While restaurants in PA remain at 50% capacity, we certainly felt welcome and appreciated, which is something that we have not always felt when dining at this particular restaurant in Pittsburgh in the past. We had a very efficient and professional wait staff (Bunny who was primary and Karen who was assisting her). Bunny was accommodating, checked on us just the right amount of times, and was a pleasure to talk with, as we did discuss menu items and changes in offerings (food and drink) that had occurred during the pandemic. Safety protocols were in full affect which made us feel even better about our choice to visit at this time. We have missed our quarterly visits to Ruth's Chris with our good friends during the pandemic, as it had become a tradition over the last couple of years. We will be back.

I made sure I marked Anniversary and upon arrival they did not know that or have anything special set up like all the other places we been to on our anniversary Other than that food was great

Very attentive staff. They were able to accomodate us even though we made the reservation for the wrong day. This was our first time in Pittsburgh, but when we visit again, we will go back!

Can’t go wrong with Ruth Chris. Always consistent for good food, drinks & service.

Our son’s birthday celebrations have been at Ruth’s Chris for years. The food and service were great as always. COVID safety precautions were in place and followed by staff and customers alike. We will continue to come for Sunday dinners and Special Occasions as well.

The food was fine but unfortunately the menu was abbreviated and was lacking some of our favorites. We loved the single serve side dishes - that was a nice change!

Our primary complaint was the service. When time to clear our plates, the sever removed our dirty utensils and laid them on the table and left with the plates. We were left staring at dirty silverware on the linen tablecloth for far too long. Service at an establishment like this should be quiet and seamless.

Also most COVID precautions were great but we were surprised to see salt and pepper shakers on the table. That did not seem particularly hygienic.

Our steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection.

I thought they did a fantastic job after first opening up. I will say though that all of the steaks we ordered were way overdone!

I ordered mine medium and it was on the well side of medium well. Others were over done as well.

I’m a big fan of the restaurant and the service was incredible. Just a bit disappointed in the area for which they are known.

Our meals were prepared to our liking. Everything was perfect!

I’ve been to better locations. The location is not the best, the ambiance is not the greatest. Look to Cincinnati’s for an example of a well run Ruth’s Chris.

Our evening at Ruth’s Chris was very good. We were seated promptly and the service was really good. Compliments to the bar as two people in the party had classic cocktails and each were exceptional and the server left the silver chalice for a bonus. Our party ordered a variety of appetizers and dinners and there were zero complaints. As always, the service food, drinks and service were very high quality. Will be back many more times.

Of course we enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Food was served promptly and well prepared. Service was very good. As expected it is pretty pricey but enjoyable.

The Steaks and Lobster were out of this world! Our server was very friendly but not overbearing.

Ruth’s Chris Pittsburgh is one of those “sure things”. It’s always excellent. Always enjoyable. Always a great experience. The remodeling done a couple of years ago makes it even more spectacular. It’s our go-to. Love it!

It was difficult to see...a nice candle should, at least, be on each table!! The food was very good, but portions were very small for the prices charged. Even though we had the "all included" dinner choices, it was way over-priced. I enjoy a wonderful evening out for dinner and don't mind spending money for it on special occasions, but this was over-priced for what you served. Would not recommend it or go back again.
