   Not the usual good time we usually have here but will chalk it up to the new location and getting used to it. Our first waiter left for a “family emergency” and had to get a 2nd (Austin) who was great. Didn’t care for the upstairs. Food was great as usual! Tried to get some broiled tomatoes (our fav off the menu) but told it was “too busy” to ask the chefs. Oh well. Will try for a main floor booth next time. There will definitely be a “next time”! We are “die hard” Ruth’s fans!

   Sea bass was very fishy tasting. Service was poor. Drinks not refilled. Brought hot tea with no spoon/cream/saucer. Desert was served with no silverware. Overall, I think it must have been the first day for our server.

   Absolutely fantastic experience! The steaks were cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and exactly as ordered. Cocktails were top-notch, well-balanced, and expertly made. Our server was friendly and attentive, and a special shoutout to the hostess, Star, who went above and beyond to make our Mother’s Day extra special. Highly recommend!

   Great Mother’s Day lunch! Our server, Nick, was attentive and personable. He made my Mom and my wife feel like queens for a day!!😎

   The new facility is great, feels a bit like a cruise ship but there is ample room and it is well appointed. Our holiday meal was served in a reasonable time and the table service was great. Our only complaint was the friction of getting seated. We had to wait downstairs for 10 minutes after our reservation time when we were allowed to go upstairs, then wait another 10 minutes. The restaurant was relatively empty so I think they need some time to work out their process in the new location.

   Hate to complain but they gave me so many reasons that are really simple to avoid… 1. Did not clear our table for long periods, at one point I had three empty cocktail glasses 2. Left empty plates on table for 20 plus minutes at a time 3. Extremely slow bar service 4. Maybe short staff but u drop a grand it’s reasonable to expect good service 5. Staff brought food and never took old plates A tray of dirty dishes sat next to me for 15 minutes, who does that? Unbealivably disappointed…

    New restaurant is very nice, but disappointing to have bad service. The server was very slow & inattentive. I know it’s a big weekend in Fayetteville, but they seemed understaff & had no sense of urgency to serve food or drinks. The restaurant was out of the seafood tower, unbelievable when it’s one of the biggest friday nights in the area with UofA graduation. This was not the typical experience we are used to at Ruth Chris.
