we dine at ruths chris whenever we have a special occasion like a birthday.....it was our 54th wedding anniversary and everything was perfect as always........its got it all.........ambience, service, good food..........thanks
Overall great experience and the food was amazing!
Had been a long time--not sure why we waited so long.
45th Anniversary--rose pedals on table. Seated right on time.
Excellent server and support staff/
Both did the $59 3 course.
Filet and Lobster and 110z. rib eye. Good sized lob---excellent filet.
RC knows how to cook a steak better than any steakhouse (Mortons-Sullivans-Mastros-Capital G)
Great seasoning--love the butter and sizzling plate and great and tender flavor.
Romaine Wedge--very god--great dressing.
Caesar--excellent--RC caesars have not been great in past.
Garlic Mashed and Creamed Spinach-the best.
Good dessert--nothing special but acceptable.
Bill was $14 before tip.--it pays to have a cocktail at home and just have a glass of wine with dinner. Restaurant love to run up your bill with cocktails.
Went into dine for my husbands 40th expecting something VERY grand, but was a bit disappointed, alas, it was only slightly grand. There were 8 in our party. I think that was the problem, as it took a long time for everything to be ready. Better place for a business meeting or intimate meals.
The food was okay. I had stuffed chicken because I thought it would be the healthier option, because it is well, damn chicken. I didn't finish it as it tasted like it was stuffed with salt and cream and calories. And more salt. I don't recommend ordering that.
Everyone else basically had steak, and there weren't any complaints, but there wasn't any raving over the deliciousness of their cuts either.
So go with the steak, if you go. We also ordered mashed potatoes, both types of fries, the lobster soup, asparagus and mushrooms. They were all good, but nothing here popped out as outstanding, except our waitress. Had the food been on par with the waitress, it would be 5 stars all around.
She was very nice and probably would have returned the chicken, but I kept it to myself because actually, I'm the idiot for ordering chicken at a restaurant that clearly has STEAK in their name.
So final thought.
Upper Management Chain Restaurant.
Take that as you will.
Father’s Day dinner. Great experience
We celebrated our 54th wedding anniversary and the restaurant had rose petals on the table and very attentive to our needs. Very relaxing evening.
Wedding anniversary. Great place for it. Fantastic for an occasional visit due to the $$. Love the place, food and service.
The service was very good. The steak was outstanding and so was the lobster. I would definitely make go to Ruth Chris again on a special occasion. The server as well as management treated us very well.
We love this place. We come here every year for our Anniversary...and any other time I can get my husband here! We love the food and the service.
Everyone there was extremely friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was extraordinary! The ambiance was beautiful. This is my favorite Ruth Chris that I’ve been to!
Table we were brought was the outside area and it was way too hot and very small rable. Nothing there was good. I've been going there many times for 9 years but will not go back therd any more.
Excellent as always. Nice to see they have an all inclusive dinner now with sides and salad. Make sure you have at least 4 seafood eaters in your party if you order the small seafood tower. I would be astounded to see the large, must be a buffet table, haha.
Berry cocktails are perfect, not to sweet, very refreshing while still packing a punch.
12 oz Ribeye had a lot of gristle around most of its perimeter. About 2 oz that filled the center of the plate when I was finished. Management said that was normal for their Prime Ribeyes!!!!! Don't order the Ribeye. If I were to order it again I would have them box it up so that I could get a precise measurement on my kitchen scales at home. Better yet, a photo.
It was a busy night but the reception staff were friendly and checking up on us while we waited for our table. The waitress was good but rushed. She had to be asked for more bread, coffee, instead of tending to our needs without being asked. The food was overall good, but not as exceptional as in the past. The rib eyes were 50% fat, and the baked potato dry. I’m sure if we complained, the waitress would have made changes for us. We love Ruth Chris and will continue to go back. The flavor of the petit filet was incredible, and the asparagus was delicious. Oh yes, and the cheese cake was amazing !!
Everything was wonderful. It was our anniversary and they went out of there way to make the evening special for us. Service was fantastic and food was amazing! Great experience!
Our waiter was honestly the best and the overall experience was perfect. The food was so good and I never felt like I was waiting or rushed.
Outstanding food and service, as always. Jessica was our server, and treated us like royalty.
Great, except for a little boy who kept yelling!
The food was great. However, I indicated this was a special occasion- birthday - but this was not mentioned or dessert offered. A little disappointing.
Great steaks! Great service!
Perfect place to celebrate 53rd Anniversary!
Great. Reggie was awesome! Dinner was excellent.
Food is always great and they’re so thoughtful about any type of celebration. One of our favorite places to dine!
Love everything about Ruth’s! This place is always an amazing treat!
Birthday. Very well done
Awesome! Great food great service.
The food server was horrible. We ordered the porterhouse for 2 and he dropped the meat while trying to serve us. Instead of picking it up and getting us a new piece he just plated that meat on my plate. The table linen was not even clean, and full of stain.
Excellent service from all of the staff in the restaurant! Great steak. Loved the mushroom side dish as well.
Great food, great service!
If you like fine wine, great service, and food cooked to perfection this is the place.
Usually good but we got this waitress that seemed like she did not want to be there. The rest of the staff was great but this one...we had her before...not great. Two of our four steaks not cooked right and think she made the error. We brought a bottle of wine because of anniversary. Waitress opened but did not pour which is not typical. Manager made up for it with free desert which was nice. Considering the occassion and venue, her service was not top notch. Total bummer.
It was a great place to celebrate our anniversary. They laid out rose petals on the table and the servers and manager made a point to congratulate us. They even brought a special dessert. We will be back for our next special event.
A great Easter brunch. Our waiter was fantastic and she was accommodating for the kids and their special meal requests!
Everything was excellent. Service was outstanding.
The adult meals were great, though extremely pricey. The kids enjoyed the bread and french fries!
Speechless! From getting seated, to introductions of staff serving, to serving of drinks and food. How do you serve Calamari before drinks when both were ordered at the same time? How do you, more than one time (3 times), serve food to the wrong person? After the first time, you make sure it never happens again. But it did. Then, followed by serving a completely different entree from the one ordered - the most expensive one of all entrees ordered at a table for nine. Really no apology, until later, or accepting of blame - just the server overheard “that’s what he ordered.” Hint - the customer is always right. Although offered the entree I did order, there was no way we were going to hang around another 30 minutes for it to be corrected.
I’ve dined at many Ruth’s Chris locales - now I know why this one is in a shopping mall. Save your money. Recommend the happy hour because that’s where most of the service staff were working. Finally, if you partake here anticipating an expensive dining experience, which I always do when at any Ruth’s Chris, demand attention early and often so they understand what is expected of them for the money you are paying. Sad to think you have to do so.
Nice evening out. Food was good but overpriced. Extensive wine list and great signature cocktails. Great service and ambiance.
Terrible service. Inattentive and slow for all courses.
Bus Boy was good, server started slow and then virtually disappeared half way through our dinner. Really kills a nice dinner and makes me want to avoid this location. Id recommend only dining at the pavilions location to anyone reading.
Jim is awesome and I will be requesting him on regular bases
