Father’s Day dinner
The team at Ruth's Chris never fails to impress! Everything was just perfect; from the food, to the service to the casually eloquent atmosphere. If you are looking for the perfect place to make for a memorable evening, look no further! Can't recommend these guys enough.
Post COVID blues - food was excellent as usual. Felt very rushed by an inexperienced staff. No time to enjoy glass of wine before salad - half way through salad dinner arrived. Water jug on the table due to COVID restrictions - not re-filled and service overall was not very good for $100 per person for 3. Was told during a previous visit by management "If you have to ask for something we are not doing our job" that did not ring true during this visit. Hope things improve as we get used to our new normal - dining not being an exception. Certainly will try again and hope for a more relaxed experience.

I know what you experienced last night was not the norm, however we are in a new normal and as a professional service team, business manager, and as you the guest we are all learning this together. The waitress as well as all of the folks (one refilled water and another person split our salad) were all terrific. We were able to get the quaint little room up front and it was charming! Great service, great food and great company- I'd say that's a perfect night!
We had a fantastic dinner. Stephen was our waiter and he did a magnificent job. They are keeping up everything within the new Social Distance requirements. It was a great experience after a gloomy day. Thank you!

Everything was perfect from service to food.
Retirement dinner for my wife. Her brother and sister in law were visiting us and we brought them along. Stephen was a great waiter and the meal was exceptional.
Great setting...
Not as expected, least favorite experience as we were returning guests and didn’t feel service was up to par. Steak wasn’t sizzling and smells were reduced due to this factor. Service was lacking, water glasses weren’t filled and they forgot our lobster tail which needed to come out later than our main dishes. Disappointed with our visit. Hope next time we return the experience will be better. We love Ruth Chris Steakhouse but still with high prices and reputation we expected better.

We dined here for my husband’s 50th Birthday and we had an excellent meal. He and I typically dine here for special occasions, just the 2 of us, but we brought our girls along for this dinner and they really enjoyed it. Our server, Chelsea, was awesome. We were really pleased to have her as our server last night. The manager was also very nice ( can’t remember his name, sorry). Our youngest wanted to know about the haunted history of the restaurant and he was gracious enough to come over and tell her about it. Overall, the food was delicious and service was great!

We had yet to have a bad experience at Ruth Chris over the last 10 years...oh well. We were seated at 7:45, did not order till after 8:30, waitress was dealing with a difficult table behind us that had problems and was making a scene and management had to calm everything down with comped food and bottle of wine, so we kinda were pushed to side...not that big a deal. But my medium filet came out well done, kinda beef jerky like, would never expect at Ruth’s...they did remake one, but table was nearly done when I got mine after nibbling on side dish...they did give me a fresh side, and I do not make scenes, and I don’t ever ask to be comped anything, but this was a $300 meal, and just did not feel it this time. We had a couple less than experiences at Firebirds in past and vowed to never go back, and this kinda felt like going to firebirds this time...oh well, have never had a bad experience at Buckheads so will do next few steak outs there....
Great hostess who keeps up with us regarding desired seating! Best place in the neighborhood... actually it is our favorite Ruth’s Chris! They are not all alike.

Attention to detail and truly delicious food. Excellent waitstaff. Must state, however, As a first impression upon entering the establishment, the waiting area could be improved. While there are about 8 seats near the fireplace area, as you enter the door to come into the ‘lobby’, there is no clarification of where to ‘checkin’ for your reservation. While I understand that it was an extremely busy Saturday evening, yet there needs to be more information of where to checkin and other places to stand and wait besides right at the door entrance. The hostess made no effort to notice new people entering, nor to acknowledge if they needed assistance. You have one chance to make a first impression and that was mine. The service, food, and overall ambience once inside the actual dining area was impeccable.

Absolute perfection and this is not overstated in any way ! Succulent steak with delicious vegetable choices ! The crab au gratin appetizer was fantastic ! The cheese cake was so creamy the crust to die for !
