Our food was way over priced for what we got:
Mediocre crabcake appetizer that needed some kind of sauce maybe remoulade
Tiny bland dinner salad
Our filets were ok, a little tough and bland though
Again no presentation or sauces at least
Dessert tasted like something bought at sam's club
Atmosphere was boring, lack of color felt like a hotel banquet facility

Way overpriced for the quality I would expect!

I was very excited to come as I love your Chilean sea bass and we were celebrating my birthday but I was very disappointed in the fish I did not tell the waitress it wasn't her fault and I did not want my boyfriend to feel bad but the sea bass was very fishy tasting I would not get that again I had it when we went to Niagara Falls at the Ruth's Chris there and it was fabulous it just must be the different places they get their fish but the rest of the meal was very nice and the waitress was great

I can only speak for myself about the food which was beyond wonderful, but both people with me claimed to thoroughly enjoy their meals. My only wish would be for more vegetarian options. I was disappointed to find the only vegetarian option was to choose 3 sides. The excellent sea bass was a lucky result of not wanting that choice.

Well, was noisy, salad had way too much dressing, drink was very weak. It was a Birthday dinner, they asked and then didn’t acknowledge it. Not the best place for a relaxing evening.

We gave our server a more than generous tip. It would have been nice and considerate to receive a thank you.

We hadn’t been to Ruth’s Chris since the remodel. What a wonderful job. It still has the steak house feel with a great update. The food is still fantastic and I was happy to see all our favorites on the menu. We had a great time and won’t wait as long to go back.

Crabtini favorite app for both my wife and I - absolutely delicious. Steaks cooked to perfection. We have enjoyed many special occasions at Ruths Chris -- we recommend to others often.
The service was excellent -

There was however only (1) anchovy on the caesar salad - more is good. My wife said the salad was one of the tastiest -- croutons "were different" and delicious / not big or over crunchy.

We'll be back soon.

One would think that a steak restaurant would have a chef that knows how to cook a steak. Obviously, this Ruth's Chris did not have a chef who could cook a rare plus bone in filet. It was awful! I sent it back once and the second time it was totally raw. My server was appalled and did not charge me for the meal. This is the first time I encountered a problem with this restaurant but, I will not return. At $ 60 for the filet, one would think that they could cook it to perfection.

I liked the filet, the hot plate was great.
When busy, it is somewhat loud.
Not perfect, but near, that is where you want it, would go back.

Terrible table location next to entrance from bar & across from servers station. Not only was it very noisy but sat facing wall & hallway leading to bathrooms.

Our steak did not taste as good as usual. Felt like it was back under lights to keep warm.... no sizzle. No scallop appetizer- such a shame. Onion rings were not cooked and sent back. We have been coming there for many many years and always count in a good meal. This was disappointing.

we were seated quickly and had a nice view of the skating rink outside. The food was delicious and probably the best steak that we've had. We will definitely return for a special occasion.

As usual, the food was outstanding. However, the service was slow, which is not our normal experience at RC.
we had to ask for water to be re-filled and too much time between end of dinner and dessert. Plus, dishes were not cleared in a timely manner, nor were crumbs removed.
Hopefully, this was a "flook" and not the new norm. we'll be back

Let me start by saying. The manager never said a word to us other than , do you want me to take your dirty plates!? No Hello, how are u, and most importantly did not ask, how was your meal?. One of the worst filet's I ever had, it was especially heart breaking when the rest of my family told me their filet's were very tough and way overcooked. The 500 degree plate is nice if the meat comes out like you ordered it. But the meat was already over cooked before it ever reached the dinner plate!!!!!!! Very poor experience!!!!!! Will not be going back to Ruth Chris!!!!! Everything else was ok. Not worth anywhere near the price. Had a better steak at Longhorn. Maybe they chef had an off night, overcooking my entire family's filet's is an off night I would say!!!!.... That's pretty sad. :(
