The service started out great, but after our entrees were delivered, our waiter disappeared. I’m not sure we ever saw a busser until we stopped another server to ask where our server went. When you’re paying $150 per person for a meal, you expect really good service. Ruth’s Chris didn’t deliver this time.

Warmly greeted upon arrival. Server was perfect. She noticed that I received wrong salad as it was being delivered to our table and came right over and took it away and brought the correct one quickly. Timing was perfect and she made our desert near our table and it was the best banana foster I have ever had. Alyssa was the best. Food was perfect

I have NEVER met a Winston in this service field in my life and I’ve been places. It is rare to find a person who is attentive, respectful, insightful, funny, helpful, wonderful, kind, interesting and a perfect captain helping you navigate fine cuisine. I will tell all of my friends to ask for him when they make reservations. My moment at Ruth Chris was a special day to honor the life of my Mother, and Ruth Chris honored her life with me. I felt so blessed. The food was incredible. I swear they have some magician in the back conjuring up PERFECT greens and tomatoes for the salad. PERFECT measure of cheese for the Potatoes Augratin and the steak makes you cry on the first bite it is so DELICIOUS. Thank you Ruth Chris and especially Winston’s for making my Mom’s birthday perfect.

Made reservations for 2. Indoor seating. It was my dates birthday. They placed us right by the entry door in a room that must have had at least 2 major parties going on simultaneously so we could barely hear ourselves think. I ordered a seventy dollar ribeye Medium rare that ended up being blue. She ordered a filet mignon medium rare that ended up being well done. Appetizers were ahi tuna and a caprese salad... The salad would have been better just buying the ingredients at costco. Simply mozzarella balls, diced tomatoes, romaine, and a drizzle of balsamic reduction. The ahi tuna was tasty.... but ive paid half as much for twice as much at the cheesecake factory and enjoyed it much more there with pivate booth seating instead of waiters having to stumble over you every time they enter the room. I almost had one drop a tray on me when he lost his balance. Then there was the service. Im not picky. I understand you cant read minds when a person is ready to order or if they need something so you have to check on them frequently. Ive been a server myself. But if your shift is ending and you keep bugging the table to pay and youre hyper because you dont want to miss your bus ride, be prepared that your incessant annoyance will leave a bad taste in the guests mouth no matter how good your service was up until that point. Just like in public speaking, the most important point that your guests will walk away with are the final ones you leave them with. But i understand and i did not shirk on the tip. That being said, this was a one and done experience for me.

Always a good meal experience at Ruth's Chris. People keep telling me, "You've got to try the stuffed chicken breast". I'm sorry, I still couldn't forgo that awesome ribeye. Maybe next time... maybe next time, I'll go to the steakhouse and get the chicken. Either way, something to look forward to.

Ambiance was terrible. I understand the need to maximize profits. But putting tables in a banquets room with areas separated by something that looked like bed sheets is terrible. Beneath the normal high standards of Ruth’s Chris. Next time take the hit and make less money but maintain your standards. Very disappointing.

Made reservations for Mother's Day lunch. The Website advertised a special brunch menu. Seated at 215pm The website says it ends at 3pm We asked 1 server, Cameron (and one was a manager) and were told that the brunch ended at 1/then 130pm. Meanwhile, I saw a nearby table w a brunch menu and ordered. Meanwhile we had to order from the regular menu. And 25min another party was seated and asked for the brunch menu and were allowed to order from it. We then went to the front desk and was told that the brunch ended at 3pm. And if we wanted to order we could however, the time was then 253pm. As often as I patronize this establishment the different rules for different ppl is not something i will continue to accept.

The hostess greeted us by name. The waitress called us by name. The waitress was very attentive to our needs. My daughter has an allergy to tree nuts, so she was given her own basket of bread. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience for our family.

Brunch for 8 Mother's Day Excellent service-from entrance to exit. Food was beautifully presented and tasty One bad moment of a single hair in my daughter's pancakes-was immediately removed and replaced with another choice. Unfortunately ruined my daughter's meal-but things do happen. We are regulars at Pikesville, MD Ruth's Chris and we will return for meals and special occasions.

Poor experience, we have been going to this Ruth’s for years. Had a reservation asked to sit a a booth in the bar area was told they were all reserved, when we left an hour and thirty minutes later the booths in the bar empty. They put us in the children’s table/room. Food was ok, gritty New York cold sides.

We(3 people) had a great experience on 05/05/2023 at Ruth Chris in Pikesville, MD. We were greeted and seated promptly. Alyssa, our server, was very knowledgeable of the menu. I took her recommendations and was very pleased. Everything went well and plan on dining again very soon!
