   We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary there with friends and Diana, our server, was outstanding. The wedge salad my husband and I shared was not good at all and we should have said something, but didn't. It had lots of crumbled bleu cheese, but wasn't really a dressing as the salad was extremely dry. The steaks we had were o.k., but just not as good as other times there; and the creamed spinach and au gratin potatoes were mediocre at best and quite tasteless. We will go back again in the future because this was an exception -- other visits have been outstanding. I guess restaurants can have an 'off' night. Still, when one pays so much for dinner, the food should ALWAYS be good.

   Ruth's Chris did not disappoint in the food or service department. We always have an excellent meal when we go. The only disappointing thing is that there is no outside seating available. They have the space; they just don't utilize it. In today's world of rising COVID cases we would have preferred to eat outside, but didn't want to disappoint our guests by NOT eating there. Otherwise, we would have dined elsewhere.

    Excellent customer service, our food was very delayed in coming out to our table due to the busy crowd but the Manger made up for it by comping one our meals. The steak and lobster combo was absolutely delicious and well seasoned. Thank you for providing such a great experience.

    We have been to Ruth Chris locations across the country and we have eaten at the pavilions location a number of times over the years. Kitchen was completely in the weeds. Had a 2:45 reservation, we were sat at 3:00 and didn’t get food until 4:10 pm. Pretty awful with kids on Mother’s Day. Didn’t even bother to order dessert. Likely won’t come back. In Sacramento echo and rig is a much better option for a steakhouse.

    Had a great time. There were a couple slip ups, but nothing major. I realized they were busy on Mother's Day so did not expect perfection. We had ordered two salads and only one arrived. We had to request for the second one. Also, my glass o wine took longer than expected. When the server asked how were doing, I reminded her about my wine glass, and she brought shortly after. But overall, my wife enjoyed the lunch. We will go back again.

    Food was great, but service was slow, very slow. Had to look for our server several times. It was Mother’s Day so the place was fairly busy. It must have been not enough staff. But did did see other servers attend to guests near us several times. Another issue I have is that the restaurant’s website advertised a $57 prix fixed menu. It was nowhere to be found on any of the menus we were provided. A bit of bait and switch. We asked the server and her response was look at the menu. I was a bit discouraged as we like the food at the restaurant.I’ll think twice before returning or recommending the place to family and friends.

    The service was slow on Mother’s Day 2022. Our party of three waited for everything., including refills of soda and water. At one point we were served our salads without forks to eat it.

    Understaffed for the number of tables they booked. Drink service, even water refills was terrible. No drinks during dinner (refills needed but not offered) and coffee ordered at time of dessert ordered after dessert was done. Will not go there again for a special occasion that is likely to be celebrated by a lot of people.

    Ordered lamb chops. Not much flavor; had better from Safeway. Ordered brussels sprouts. Greasy and heavy. They were prepared with bacon; chef could have backed off on the olive oil. One of my guests ordered shrimp bisque. Way too heavy on the sherry. My pre-meal drink came in a chipped glass. When I asked for a replacement, I got a glass with three chips. Staff was not paying attention to detail. Given what they charge, attention to detail is not too much to ask.

    Excellent... Everything! The lunch prixe fixe left us all feeling full in the end. The sides are all shareable size, especially the broccoli. If there are four of you, you'll need to choose which side to double up on. Definitely, double up on the creamed spinach. We did broccoli and had a lot of leftover broccoli in the end. As always, Ruth's Chris know filet minion. Excellent! Also, great service.

    Amazing Easter Dinner and outstanding service! Food was perfect and our server and the serving staff anticipated all of our needs. Food was prepared as requested and it tasted amazing. Only complaint, restaurant was full of kids and little babies - more so than I have ever seen. Noise level and commotion was pretty high. Not sure this is is the place for the littles?

    Let's start with the lobby. Dirty and in need of a major renovation. Once seated, noticed food splashed on curtains. Look up, curtains were off track. For it to be an upscale restaurant, the ambience should be better. We had to send the potato au gratin back. It was soupy. The manager's response was they were busy and not all dishes will be the same. He promptly retrieved the potatoes. The stuffed chicken...meh! So much filling you couldn't find the chicken. The manager was not accommodating. His appearance was unkempt and sloppy. Patrons were dressed in athletic gear and denim shirts. Even though the dress code states otherwise. My fiance wore a fedora and was asked to take it off while being escorted to our table. Overall, the restaurant needs a new and refreshed look and the manager a tailored suit. We still tipped 22% as the servers were nice. Won't be going back to that location.

    Alles in bester Zufriedenheit, jedoch frieren wir in allen amerikanischen Restaurants, weil die Klimaanlage viel zu stark eingestellt ist. Auch wäre es fein, zu einem Kaffee einen kleinen Kaffeelöffel statt Strohhalme zu bekommen, das hätte Stil.
