    I am uncertain on what’s going on at this Ruth Chris location, but the last few times the food service was awful. The bartender was very nice and attentive, but my food came out cold. My barbecue shrimp was cold and did not taste fresh. My gumbo was cold and my mashed potatoes were cold. The last few times I’ve had the same experience with the food being cold. We frequent Ruth Chris at least twice a month and the food has not been great as of late. I am truly disappointed. As this is my husband’s favorite steak place in Huntsville. I am going to give Ruth Chris a break for a while and see if the food service improves.

    It was a very enjoyable and enlightening experience. Our Server, Mr. Demettra, was very cordial, funny, and very nice! We were celebrating Mr. Jerry Orr for Father’s Day 🥰. Mr. Demettra even provided some OG Sweet Georgia Icee Tea! 👍 The food was delicious 🤤 and very tantalizing to the tase!

    Burt was wonderful as usual and the food was top notch. Support staff could have been a little more attentive. When our entrees arrived, we asked for more bread but never got it. Burt filled our water glasses and boxed up to go items.

    We had a wonderful anniversary dinner and definitely one of the best servers we’ve had in a restaurant experience in a while. Taj was so sweet, very helpful and quick… we also loved his sense of humor.

    Azuria was amazing! Prompt, kind, professional, fun, and went over and above! We were disappointed the seafood tower was not available, I was hoping to avoid this and specifically put it in my reservation detail to let me know if not available (which is NOT the fault of Azuria, of course!) but she took it upon herself to make our visit extra special despite this. Years ago I had a horseradish crust there and asked if that was still available, she let me know it was not on the menu. But she took the time to ask the chef to create one and it was amazing! What a kind gesture! We will be back soon to visit with Azuria again.

    Food is very mediocre and overpriced I don’t know why we try to give Ruth Chris chain the second/third/forth chance and always get the same results
