   We had an anniversary dinner at Ruth Chris in Rogers and it was perfect!! Our server was Olivia and the meal was delicious! We were treated like Olivia's personal guests and she took such good care of us. Her recommendations were spot on and wonderful. She was very attentive and made sure they met our every need and want. I loved that there were rose petals sprinkled on the table as a personal and subtle way of telling others that we were celebrating a special event. All the other servers and others were so kind and asked about our event. We were celebrating our 49th anniversary! The food was phenomenal and luscious. Dessert was provided and just enough for us both to share. We spent a leisurely 2 hours there and enjoyed every moment. Thanks so much to all for making our evening so special!    Our waiter, Matt, was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Our food was delicious. It is a pricey place to eat, but we truly enjoy the experience. The new restaurant is gorgeous. We sat on the patio. The heaters kept us warm.

   Best ambiance in NWA. Food and drink is 5 star! Jacob L. - our waiter is the best. Ask for Jacob when you dine here and you won't be disappointed.

   The requests option when making a reservation is purely there for looks. The never respect the requests you make for a server. As for the food my steak was ordered medium, it came out as a hockey puck. It was replaced though and we were offered free dessert. Or service was amazing Jennifer is the best in the business and that’s why we always request her on our reservation. She makes us feel like family and over the past 4 years she has become family! The new building is beautiful, but the dining room seems overly crowded with limited space for staff to get through, and some of the staff appear to be under trained. On three occasions we were bright other peoples food even after we already had our meals. Overall simple fixes if addressed sooner rather than later.

   The service is top notch. Literally everyone was professional, attentive and courteous. From the manager who accommodated my reservation (that I messed up) to the hostess, servers and runners. All amazing. The atmosphere, oh my. It will not disappoint. We sat 2nd floor patio. It was such a gorgeous night with an amazing view. Little tip. Patio is by reservation. You can’t book the patio but you can add the preference to sit in the patio in the notes. There is so much ambience to enjoy in every nook and cranny. And so much space ! The menu is as it was before. We are fan favs of the seafood tower. The quality of the seafood was just slightly less than usual. Lobster tails were tough and the blue crab wasn’t as sweet and succulent as past experiences. Nature of the sea/ocean. That being said, we don’t leave a single bite behind. Thank you all for an amazing experience. Best restaurant is NWA hands down.
