I was pretty disappointed since this is a high end restaurant. It took over 30 minutes to get 1 glass of wine and a martini. The voodoo lobster and ossobuco ravioli appatizers were fantastic. My husband ordered a medium rare steak. It came out with a cold red center. We had to send it back to the kitchen. The crab cakes weren't that great, and the mashed potatoes tastes like they came from a box.

A true level up for the brand and the NWA experience. Ruth’s deserves a “Thank You” you for creating such a great space to bring clients and celebrate occasions. We were there for my wives birthday last night. Britt was our waiter and he was excellent. Just enough convo, super attentive and on it. Great experience all around.

The new location is beautiful and much enjoyed! Our food was delicious and our steaks were cooked perfectly! The staff was very nice and accommodating as well! Will return soon!

The new location misses the mark on service. At the previous location, service was attentive and prompt. At the new location, not so. The drinks came out slowly, and the courses were not paced appropriately. Our server took our order while balancing a tray of drinks, giving the distinct impression that taking our order was an inconvenience. When she brought the check, she stated “oh, I forgot to ask…were you celebrating anything tonight?” Our experience simply did not live up to the quality for which Ruth’s Chris is known.

The food was wonderful! Our party of 4 all had steaks that were cooked to melt in your mouth delicious! We weren’t seated right at our reservation time, but shortly after. Melinda took good care of us and the manager stopped by a couple of times. Busy night as there was a concert and Shareholders in town. The new restaurant is classy and fun, so not as soft, quiet, and elegant as the old one. Negatives, it was difficult to visit and, we were celebrating a birthday and didn’t receive the traditional birthday dessert for our guest, though they did acknowledge it and they may not do that any more. Prices have gone up, but if you want excellent food and a dinner to say “special”, this is your place!
