   Nice venue, good food but over the top greedy prices and I am able to afford the cost. I would recommend other similar places with lower prices, or only frequent their bar and its special menu. There is no need to give your money away.

   The service was good it did take a bit to get seated. Once we were seated we were greeted and served. The food was pretty good. And the noise levels were moderate it felt nice, noisy places aren’t enjoyable so it being pretty quiet was good!

   Our only issue, it was my wife and I and I felt our tables were too close to our neighbors. I felt like we were sitting on each other’s laps. Other then that, it was a great experience.

    We arrived for our reservation. The hostesses checked my party in and we were told it would be a few minutes. We were ignored, and then seated 15 minutes later. Other parties that arrived after us were acknowledged and seated before us. The hostess asked "if we even wanted the wine menu". After 10 minutes our server and the assistant came to take our drink order. We ordered wine and our meals since service had been slow. We got our appetizer, and I ordered a club soda. We were not checked on for about 50 minutes, and I didn't get my drink. Our server checked on the table next to us 5 times about their cokes without acknowledging us. When our food arrived all 3 sides were cold. Halfway through our meal our server finally checked in. We said the sides were cold, and our server said the kitchen could remake it. But we were already halfway done and didn't want our sides taken away. He told us he would let the kitchen know and left. About 10 minutes later, a gentleman claiming to be a manager asked about our sides. He asked if we wanted the sides fixed. At this point we were done with our meal and remade sides would not have fixed the situation. After we said no, he left our table and we never saw him again. After dinner, we ordered dessert hoping to wash away the disappointing dinner experience. We ordered dessert cocktails and cheesecake. After we said cheers, my wife accidentally spilled her entire cocktail on the table and my FIL took napkins off empty tables to wipe it up. Our server eventually arrived to help but it was done. He asked whether my wife had any of her drink and she replied, “4 sips.” He asked if she wanted to order another. She declined. There was no offer for the bar to remake it because of the accident. We were charged for all sides and the spilled drink with no comp or real apology. The poor service was just rude. We dined at Ruth Chris since this was my in-laws favorite steakhouse in Portland. After that night, we won’t return anytime soon.

    When you order a filet mignon to be done medium well, it should be obvious that the meat needs to be butterflied, right? You can't get that thick piece of meat done properly without butterflying it. So we were disappointed when it arrived closer to med-rare. That was a minor inconvenience but it never should have happened imo. The quality of the meal was excellent! So tasty. Meat is so expensive though, that we can't and won't be eating at any prime restaurant for a long time. Also didn't like the close proximity to other diners. It should have been a more intimate experience for that kind of money. There's more privacy at Outback!

    We were so impressed with the hospitality, the service and the food. Great management Team along with our ever so good server Cody. All the food was prepared per our request. A delightful evening with just the 2 of us a RC. Thank you all for a great night out.

    We were celebrating my grandson’s 18th birthday. The food and service was nice. It was a bit noisy and they didn’t have any chicken strips for my younger grandson. Overall it was a nice evening.

    Brandi delivered outstanding service. She is very knowledgeable about food, wine pairings. Pace of service was great. Food was wonderful. We had lamb chops and shrimp with ribeye. Lobster and mac was delicious. Dessert was very tasty. Took advantage of mid week specials; save a little $$, avoided crowds, and it was easy to park.

    I hate to say this but Ruth’s Chris in PDX has really went downhill. Service was so slow…. Each course took forever, had to ask for salads Drinks take forever to get. They seat you so close to other couples you feel like you’re at the same table. Their meat quality has also gone downhill - had the cowboy rib eye ( which is a $65 steak) and it was full of fat. They seemed to have changed their augratin potatoes to cheesy cubes of potatoes and the steakhouse salad has also changed. These are not changes for the better. If you want a good steak in PDX go to Ringside Steakhouse. Way Breyer meat, service, and ambiance…

    My husband ordered a ribeye steak but it appeared to be a sirloin steak that he got. It was very disappointing, however, the waiter did not argue and did not charge him for the steak. We did have a nice birthday celebration despite this unfortunate "error" with the main course!

    RCSH has become our go-to to celebrate special occasions in our family. We look forward to treating each other to a delicious meal in RCSH spacious, (fairly) quiet dining room 3-4X a year. A great steak dinner with fabulous add ins & sides never gets old! Great wine selection & cocktails too.

    We were in town for a concert and wanted a nice sit down dinner. Tenderloin and sides were awesome. Cooked to perfection. Thank you. Service was almost spot on until our waitress ran my card for someone else’s bill and tied up quit a bit of money for waiting to see how long But yes I would definitely return. Wonderful dinner. Really wanting the Tomahawk for 2.

    Lovely dinner to celebrate a birthday. Service was outstanding. Quality of food was exceptional. Prices are expensive, but you do get a special experience, so we felt the cost was worth it for a special occassion.

    We where there for our anniversary and had to send my husbands steak back twice. My steak was medium instead of medium rare, but we kept that so we had something to eat. The salad, potatoes, and cocktails were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The steak situation just put a damper on the meal. We will try again and hope it is a one time only situation.

    We loved our visit last night for our anniversary. Our food was delicious. But our favorite part was our server . I'm kicking myself that can't remember his name. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, made great suggestions, and really made us feel special. We'll comeback soon just for the 5 star service!

    It was our first time visiting and our waitress was so helpful with deciding on our order, and took the time to explain how the menu worked. We were visiting for a birthday and the cute touches of birthday confetti and a birthday card on the table made it all the more memorable! We will definitely be back!

    As always, the food was prepared wonderfully and was delicious, the drinks were on point, and the service was fantastic. While they were very busy, we still received great care from our server who we have had a couple of times (and sadly I have forgotten his name). I loved the twist he suggested for my espresso martini as well, it was perfection. Ruth's Chris is always in our date night rotation.
