This was my second visit to the restaurant in over 30 years and first for my wife. The reason for long time, well you want amazing food, got have money lol. I got ribeye with lobster tail & side spinish, our waiter was great, with checking in on us. Wife had lambchops with lobster macaroni. For two of us before tip it was 305.00. We will be going back every NYE, assuming we can get reservations, otherwise once a year for our anniversary

The food was delicious and there was nothing wrong with it. We loved the artichoke dip appetizer. I liked the bread crumbles on my filet too. Drinks were excellent. The water tasted clean and not from the tap. My only gripe is that the soft furniture had a smell coming from it every time I'd readjust myself. It smelledblike older furniture (dusty?) not really mold or filth.

We love wine and eat out frequently. our normal routine is to select the wine we want, then the food we want, then the restaurant. Last night for our 41st anniversary, we wanted a quieter, darker, more intimate and romantic environment AND great food. We had a 11 year old blend of mostly Petite Syrah from the Paso Robles area with a healthy amount of Syrah and a few other varietals for flavor and balance. We both had the 11oz fillet, both medium rare, and both were cooked to perfection. Everything was beautiful and excellent, including our seating. Ruth's Chris has been a dependable option for me whenever and wherever we travel, and we appreciate their quality and consistency.

We had the pleasure of having Jim as our server for my husbands birthday dinner. Beside the food being absolutely delicious, Jim makes for a wonderful dining experience. He’s very knowledgeable of the menu and his cuts of meat. Truly a top notch experience.

Ruth Chris in Roseville is always a great place to celebrate whether it be a birthday, anniversary, etc. The steaks are always tender and flavorful. The sides are good, but not on the same level as their meat. Regardless, you’ll always get a tasty meal here and the service is always great. The prices aren’t cheap, but this isn’t a fast casual restaurant. You’re paying for high quality food and service!

The server was excellent. I find it troubling when I come for fine dining and the establishment doesn't have support help for the server. The server did everything other than clear the tables. It was appalling! Needless to say the service because of that was on par with Dennys.

The service and food were excellent, as always. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and Ruth Chris went above and beyond to help him celebrate. He was wished a "Happy Birthday" by 3 different people. There was "happy birthday" confetti to greet us at our table. They sent him home with a complimentary cheesecake in honor of his birthday. Thank you, Ruth Chris, for a wonderful birthday dinner celebration.

Our server Jim, was outstanding. The only negative was that it was the beginning of a heat wave and they had a large prom group on the patio, so they had to leave the doors open to the restaurant.
