Top tier quality overall!

The food is always excellent but I gave them 4 stars because they don’t have any appetizers that don’t have seafood or raw meat. I’m allergic to seafood and don’t care for raw meat. I always look forward to their fresh mozzarella and they took it off the menu. The service and the ambiance are always wonderful.

We really enjoyed our anniversary dinner at Ruth Chris. The spicy shrimp appetizer was outstanding, steaks superb, bread excellent, sides very good, and dessert excellent. The wine choices and quality was great. The waitstaff were professional and attentive. Price of course on the high end, but dining at Ruth Chris is often for a very special occasion, which ours was.

27oz cowboy was the smallest I’ve ever gotten. Large fat stream making it even smaller. I had much better at Ruth’s Chris. Maybe it’s the COVID effect?

Had a great time with my date. Lamb chops and Spicy salmon were delicious and the waitress I had was wonderful. Drinks are strong, which was great!

Both venue and menu need major renovation. For price charged this steakhouse is not up to par with competitors.

Valentine’s

Ruth’s Chris has been our traditional restaurant for Valentine’s Day and birthdays for years. Normally, the experience is outstanding. But, I’m guessing that living in a pandemic is having an effect on the product and services rendered.

Our waitress seemed pre-occupied and ambivalent of our experience. We each got the big porterhouse steak...and both were overcooked. Our table wasn’t ever cleaned and the overall atmosphere just seemed lackluster.

Tried the crab cakes for the first time and they were delicious. Good and service excellent as always. Restaurant is set up well for social distancing so we felt very safe.

I have been dining at various Ruth's Chris steakhouses since the 1980's and I have never had a bad experience. This time was no different. The services was great and the food as spot on as always.

I took my family there for a fun night out and we had a great time.

I’ve never been let down at Ruth Chris no matter the location. My steak was perfect and the sides very delicious. The complimentary valet parking was a great addition.

Great service from Matt. My wife and I shared the seafood tower with a split of Champagne.. it was fantastic. Followed with NY strip paired with the Caymus-Suissal Petit Syrah which was amazing. The wine price was so reasonable for such a great bottle. Overall, just a really enjoyable dining experience on New Year’s Eve.

My steak Rib eye was grisly took forever to cut. I am a big guy and left over half of it. Too much work trying to cut it. My potato was very small, hard on the bottom and cold. I have eaten in Vegas 4 times and Indianapolis 5 times and this was the worst by far. Service was good and so was the valet.

Server Leigh Ann was phenomenal! Food was good, but not great like other Ruth’s Chris I’ve been to.

We went to Ruth’s Chris for Christmas Eve dinner. The service was fair and the food was mixed - our teenage children love steak and they said it was great. The calamari app was a joke - all breading and barely warm. The salads were decent and we ate salmon (pescatarians) which was the only real fish dish on the limited menu. It was well cooked and flavorful. It was a nice night, but absolutely not a $500 + dinner for four.

We chose this restaurant for our wedding dinner and have returned the past 3 years for our anniversary because we can always count on getting a good meal and good service. Even with the challenges posed by Covid-19 we were still happy with our dining experience.

Very expensive but worth every dime!!!!
