Took my fiancé here for his birthday and they had rose pedals on the table I thought that was really nice the food was good but the lobster mac and cheese wasn't all that for the price to runny they took it back with no problem and fixed it we will go back
The food was perfect, and our server Ron, was outstanding!
We usually have a great experience at every Ruth's Chris restaurant. However, my wife got sick shortly after we left the restaurant, she had the Bone in Ribeye Steak. My Steak was very good, but overcooked a little.
Really a mixed bag. First, the restaurant was crazy overbooked. We had a confirmed 6:30 reservation. We arrived right on time and the entire lobby area and bar was packed with groups awaiting seating. The front desk just said they had a couple big parties including a wedding and all these people had reservations and were waiting too. Not a good or honest explanation of why they were so overbooked. It took about one hour to get a seat and the table was outside ( not indoors as on the reservation). Not a good start.
That being said the harried manager ( Mark) and especially the Asst Manager ( Eduardo) offered us complementary drinks while we waited. The food was good ( to be expected), arrived quickly, and the wine was excellent and good value. Marlon( our server) was great and got a nice tip.
Nonetheless, I would expect more from a place like RC that charges $65 for a small steak!
Next time I will go elsewhere but kudos to Eduardo for trying. And boo to the honesty of why they were so overbooked and out of control on a Saturday night.
Great bar atmosphere with good cocktails. Service was very good and food options were pretty good. Great location to shops and hotel.
We ate outdoors and everything was great except for an annoying nearly constant banging noise that sounding like a drum beat -- Not sure where it was coming from
Disappointing honestly on all levels except the service.
Birthday. Overall it was nice. The steak was unevenly cooked however, but everything else was spectacular
The crab cake and shrimp cocktail appetizer was amazing. The Porterhouse steak for 2 superb!! Fabulous birthday dinner.
We were able to dine outside in a quiet corner to ourselves. The food was extremely delicious. Our host was energetic, informative, and attentive.
Our visit to Ruth’s Chris was our happy hour to pregame for the beloved Baltimore Ravens Monday night game. We choose to sit inside and felt the environment was clean and safe. The menu is outlined for ease of ordering. Our drinks were prepared with care. While our food arrived at a different times. Everything was delicious.
We’ll be back!
We we received a call from a waitress prior to us arriving early that morning when our reservation was at nine and they told us we had to arrive early because the doors were to close at nine we arrived at 8:15 with a reservation for 9 o’clock and we’re not seated until 845 once we seated we saw dirty dishes on our table in which we had to send back with the waiter my steak was under cooked I ordered medium well which when cutting up on my steak have bright red still inside of it but due to the timing and having to wait for our food and the restaurant closing I decided to still try to eat it but it was disgusting. Way over priced your paying for the aesthetic.
The wine was overpriced, especially in comparison to other high end dining establishments in the area. Terrible at accommodating children (took three tries to cook a petite filet - each time the steak was overdone and cold as they had been sitting for too long) and the quality/preparation of the steak was average.
We had a great experience. Had dinner in the bar. Service was excellent, food was superb!
Excellent service, meal and atmosphere.
This location was a nightmare from beginning to end. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated even though we had a reservation. The drink I ordered that was said to be made with fresh raspberries tasted like a sickly sweet popsicle. I doubt there was any fresh fruit that came anywhere near it. I ordered my steak medium rare and received it medium well. Our waiter was MIA throughout the entire meal. I was unable to even tell him that my steak was overcooked. I had to wait until he brought our check to let him know that there was an issue with it.
It was my birthday and they had rose petals on the table and we were seated in a secluded section, which I loved. The food was amazing( stuffed chicken breast, asparagus, spicy shrimp, wedge salad, crab cake, baked potato, and broccoli). The cake I ordered was given to me free because I chose to dine there. It was presented on a plate that had happy birthday written in chocolate. The whole experience was very nice.
My waiter Ron was very helpful and knowledge and he made the perfect suggestions for drinks.
Our steaks were overdone, and the server was harried. The outdoor space was messy , with leaves and trash on the floor, and cool and windy. A notch below Capital Grille, where we went the next night and had a much better experience.
Once again, Ruth Chris knocked out of the park with the service. Entertaining a three year is difficult, but more difficult is providing food that they will actually eat is a whole other ball game. Perfect choice for an anniversary dinner.
Food was excellently prepared and served. Most of the staff were very professional and personable. One waiter (not ours) had a booming voice that carried throughout the restaurant and was distracting. Would recommend Ruth Chris to anyone who likes a good steak.
You will always get an exceptional meal at Ruths Chris. Sunday the room was too dark! I couldnt see my wife across the table.
It was restaurant week so the place was jammed packed. I'm going to try them out again.
Such terrible food. Everything was cold. Steak was cooked wrong. It was not even worth sending back because of how long it took to get out. Everything was cold. Won’t be coming back for a while
The food was great overall our waitress Christian was outstanding I just want to say thank your chris for service and the Ruth chris family
I booked a table for two, my daughter’s birthday, folks were yelling, walking through the restaurant asking questions because no one was at the front desk, as our food was being given to us a couple walked up to the waiter who had my daughter’s food in his hand, instead of placing the food before her and then answer the couple, he stops turns towards the couple, who are now over the plate talking, he answers their question and then served my daughter, in regard to the food , the quality was not what I remember, I’ve had lunch and dinner at your restaurant and I must say I was disappointed, even the way folks were dressed was a surprise, flip flops, shorts, jeans, I understand that a lot of restaurants are just getting back into the swing of things, but I’ve always loved the class that was associated with Ruth Chris.
Ambiance very good.
Always a good time at Ruths Chris I have been going there since I was a younger boy with my grandfather and have continued the tradition every once in a while with my fiancé. The food is always great service is exceptional and they are doing a good job managing through this pandemic. If you’re looking for an update tasty dinner for date night I highly recommend it.
