This was my first time at Ruth’s Chris and everything was amazing! The service, the food, the drinks. The lamb chops are to die for. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in time.

Great food and service. Very crowded but staff did their best to manage the crowd and social distancing protocols.

Always enjoy RC, but service was off last night. Just remember, a table of four guests is just as important as a table of eight.

Celebrated a birthday

My wife took me to dinner as an early birthday gift. This is our second trip to a Ruth’s Chris, the first one occurring a number of years ago at the downtown Baltimore location.

The hostess lined our table with rose petals in honor of my birthday. What a nice gesture!
The petite filet mignon, broccoli, baked potato, and salad were phenomenal. It’s what we expected based on our previous experience. We opted for the combo meal which came with cheesecake and ice cream for dessert. They were amazing as well!

Our server Cameron was outstanding; friendly, attentive, and pleasant. At one point the manager dropped by to check on us. We told him that everything was perfect.

Ruth’s Chris is not cheap and not a place we go to regularly. But the quality of the food and the ambiance make it a place we will return to for special occasions. There is no place like it and we create memories each time we go.

The food was perfect, as always, and our server, Colin, from two months ago recognized us! Colin’s service and hospitality was fantastic and this is the best Ruth’s location we’ve been to in the DC/Baltimore area, by far!

I had a reservation yet they made me wait until the person behind table and as ready to seat us because she “wanted to seat us at the same time”. Literally made me wait to be seated while someone with no reservation. Then, My chicken wasn’t done!! I will admit it’s the 1st time I had an issue with food but uncooked chicken, horrible

Birthday and everything was amazing

Very comfortable with COVID precautions. Server was pleasant and very efficient. Really enjoyed our steaks which were cooked to perfection. Great place to celebrate our anniversary.

RC is always consistently a great dining experience. Of course the filets are amazing. Nice presentations. And a warm, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

We had to send several things back starting with my daughter’s drink which was like syrup. Then my husband’s cowboy steak (which he orders frequently) was beyond well done when he asked for it to be pink throughout. Then the lobster Mac n’cheese cheese was so watery that we couldn’t eat it. The manager did remove those items from the bill but RC is one of our regular dining spots and this is the second time in one month that our meal has been very disappointing. What’s going on and who do you have in the kitchen? Awful! Time to start going back to the Capitol Grille.

Very nice - a little crowded for Covid time and they did not take our temperatures. But food was great.

The food and drinks as always was wonderful. Our server, who was new was good but you could tell not a seasoned server. The COVID precautions were good, good spacing, cleaning and masks worn by all staff. The only true issue was due to the COVID precautions, although we had a reservation, we still had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated.

Always great! We always request Winston to serve our table. The entire staff is amazing! Great decor and spectacular food and drinks!

We really enjoyed our evening. Our waitress was wonderful, the manager stopped by to see if everything was good. The food was amazing!!!

Felt rushed...steaks lacked their normal seasoning, plus they were all slightly overcooked. Certainly not the norm - maybe just an off night.

Always a great experience

We celebrated 32nd wedding anniversary and we had a great time!! We sat at table #23 and Winston was our server!! OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! Winston is a rock star!!!

Absolutely stunning. I loved everything about the decor and ambiance. The food was spectacular. I ordered the New York Strip and a lobster tail and ended with cream brulee and it was the best meal I think I've eaten in my entire life.

It was our first night out as new parents. Susana made our evening magical! We love Ruth Chris!

My pork chop was undercooked & creamed spinach was a lil cold but everything was good

My experience was overall five stars. The staff were professional and helpful. Complaints to the chef everything we ordered was delicious. I will definitely encourage my friends and family to dine at this location. Great experience...!

Enjoyed dinner for my sons birthday.

Food was delicious and service was excellent.
Dress code could be updated not allowing jeans.
We were also troubled by a customer on her cellphone using the speaker as she walked to her table.

Excellent food and experience. People are nice, very friendly. Food is amazing, and the rotating price fixed menu is a good value, especially fir the quality.

Everything was excellent. I really enjoyed my Birthday Dinner with my friends. We are going back soon!!

We had a quiet corner in which to enjoy our company

The service was outstanding. Our service Michael was one of a kind. The food was just sub-par. The upscale food that Ruth Chris was once known for is no longer the case. The garlic mash potatoes were to lose, the spinach was very bland, sweet potato casserole was okay. The Ribeye had no flavor. The appetizers and cocktails were great.

Everything was delicious and our waiter Jeff went above and beyond to make everything perfect.

Thiis was our 2nd time in a few weeks, and Taylor our Bartender/waitress was great both days. She remembered us and was sooooo pleasant! And not to mention the food excellen!!
