As always the food and wine were exceptional. Our waitress, Annie made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
Winston was a GREAT waiter.
The surf and turf was excellent. I enjoyed the chicken breast.
Went there for Valentine's day. they have a special menu of appetizer, main, and one vegetable. Also got a gift card for the next visit included and managers galore dropping by to make sure everything was ok.
It was everything made me and my family feel special.
Atmosphere was very invated, food was delicious we have water his name is Den he was outstanding best service
Definitely will come back soon!!!!
I really enjoyed this location, the food and atmosphere was excellent!
Delicious food and outstanding service! Perfect place for special celebrations.
Wonderful restaurant, excellent service, and delicious food!!
We attended the extended 3rd week of Ruth's Chris Pikesville "Restaurant Week". Our waiter was Daniel. He was excellent (attentive to filling our water, bringing our bread, taking our order, serving us, retrieving our used plates and silverware, warning us of hot dishes, filling our coffee, cleaning crumbs, etc). The seafood gumbo was delicious as always, but I will say there was no shrimp in it and only 1 or 2 cubes of sausage; whereas the first week, I had a shrimp in every bite. The petite fillet was cooked to perfection and melted in our mouths like butter. We got the lyonnaise potatoes for a change up from the Au gratin last week and the lobster mac the first week. The potatoes were cooked just right and the onions added to the flavor. For dessert, we both got the chocolate sin cake; it was delicious as usual. Thank you Ruth's Chris for giving us a nice relief from the cold weather.
We dined at Ruth's Chris for my mom's birthday. The atmosphere was nice but the constant suggestions to add more items to my order were annoying. The drinks were way too sweet and the steak was overcooked but they resolved that quickly.
The fillet mignon was not as good as usual. I purposely ordered à la cart but I think I got the steak on the special offer deal, and the filet was sub par.
We celebrated our daughters 18th Birthday, and service was EXCELLENT. The food was great as always,.
Our server Alex, was superb!! She went above and beyond the call of duty. Can't wait to make another reservation soon!
The entrees came while we were eating salads and then there was a long delay after we finished our meal before dessert. We also asked for extra bread two times and none was ever brought. Expect better for the price
Food was good, service was sub-par. Server did not clear plates and attempted to place each course next to empty dirty plates, butter was brought after lobster was finished and server watched as l wrestled the shell off the tail without assisting. We had to ask for our wine three times. Overall server was not qualified to work in a high end restaurant.
Enjoyed my 2nd visit during restaurant week this past Friday (2/1). I got the seafood gumbo and petite filet as usual. Both excellent--as usual. I got the apple crumb "cheesecake" for dessert and ordered scallop potatoes as a side. Both were good. But I think the chocolate sin cake is a better deal; so I will stick with that going forward. The waiter was not as attentive as I have experienced at Ruth's Chris in the past. He never returned to fill my water which was empty half way through the meal, was leaning over the table to pull the extra 2 settings, did not offer pepper with the soup and salads we ordered, took a long time to bring the 2nd basket of white bread, and only brought 1 "doggy" bag, so we had to ask for a second as my dinner companion was a girlfriend from work and we don't live together.
I would like to recommend to Ruth's Chris to have a coat rack in the women's room in addition to the purse rack on the stall door as the stalls are narrow and small and there is no room in there for a coat and purse in the winter time.
I had never eaten at the Reisterstown location. I picked it mainly because it had free parking without the hassle of downtown. Went there for Restaurant week. Food was amazing, the waiter was patient and good. Ambience was a little old school, but very nice.
I would recommend them for the food but not my waiter. I believe that after spending $300 and it was restaurant week that my service ahould have been mor punctual. My waiter(Winston) seemed overwhelmed. He had alot of persons he was attending to and he seemed to be all over the place. I didn't make a big fuse because I don't like to cause a commotion or to put anyone on the spot at work but it was a bit much for him alone I believe. The food was amazing and although I was a little disappointed in my service I will be back. I still gave Mr. Winston a $33 tip bit if his service was better he would have gotten about $50.
Our waitress Annie was phenomenal and the food was fantastic as usual. Loved it! Best meal out in a long time!!
