was great throughout. Restaurant was a bit dated, bathroom was a bit neglected.

    Nidhal was our server and made our anniversary so special. The wife and I have visited a Ruth’s Chris Steak House on our anniversary every year since 2020 in Baltimore and we plan to visit a Ruth’s Chris every year in a different city. Nidhal was so nice and funny. He was sociable and quick with his service and was very attentive throughout. He brought us a special cake with a candle and wished us a happy anniversary.

    I have been to many Ruth Chris Steakhouses but this was a TERRIBLE experience. I am the guy who always says “it wasn’t that bad” but this was BAD. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Seated almost 25 minutes late despite our reservation for our anniversary dinner. Took 25 more minutes to get a beer. The glass was dirty so sent back. Took 30 minutes to get a cranberry juice. Steaks arrived and mY filet was dropped on the floor next to me. Creamed spinach NEVER arrived. We decided to pull the ripcord and bail without dessert or coffee before the next calamity. Almost everything that could go wrong did. We are in the hospitality business so we usually have empathy but this was a massive fail of the management team and they should be held accountable.

    We really enjoyed our visit! Our steaks were out of this world but our waiter, Adam, put the cherry on top. He was very personable and was so easy to talk to. He answered every question we had and made our first time Ruth’s Chris Steak a most wonderful experience. We will come again!

    Husband surprised me for a romantic night out. This was above my expectations and I highly recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy your atmosphere while having an amazing dinner. The private booth was just the icing on the cake. I couldn’t have asked for a better night / experience / food !

    Joshua was our server. He was very attentive and informative and timed everything very well. The food was great and was served at a perfect temperature. It was a very enjoyable evening.

    I was seated fairly quickly after my arrival. The restaurant is spacious, beautifully decorated. It apparently has at least 2 floors. I was seated on the street level floor, which seemed to be the second floor. Everything was great, just the time between getting drinks, appetizers, bread, entrées and dessert was a bit toooo long. My waitress was absolutely 💯. They made a specific point to acknowledge my mom's birthday too👌🏾 I definitely would recommend this restaurant 👍🏽❤️
