Food was good. Service was spotty. Forgot items we requested and no follow up

Great dining experience. Both the atmosphere and service was excellent to match the excellent food.

Overpriced

Must ask for Charles as server his attention to detail is FLAWLESS, X-military (thank him for his service) the kitchen mess up on my substitution but you must save room for the Banana Fosters Cheesecake. We go there just for the double pork chops, please order it medium you won't regret it. So if you want to have a HOT date or just looking a high end place to eat Ruth's Chris Steak House is on the top of our list. Hope to see you there, We will to couple in the back watching you have fun too!

Always a favorite. Menu doesn't change and same great recipes. Drinks are great.

Convince location. Right off the beltway..food is always sizzling hot and juicy..

This restaurant has delicious steaks served on 500 degree plates to keep your steak hot throughout your meal. The sides we ordered were also delicious but the steaks were the highlight. All were cooked to order from medium rare to medium well.
The chocolate duo was incredibly yummy, although my family believes the mousse could be its own dessert. We should have shared this dessert rather than ordering our own. My son loved the creme brulee as well.
Morgan did an outstanding job of caring for our needs throughout the dining experience.

Ruth's Chris does a great steak and the sides are okay. The only food shortcomings are the desserts. Baltimore has a rich bakery tradition. Despite this the desserts here are industrial insults designed to maximize profits while reducing effort. People don't come here to save money. Buy some decent desserts and charge accordingly.

Waitress was bizarre, I ordered steak and shrimp combo, got steak with a lobster tail. I didn't even bother to correct it. Lobster tail was under-cooked, center was raw. We ordered dessert. She came back and asked if we wanted dessert. We reminded her we had already ordered with her. It took three hours to eat with long wait periods between courses. NEver had bread or butter refilled. Food was just plain not as good as it used to be.

Great time and great food

Ruth's Chris has a a bar menu (in the bar area) for a less fancy, lighter fare meal with a selection of comfort foods in addition to their signature steaks. We were thrilled to go for that for our daughter's 17th birthday. Nothing too ostentatious like a very fancy restaurant. Unfortunately, there was no notation on Open Table to tell us that they don't do the bar menu on Saturday nights. The place was far from full so I'm not sure why they don't have this very nice alternative. So...we ended up with a fancy restaurant meal with a waiter that was appropriately, well, let's just say lofty in his attitude. He seemed to question me when I only ordered a salad (after he said it was entree sized). By the way, their signature chopped salad comes as a tight cylinder shape that you then spread around. It wasn't my favorite. The lettuce seemed crushed. I asked if I could get chicken or steak on my salad like you can in many restaurants. I was told I could get a regular steak and lay it across. I don't think I would put a 50 dollar steak on a salad! Anyway, they gave my daughter a nice desert cupcake-like treat. The rest of us (3 others) thought we'd each have just one bit of desert so we ordered bananas foster. We found out that you must get two orders of that (for a total of 24 dollars I might add). All we wanted was a small bite of dessert (which is the rage in some restaurants now btw).

All in all, this would have been fine if we had been prepared for a fancy meal in a fancy restaurant. We ended up spending about 200 dollars for not a lot of food and not on the expereience we were hoping for. I would suggest that they allow the bar menu on Saturdays if they want my business... or at least it should be noted on Open Table.

Awesome service, awesome food, as always. Service was impeccable, food presentation and taste worth every cent.

We ate in the bar area, per choice, for it's liveliness. Still enjoying the facelift. Our server was a little forgetful, seems to be new. Her pleasant demeanor made up for it. Ruth Chris is always a go to.

I made a reservation through OpenTable and Ruths Chris Pikesville didn't have it in their system.

As Always, from the moment the reservation was made to the greeting we received, to our seating, the FOOD!! and our server!! Everything was TOP DRAWER!! It is always something to which I look forward with great anticipation and with a smile.

We sat at the bar and Taylor served us. She was extremely attentive and took great care of us. We will definitely be back and request to have her wait on us.

I went to Ruth's Chris for my birthday dinner , the crab cakes were very tasty and I love their caesar salad.My cocktail was terrific.

At first we were seated on a side wall which was next to evidently a "party room" and you could hear the noise coming from there. We asked to be moved which we were to another table. Had asked if we could have a booth - and were told no they were all reserved (we did have reservations also but no where on open table to specify a booth) when we left after dinner the "booth that was reserved was still vacant.

That being said - the drinks were delicious, the dinner was perfect in every way, and our server was the best. It is expensive to eat hear but the food is top quality.

Went out for our Anniversary on a Sunday. Love to eat early (4:00p) so we avoid the crowds and can linger without feeling guilty or rushed. 4:00 was the perfect time. Our waiter was attentive but not bothersome. I had the spicy salmon and crispy shrimp special which was fabulous! The right amount of spicy and perfect portion size. My husband had the 16oz sirloin which was cooked exactly to his liking. We always get the mashed potatoes, sautéed mushrooms and asparagus but this time I also tried the lobster Mac and Cheese. It was wonderful!!! The portion is really big so there was plenty to take home. It has a slight kick to it with jalapeño pepper which made it a perfect side with my spicy salmon. We finished our meal with my all time favorite dessert, creme brûlée. Ruth’s Chris makes one of the best I’ve ever had and I try this dessert at just about every restaurant where it is offered. This one still ranks at the top of the list!!!
All things considered it was a wonderful dining experience.

The service and food was good, but disappointed to see that they allow sweat pants and hoodies and hats allowed by other customers and for a 8:30pm dinner to have crying babies there until 10pm.

NY strip was tough, potato was dry, service was good.

Ruth 's Chris Steakhouse is always a pleasant dining experience. Great food and a must for steak lovers but also good for crab cakes. You can expect to pay $$$ when going to this steakhouse so it is generally for special occasions but the ambiance is great as is the wine and beer list. We had a party of 6 for a late Valentine's Day dinner for our family and dates and all enjoyed.

Wonderful restaurant for a classy date! We went the day after Valentine's Day, and were honestly expecting a stressed-out staff and lower-quality service. Not true at all! The food was excellent and the staff was endlessly patient and hospitable. Highly recommend.

Love the food and our sever was great

Experience over all was ok . The waiter was a little annoying and overbearing as we were trying to have a romantic valentine's and anniversary celebration. He killed the mood by trying too hard.

Ruth Chris is one of my favorite restaurants. The waiter was very nice and customer friendly. I would have given five stars, if it wasn’t for the greeting hostesses lack of customer service regarding greeting the guest with a smile and making them feel welcome. It seems like they were overwhelmed and frustrated with the busy schedule they had on Valentine’s Day. Customer service doesn’t stop because you are busy, that’s the time to show your best customer service during challenging times of this nature. I would recommend that the manager encourages their hostesses to attend customer service training moving forward. Overall, my wife and I had a very wonderful evening. Winston the waiter is the best. Thanks Winston for all your help in picking out the White sweet wine (Moscato).

Valentine’s Day

The food was very good and the tuna appetizer was great!

Poor seating location and I have had better food at the Ruth Chris in Baltimore. This is the second time going to this Ruth Chris and felt the same way about the food. Below average for the cost.

Excellent service! Bria (our waitress) took great care of me and my wife and answered all questions we had. She also gave a good recommendation with the BBQ shrimp appetizer. Wonderful dinner experience! Definitely plan on visiting again!