This was our first visit to a Ruth Chris Stark House. It was Restaurant Week, so we received a great value for the price we paid. Everything was first rate. It was probably the best steak that I have ever eaten!
The food, service, Facility, and atmosphere is top shelf. This is not true for all Ruth Chris restaurants. We will definitely return to this restaurant.
We came to celebrate our Mom’s 89th birthday. Had a great time. The food was wonderful. Our server Annie made did an excellent job of taking care of everyone in our party!
Ruth Chris's Steakhouse is always a great choice for dinner--especially during restaurant week. We went last Friday and got the seafood gumbo, filet Mignon, and chocolate sin cake from the $35 fixed price menu. In addition, we ordered the lobster mac and cheese as a new and different side and the French press coffee to go with dessert. As usual, we were not disappointed. Everything was flavorful and delicious. We plan to go back this coming Friday as well. Why not, we know a good thing when we see it.
The scallop appetizer was fantastic. Stuffed mushrooms were satisfactory. My wife ordered the crab cakes and she loved them. My bone-in filet was a little dry for a med-rare steak, in the beginning, but became moist as I hit the center. The service was really slow. We had to wait 10 mins after finishing our meal to order dessert and had to wait an additional 10mins to get the check. Overall though it was a very good night.
Great food - hot and not room temperature. Excellent addition to Restaurant Week. Great value. Warm and comfortable with great wait staff.
Waitress was outstanding-- Susan - her recommendations, follow-up and humor made it great. The manager was cordial and involved rounding my table
I hadn’t been to a Ruth’s Chris in a while. The restaurant was just like I remembered. The food was excellent with one exception. The lobster mac and cheese was terrible. Not sure if this is just how RC makes it or if I got a bad batch, but the mac and cheese was all soupy like and the lobster didn’t taste great either. Everything else about the dinner was excellent, though so I’m not going to get too disappointed over one side.
One suggestion for the restaurant. The entree plates here are absurdly small if you order a normal sized steak with a “Chesapeake style” accompaniment like I did.
Everything was excellent the food, service the restaurant
Everyone was fantastic we came for our 28th wedding anniversary. Everything food and all were great. Very nicely done. Plus this was not the first time we have came here. We hope to make this a great tradition. In the future.
As usual Ruth’s Chris never disappoints. Loved all the Christmas decortions. Very festive. Thank you.
Celebrated a milestone birthday with friends, hubby and mom. Fantastic! Our server was phenomenal.
What a great choice for New Years Eve! Great food and amazing service.
Hernan our Server did an awesome job! Dinner was delicious as always! Happy New Year!🎉
Always great food and service. Jacob was our waiter and he did a fine job!
We came for our anniversary and they did not disappoint! Rose petals on the table were a nice touch.
Wonderful wait staff... very attentive!
Food was delicious and cooked perfectly.
Dinner at Ruth's Chris is always predictably delicious and our New Year's Eve dinner was no exception. We were disappointed in the service which that evening was not up to Ruth's Chris standards. Our waiter was friendly but he gave us misinformation about the side dishes on the fixed price menu, forgot drink orders, we had to find someone to fill water glasses a couple of times, and he was generally not around. We were not in any hurry so the almost 3 hour dinner for 5 of us was not a problem, it was just not the level of service we are accustomed to from Ruth's Chris.
New Years Eve was amazing...loved the inclusive menu specials and as always the Ruth Chris Level of perfection
We visited on NYE with an early reservation. Our waiter was very nice, but....he did 'not' write down our order (a pet peeve). So, when the appetizers came out, they didn't go to the right people. When the steaks came out, they also went to incorrect people, and one of the steaks was not properly cooked. The food, overall, was very good, but when you are paying that kind of money for a meal, it should be delivered properly....just my opinion. That said, overall, we enjoyed the food.
Very disappointing. The steaks were just ok. My wife’s lobster was late and when it did arrive it was so salty that it was inedible. The service was fine but not what I would expect from a high end restaurant.
Dyllion was absolutely OUTSTANDING. Rivaling Winston's level of service. Definitely an asset to your business
